Fantastic experience: Love this dental office!! The whole team there is super professional and extremely kind! Dr.Johnston along with Courtney were amazing and performed an incredible job with my wisdom teeth removal, And Jenni was the absolute best for my cleaning such a nice person and funny! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Excellent dentist office. The Smile Center is so organized, professional, friendly, and efficient. They have a nice fish tank too. I recently changed insurance so I can't go to The Smile Center anymore. I WILL MISS THIS PLACE!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. James, was very professional, patient and caring. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. McKenzie -was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and I had many. She was also very professional and gentle. Very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very nervous about my appointment but all the staff made it an amazing experience. Definitely refer all family and friends to this office.

Negative experience: Everyone is nice, but the dentists and hygienists made mistakes while fixing fillings for my wife and I that caused us to both need a root canal on the teeth they worked on. They worked too close to the nerves and damaged them. Even with insurance, we still paid close to $1K each for the fix

Fantastic experience: Great dentists and hygienists! They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me a couple of times when I had emergency tooth pain. Everyone is so friendly and incredibly professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience here with Dr. Johnston. i have a friend who is a go worker here so i decided to give them a go. Dr Johnston was friendly, great at listening to my issue and made sure to fix the problem, guaranteed his work, & even threw in a generous discount. He was very personable and i felt like a valued & unrushed patient while under his care. Will definitely be coming back for any dental needs!! backstory: i had recurring issues with my permanent retainer almost each year it seemed like. i was frustrated when i called my orthodontist to get me in to replace the broke wire they said it would be $280. this is after both myself and my entire family has spent thousands on braces with them. I was tired of it always breaking and always going back in to get it fixed. i shopped around and found that other dentists/ orthodontists weren't charging near as much, even as a first time patient. so i decided to give someone else my service and money at this point! Which is when i decided to come to Smile Center.

Fantastic experience: My experiences with The Smile Center are the best I’ve had with a dentist’s office. I’ve been going there since 2017. Not only is Dr. Jones so good at what he does, but the whole experience from walking through the front door to leaving is always positive.

Negative experience: The majority of people are nice but the billing department is very unprofessional. The main person of the billing department had an attitude and the other person isn’t trained properly for simple things. You would imagine the billing department to be more clear on how things work. I wouldn’t even bother going here due to the hours being very limited anyway.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is incredible to work with. McKenzie was incredible, so kind, and made my appointment go very smoothly. Dr Jones is a great man, gives me confidence in my oral hygiene and does a great job keeping everything ship shape.

Fantastic experience: I really like this office. I just got my Invisalign removed today. Dentist was super gentle and accommodating when I needed a break. I’ve also had a cleaning and a crown placed at this office. That was also a good experience for someone who really hates getting dental work done. It’s a clean office and easy to schedule. I plan to bring my kids here soon.

Negative experience: I was pregnant and told the dental assistant and Dr that I wont take xray because of my pregnancy but they insisted despite me being pregnant and took xrays of me , now my 4 months old baby is sick because of radiation exposure.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is full of kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They understand that dental offices are a fear for most people and they completely make all those fears go away. The compassion and empathy they have for their clients is top notch and I always have such a pleasant experience when I visit.

Fantastic experience: I have NEVER had such a welcoming, comforting, and accommodating dental experience in my life. The level of care and real legitimate interest in customer comfort is beyond anything I could dream of. In a PERFECT world, these guys would be everyone's dentist, this is the pinnacle of dentistry. I can't even find the words good enough to describe it.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting Smile Center Of Utah. From the beginning when I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was so nice and got me in as soon as they could. I was a bit nervous but they made sure I felt comfortable If I could give them 100 stars I would. Mckenzie my hygienist was AMAZING!!!!!!! I have no words to express how grateful I am for all she did . I am beyond happy with my experience and will definitely be telling everyone about how awesome they are. The Dr. was wonderful answered all my quiestions. They have a great dental plan for patients with no insurance which is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentistry in Provo, super affordable and helpful. I accidentally booked my appointment on the day of my and my husband's anniversary, and the dental hygienist gave me a card with some gift cards for me and my husband! It was the most thoughtful thing in the world! Love these guys and their dedication to their clients!

Fantastic experience: I actually had my appointment with them on the 14th. I went to write this review, and it didn't save it for some reason. I absolutely love the Smile Center. Dr. Johnston does amazing work and helped fix the pain in my back molars that I was feeling. He is also very personable! Dr. Johnston and Sarah made my dental experience probably one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be sticking with them as long as I can.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service, and I get the feeling that they genuinely care about your health and desires. Way to go Smile Center for breaking the stereotype that dentists are in it for the money! Multiple times, I have had visits that they have done things like check-ups are maintenance on a chipped filling that they gave free of charge. As someone tight on money, Smile Center has been an absolute godsend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cory Johnston and everyone else here is AMAZING!!! 100% recommend!!! I've already recommended it to my wife (she loves it here too) and some other close friends!! No doubt the other dentist is phenomenal too (I saw him once and he was very kind and knowledgeable) but I've seen Dr. Johnston for some major surgeries and procedures (extraction, implant, crown, other tooth pain etc.) and he's been exceptional each time. I'm on my second extraction and implant and crown procedure with him and everything feels great so far just like the first time. In addition, Dr. Johnston truly cares about his patients, where he goes above and beyond and you genuinely feel that he cares for you and your well-being! It is honestly so hard to find a dentist, and frankly I had two poor experiences with my two prior dental offices. I was recommended to Dr. Johnston and this office by a friend (she and her whole family comes here) and I was still skeptical. Everyone was so kind and friendly here, including the receptionist where sometimes there's a lot of turnover and they might not be so kind, Vicki is one that I've seen the most and she is so pleasant! Sarah and Maddy the dental assistants are super great too! I never knew I'd actually not mind, even enjoy, going to the dentist ever, but Dr. Johnston and his team really makes you want to go back because of how friendly they are. Dr. Johnston is also incredibly knowledgeable and very generous with his time and in other ways and makes sure to answer all your questions. So if you're looking for a dentist you've found the best one in Utah!

Fantastic experience: Kind and efficient. No one cleans teeth like my hygienist, Enid. Dr. Jones is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. I trust this office and will never change. Finding a good dentist, hygienist, and dental office is so hit and miss. Not so with The Smile Center.

Fantastic experience: We've been patients of Dr. Jones for 20 years. You will not find a better dentist anywhere. He has an amazing personality that will really put your mind at ease. He is an expert in his field. The staff is friendly and there are smiles on everyone's faces, kinda like they enjoy their work. Dr. Johnson is new but I've had the opportunity to see him a few times and he is very delightful as well. I would highly recommend the Smile Center of Utah.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office since I was 3 years old and I am now 22 and all of the staff is so kind, friendly, and most of all helpful. Dr. Jones has been the best dentist I’ve ever had and now I am currently doing Clear Correct with Dr. Johnston. He is making sure that I get the best results from my plan and is equally as kind and dedicated to helping me with my dental needs. From the moment you walk in the door the front staff is always so nice and welcoming. The hygienists and dental assistants are very friendly and make sure you’re comfortable and all your concerns or questions will be addressed during your visit. Both Doctors really care about their patients and you couldn’t ask for a better place to go to for dental work.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit today and I couldn't be happier. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but this time was so different. I genuinely feel like they care. Not only are they very transparent about everything (prices, procedures, etc) they also educated me on dental heigeine. They make me want to take better care of my teeth :) definitely never want to leave!

Fantastic experience: Been going for years. I even moved from provo to salt lake, and still go here. I tried three dentists in salt lake and didn't like any of them as well so it's worth to me to drive down and know I can expect a good experience. All the support staff is very friendly, and you can even find Nemo and Dory in the lobby fish tank. I have gone to dr Blume and jones with no issues. Dr jones has been my doctor for years, and everyone that works there is awesome. Friendly staff great place.

Fantastic experience: This is a place where everyone from the receptionist to the dentist is phenomenal. I just started going to see Dr. Johnston and had 5 fillings done here. While it's not the first time I've had fillings, it is the first time in my entire life that a dentist has been concerned for my pain level. I always thought one was supposed to just pass out a little and deal with the pain alone at home. But Dr. Johnston stopped frequently to ask if I was comfortable, made sure the correct nerves were numb, and assured me when the drilling got deep that it would be over soon. In my first visit to this office, the hygienist took some time to actually explain more than just what a cleaning would entail but also what all the tapping, digging, and sucking is going on in my mouth. I never knew they were testing for softness in my teeth! I highly recommend the entire SMILE staff.

Positive experience: The hygienist and Doctor were very polite and made sure to explain every step of the process (now we're going to clean here, I'm going to poke you here, this might be a little cold, etc.). The actual procedure was unpleasant, but not due to anything on their part (I have terrible teeth and HATE needles!). Great people, would definitely recommend. They also have a decent loyalty program.

They remember you even if it's been awhile and try to get to know you as a person, it never just feels like "a trip to get your teeth fixed". Fantastic experience: I am eager to write a happy and pleased review of Dr. Robert Jones! I feel a little lighter in my step today with the cosmetic work he did yesterday when I went in to have one of my teeth worked on. (I had veneers applied by another dentist about 4 years ago, and I haven't been totally pleased with the look of how they turned out. I was originally referred to Dr. Jones to help correct my veneers, but I decided not to make any changes at that time although I did really like Dr. Jones when I met him then and his staff.) Yesterday Dr. Jones quickly and painlessly fixed the back of my veneer that was coming off and made it better than it was before. Then, on a whim, I asked him to adjust the length of one of my other teeth to make it match the length of the tooth on the other side. He seemed happy to take care of that for me as well although it wasn't what I'd originally come in for. I'm so grateful for the way he handled all of this. He seems to have an eye for perfection, and everything turned out so great! Sometimes doing little changes can make a big difference in the way we feel about ourselves. I just appreciate his demeanor and bedside manner. He was kind, gentle, and genuine towards me. He talked me through every procedure he did, and that was nice to calm me down when I normally get really nervous to have any dentistry work done. I trust Dr. Jones and will come back to him in the future for more services. I would recommend him to others!! Plus, all of his staff was super friendly. It is a good dental practice to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I really enjoy smile center. We went to a few dentists before that seemed to find more problems with our teeth, and seemed untrustworthy. Smile center cleans my teeth and doesn’t find as many problems like the other dentists. All the hygienists are very nice too! The new dentist that replaced Dr Bloom appears to be very excellent. I’m satisfied with smile center.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for the last 15 years or so. The staff is always smiling and know me by name. A few years ago, I started going to my wife’s uncle instead because of a family discount. We will call him uncle Bob. Uncle Bob’s prices for cavities were unbeatable. The only problem was that every time I went into his office he found multiple cavities. I became suspicious after a few of these visits because up until this point I had rarely had a cavity. I call Dr. Jones to see what he thought. He invited me to come in and he would take x-rays of my teeth for no charge. I did so, and after reviewing the new x-rays, Dr. Jones could not find a single cavity. He then looked at the x-rays from uncle Bob’s office and was perplexed as to where uncle Bob was seeing cavities-even with uncle Bob’s notes that explained where he was seeing cavities. Needless to say, I stopped seeing uncle Bob and came back to the Smile Center. Don’t worry about uncle Bob. He is no longer practicing and spends his days driving around in his fancy cars and up at his fancy cabin. Thanks Dr. Jones.

Then he made sure I was satisfied before I left. Really great experience. (For getting a cavity filled, that is.)

I was really lucky to find this place and have Devonnie do my check up and cleaning. I have a lot of dental nervousness, and she was fantastic at explaining things and letting me take breaks if I needed them. Overall great experience!
