Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend or sing Dr. Rodriguez’s praises enough. He and the rest of the team embraced my differently abled child and didn’t scare away just because he is autistic. They communicated with him on his level and instantly made him at ease. Others wouldn’t even attempt, but Dr. Rodriguez had his problem tooth out in no time and with ease. Brilliant. The relief and gratitude I have because of such a positive experience is something words don’t really do justice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly and nice. I feel like I’m the most important person the hygienist is taking care of. Dr. Rodriguez takes time to listen and then look for a sore spot. I’m kind of a white knuckle dental patient, had a lot done in my teens. But I feel good here

Negative experience: I love this doctor but his staff needs training, big time!!! I told one of the staff on my last appointment to please verify my dental insurance ahead of time because my coverage went up and after they told me they will call a few days before and let me know, they didn't. I get to the office and they still haven't called them to verify coverage. And now they cancel my appointment because after waiting 35 minutes the doctor couldn't do the surgery just because they didn't do what they were supposed to!!!! It sounded like they over scheduled me and thats why the doctor couldn't see me. Mind you I was the first one to walk in when they open the office at 10am but they still cancel my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I found this dentist office over a year ago, and I’ve been so happy ever since. The entire staff is incredibly nice and friendly, and they always make me feel comfortable. My dental hygienist, Liz, is absolutely amazing — she goes above and beyond every single visit. I truly appreciate the care and kindness I receive here.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to the Corner Lakes Family Dental Office. The office was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The team was warm, friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Most important to me in any dental office is the wait time and the number of patients in the waiting area. My appointment started promptly and the waiting area was uncrowded. The initial examination was very thorough and I was impressed by the state of the art equipment they used to ensure the highest level of care for my teeth. Overall it was an excellent experience that left me confident in the quality of service provided by the team.

Fantastic experience: Doc was great and very patient with me. I had a difficult extraction of two teeth and he almost met his match but he was able to do it with time and a lot of numbing medication. He insured I was not in any pain. His whole team was amazing to work with. Thank you all

Negative experience: This place is simply about money and better hope you have good insurance too. They talked alot of money like it was nothing. Which may be the case for them. Customer service/ front desk unprofessional and uneducated. Don't recommend going there

Fantastic experience: Dr Rodriguez has been our dentist for about 8 years. He has done remarkable work. He makes us feel comfortable, explains the procedure in east details and takes great care of his patients.

Negative experience: They told me while I was there everything was covered by insurance. Multiple times. A couple months later they said I had a bill but it was wrong and they would call me back. They never did and instead billed me through the mail when I was told several times that everything would be covered by insurance and I would pay nothing. Do not go here.

Negative experience: The worst experience I've had at a dentist they weren’t going to put me out to pull 2 wizdom teeth and told me that I could just take motrin for any discomfort. Are you kidding me? So of course, I didn't let them pull any teeth, and I left and of course, they're going to charge me for the office visit and they were going to charge me $90 for antibodies.

The entire staff is very professional and Dr. Rodriguez is amazingly compassionate. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work and he made me feel very comfortable. My dental hygiene professional Ms. Nikki Schultz is very knowledgeable and professional. She took time to walk me through the process in detail and provided a great deal of information that I had never received in the 40+ years of visiting dental offices. Fantastic experience: I went to the emergency room 3 times for my tooth infection at Advent Health only to receive antibiotics that did not heal me all the way and had to keep going back for more which became very expensive! Then I went to a dentist when I had insurance and they said I needed a referral and the infection had to be healed before they extracted my tooth! I went to Family Dentistry and in less than an hour I was done! 2 years worth of suffering fixed in less than an hour! Absolutely the best service and very nice office furniture!

Like many people, I generally hate going to the dentist and find the whole process stressful. Here, the Dental Hygienist was so patient, great at explaining things, taking time to make sure I was not in any discomfort while doing an excellent thorough job. It was genuinely the easiest cleaning and x-rays I have ever had. And Dr. Jose G. Rodriguez Lantigua, DMD was super nice, took his time to answer questions, and really helped me understand a potential future crown situation, among other things. I never once felt rushed. This place definitely gets a "Highly Recommended" from me. Based on my experience, my wife will be calling to set up an appointment next.

Positive experience: I had an excellent experience at Corner Lake Family Dental, from the initial telephone conversation, to the office staff, to the dental assistant and including Dr. Rodriguez. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was quick and uneventful. The only reason I did not give five stars is the cost was a shock to me (I don’t have dental insurance), but it has been a long time since I priced dental services so my expectations were probably unreasonable. I did elect to have the work done despite the unexpected cost and I am very happy with the results. I selected this business to investigate and consider using them for implants, after viewing their internet ad, but the cost for that service may be prohibitive for me at this time. Even so, I have no reservations in recommending this dental practice.

Negative experience: My Family talked about this dentist a few times so I figured I'd call to get some pricing on dental work i.e. cleaning tooth, extraction etc. etc. For me to get a price for a periodontal cleaning I have to come in to see the dentist, pay for a visit to get a price. Sorry no not for me. I find it bizarre that I have to pay to get a price to learn the cost of a cleaning. Staff only wanted to make an appointment for me and talked over me several times, It was an upsell for dental service. Family has decided to go elsewhere

Negative experience: Integrity is lacking at this dentist's office. While the office is pleasant and most of the staff are friendly, there is often a push to recommend certain services, particularly treatments that may not be necessary. Also, it is common practice to pre-bill for services. This means that patients are billed for what their insurance is supposed to cover before the office bills the insurance itself. This approach often results in higher charges for treatments and more revenue for the office.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars these people are awesome everyone is so kind they go over all charges before doing procedure so you know how much your looking at no secrets. They were very kind and understanding I told them I was in pain they sawe a whole 3 days earlier. Now I'm pain free thanks to these people. Fantastic experience: I am 66 years old and I’ve been to a lot of dentist appointments. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are the best I’ve ever experienced. They make you feel at home and they never make you wait very long. The facility is clean and state of the art. A+++

Negative experience: Was told over the phone since I was already there and they had all my X-rays of all my teeth that to pull 2 teeth it would be $200.00 sense I have dental insurance and they would cover the extractions so I would just have to pay for the antibiotics that they put in your gums after they move your teeth but just went there today and the $200 went to at first 2300 Dollars and something then the guy said he made a mistake and then all of a sudden the bill was $1400 to remove two teeth that my insurance was covering what this place does is act like they’re using your insurance, but they actually aren’t. They are billing you for what the insurance is supposed to be covering and then billing the insurance so that way they are getting paid twice by us the customer and by the insurance company stay away from this dentistry office they are unprofessional unethical and lied to you just to get you in their office thinking that once they got you there that you do whatever they say and pay whatever they say because you’re in pain and you need teeth pulled.

Positive experience: The staff was very nice and informative. However I felt like everything was an upsell. I was told the day before my appt that I would pay no more than my deductible; however, I ended up paying more than double. Although during the xray I was told it was included and I'll just pay the deductible. When the hygienist came in the cost became more. As I stated the staff was nice, I just didn't like the upselling and the switch of pricing.

Negative experience: I received a mailer telling me they accepted my insurance so I called and confirmed that they did. I told them I had a loose tooth that was quite painful and made an appointment. I had two visits and they did a partial exam and partial x-rays. No work was performed and a procedure was scheduled to prepare my mouth for an implant for $800. I told them I did not want an implant and could not afford the $5000 to do the work. I then received a bill for $128 for the exams. My insurance would have paid 100% if they had done a full exam and x-rays. Bottom line is I had nothing done, paid $128. I wasn’t offered an apology or an explanation. At every turn they tried to sell me procedures to whiten my teeth, implants, and cosmetic procedures that cost big money. They didn’t care about my pain or my budget and didn’t bother to do the things my insurance paid for. If you’re rich and can afford cosmetic dentistry this is the place for you. If you’re poor and need help this is the last place to go. No empathy, sympathy or compassion at this place. Just bring your wallet. Zero stars!!!!

They have high tech equipment to use if you need the extra mile and they make recommendations for treatment but don’t push you to do anything you don’t feel you need. Can’t wait to go back, well that sounds weird to say about the dentist. After 4 years, i am still going to this dentist. Amazing service and very organized.

I’ll say I am so happy with every aspect of my visit. Nikki, my hygienist, was an absolute pleasure. The staff was great up front too. The doctor came in and answered all my questions-he was very patient. I’m not a fan of laying back in the chair for cleanings because my throat closes (think sleep apnea) and Nikki was very accommodating and understanding. Fantastic experience: This place is great. My orthodontist messed up my teeth when I was a child and the doctor was able to fix them with just Invisalign. The people that clean my teeth are always nice and respectful. I live over an hour away now but still come here.

Negative experience: For a practice that accepts insurance, the out of pocket costs (for me it was $881.00) literally make it impossible to have dental work done. I am in pain, I SUPPOSEDLY have infection in the teeth that need to be pulled, and you want to charge me that much to have 3 teeth pulled? I went to Coast Dental a couple weeks ago, they did xrays, they did NOT mention any infection! Also you supposedly have to do "bone grafts"? I've had teeth pulled, and never had to have a bone graft, ever. Make it affordable to achieve a healthy mouth! Also, NO ONE even attempted to do a cleaning... which I thought was routine for a first visit... at least where i come from it is. The dentist didn't do ANYTHING. Just looked at the xrays and looked in my mouth for literally one second, then had the assistant explain the treatment plan and cost. Also, adding this tidbit... I was advised by the assistant that I could apply for CareCredit or another "credit card". I told them that was not an option, then I was told to "ask family and friends" for money. Like, seriously?

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely friend! The dental hygienist I had was wonderful! She took her time with the x-rays since I have a gag reflex. They pulled my tooth fasted and did a bone graft. They all made me feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Additional Big Thank you! Now, in 2024 - I brought both of may parents to the clinic and I again, could not be happier! The staff and doctor are phenomenal! My mom has some issues with tolerating anesthetic and some types of numbing options, so Doctor Jose Rodriguez took his valuable time and stayed with us to make sure mom will be tolerating a "freezer" well, since he decide to test it first before doing a procedure. He is a very personable doctor and takes his time to actually listen and make sure patients are happy and get their questions answered;) I am a long term patient here and not planning to go anywhere else for my dental needs, as well as my parents, who are very happy as well with everything. If you want top notch service, VERY kind and friendly people and reasonable prices - please come here and look nowhere else! I had my first visit there on December 26th 2018. It was just amazing! I would give more stars if I could. So, for that time I did only mouth cleaning, X rays, scans, gums' health check, etc. The Doctor and Doctor's Assistant Shareen (might have misspelled her name, not sure, but she usually works in their Altamon office) were very nice and helpful! The pricing was very inexpensive (I do have Guardian insurance though), but the quality was excellent. She removed all the stains on my teeth and checked everything very thoroughly and gave valuable recommendations. I am doing fillings there next week as well. The clinic is clean, Receptionist is nice and I could not be happier overall with this clinic! Fantastic experience: 1000/10 recommend this dentist practice! Everyone is extremely friendly. Betsy, the dental hygienist is the sweetest, most detail, oriented hygienist I’ve had! She makes my cleaning flash by so quickly! I can tell she really cares about my cleaning, and made sure that my mouth felt super clean when she was done. Eliza is super nice too, and remember the details from my previous appointment six months prior. They both asked me how school was going and it made me feel like they really cared and remembered me as a person, not just as a client. The office is really clean, and their flow is really efficient. They left me feeling happier than when I came in!

Fantastic experience: I am relatively new to the area and I drive past this place everyday as it is close to my home. I decided to give them a shot, I mean why not, they’re super close, and I am so happy I did. My experience from making appt, to arriving, to cleaning and seeing the doc to checking out was once of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a dentist office or any doctors office for that matter. Mady and Diana at the front desk were such a pleasure to talk to. Quinn, the dental hygienist was friendly, informative, personable and caring, you couldn’t ask for more from someone who’s digging gunk out of your mouth! The doctor was very nice and helpful. They used technology I had never seen or heard of which made me feel that my visit was very thorough. I would highly recommend them for any of your family members, including children!
