Fantastic experience: This practice has been our preferred choice since we lived in Oviedo. Even after relocating, we continue to make the trip because of the exceptional care we receive. The staff are consistently friendly and professional. Jessica, my dental hygienist, is especially attentive and thorough during cleanings and exams. We've been so satisfied that our entire family comes here for dental care.

Fantastic experience: I love their service and every one working there, but I’m starting to feel the pressure for sales. I understand life is getting expensive and they’re also a business, but prices are very high now compared with last year, higher that inflation and tariffs rates.

Negative experience: My girlfriend came here for treatment on two cavities on the same side of her mouth. Before the dental work was done, she was not experiencing any pain, even with the cavities present. Since the fillings were completed, she has been in constant pain, and something about the work clearly does not feel right. We have returned to this office two additional times trying to get the issue addressed, but each visit resulted in explanations that did not reasonably account for the level of pain she is experiencing. Instead of feeling heard or helped, we left feeling dismissed. During the most recent visit, I attempted to speak up and explain what we were noticing, but I was talked over rather than listened to. At this point, we have lost confidence in the care provided here and will be seeking a second opinion from another dentist to review the work that was done. This has been extremely frustrating, especially because the pain started only after treatment at this office. I’d never personally let them touch me nor I would not recommend this practice based on our experience.

I had crown pop off the day before a business trip and the staff got me in on an emergency call with no big fuss! Negative experience: 4/22/26- Our hygienist left my daughter half cleaned and never came back until after more than 20 minutes i had to go find her and she was with her other co-workers at the reception area talking. I found this very disrespectful and I will never take my daughter back there again as this is not the first incident, every appointment always something and yesterday was the last straw. I will not recommend anyone to go there, they lack professionalism and they should treat everyone the same.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, due to fear from past experiences, but I know taking care of my oral health is very important. Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with the Oviedo office. The front desk crew was cheerful and friendly. They obviously enjoy each other. The dental assistant was very gentle as she took my X-rays. Dr. Diaz was very professional and went into great detail regarding my issues. And, I haven't had a thorough cleaning like that in probably 20+ years. Ilya was gentle and very efficient. I am so happy to have discovered this office! Second visit: Once again, a fabulous experience! They're switching over to all digital. They look the time to walk me through registering, because I'm a techno-zero!! Jessica, my hygienist, was awesome! She was so incredibly thorough and sweet and pleasant. She explained what I need to do to maintain my dental health going forward. I just loved her!

The staff are friendly and accommodating and they have no problem treating you like a tender, scared baby, just like me lol! They are sweet, kind, patient, and listen when you have fears or concerns. Negative experience: I had an 8:30AM appt this morning which I showed up 5 min early for just to be told that my appt was at 8. I have an appt card that says differently as well as my calendar which I added while I was making the appt. The office told me that I confirmed my appt yesterday for 8AM today. I absolutely did not, so now I know they are lying. If you want cheap come to this place. If you want honesty and to not waste your time, go elsewhere.

I am one that never wanted to see the dentist but it got to the point that I needed to so I gave them a shot and from the moment I got there they treated me with nothing but the utmost respect especially at the front desk and I always say it the front desk always makes it a breaks it the dentist they make sure that I was relaxed which was the most important thing and then they express to me what was going on with my teeth and what we needed to do and they took care of business this is actually the third time that I've visited Right Now Dental.

Negative experience: I absolutely would not recommend this dental office. Their lack of attention and follow-through is honestly mind-boggling. At one point, I was dealing with a severe toothache and called to request a stronger Motrin. I never received a call back from Jacqueline, despite following up. I strongly believe that when things start off poorly, they usually don’t end well. We had an appointment that day, and I even took my kids out of school for it. What should have been a simple cleaning—typically a 45-minute appointment—turned into a projected four-hour visit. Here’s what actually happens: they check you in, have you wait in the lobby for 45+ minutes, then move you to a room where you wait again for another 45+ minutes. All in all, expect to spend about four hours there. Personally, I value my time and can’t afford to waste it like that, especially when I’m making accommodations to be there. Additionally, there seems to be a serious lack of understanding when it comes to billing. There’s a lot of guesswork involved, and that’s not something I’m comfortable trusting—especially with my dental care. Lastly, I’ve now asked four times to have my x-rays sent to another dental office, and despite multiple emails, I still haven’t received them. At this point, it’s just baffling how disorganized and unresponsive they’ve been.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute scam. They refused to clean my teeth after doing x-rays unless I paid out of pocket for a partial deep cleaning. They would not do a cleaning that my insurance would cover, because I have "too much plaque". Apparently no cleaning is better than a standard cleaning. Hard to makes sense of that logic.

Fantastic experience: This place is a relic of the 1990's. Intake packets printed on dot matrix paper. Plenty of paper charts and classification folders. Legacy computer software systems released for Windows 95. Comfortable music in the lobby. Overall 10 / 10! :)

Fantastic experience: I recently had work done on my teeth at the Oviedo office. My experience with the the staff and doctor was simply outstanding! Friendly, courteous, caring and professional, this office is amazing. Dr. Diaz and her assistant have skills. No one likes getting numbing shots, however, Dr. Diaz did this part of the procedure with a skill unparalleled in all of recorded history. IMHO of course. My dental anxiety never had a chance to enter the chat. Doc executed two filings with precision and confidence in short order. I was humbled and awed by the genuine care and concern everyone exhibited towards me. Then, just for fun, I had a refreshing all in teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment. I would rather fight dragons then visit a dental office, but the hygienist cleaned and shined my teeth so well, you could eat off them! I also need some crown work and no less than five people mentioned it to me because they were having special pricing on crowns and they could hook me up. Another time perhaps. I have no agenda to write this glowing review other than it happened and I very impressed. They rubbed my dental anxiety into the wet, smelly turf of reality. I found a great professional dental office in Oviedo. It's worth a trip there if you need dental work and positive affirmation. Highly and biggly recommend.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental office due to deceptive billing practices. While the staff were initially kind, gentle, and worked well with my family, I later discovered through my insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) that I had overpaid by more than $1,000 over the course of two years. One major example: I paid $600 in-office for a partial denture, only to learn from my insurance that my copay should have been $300. When I contacted the office, I was told the procedure wasn’t covered and no claim had been submitted—despite the fact that I was looking directly at the processed claim. The front desk staff insisted the $600 was the full cost, not a copay. I then involved my insurance company, who joined the call with me. With the insurance rep on the line, the same staff member suddenly changed her story, now claiming the extra charge was due to a manufacturer’s fee. My insurance representative clarified that such fees cannot be passed on to patients, at which point the office became defensive and said they had no choice but to charge extra to cover their costs. The only reason I received accurate information was because my insurance was directly involved. The fact that I was given one version of events, and then told something completely different just five minutes later in front of my insurance, was a major red flag and felt dishonest. After a full review, my insurance confirmed I had been overcharged repeatedly—including $300 for an extraction that should have cost just $16. My issue is not with the fees themselves, but with the lack of transparency and the misleading communication from the office. Had they been honest upfront, I would have paid and moved on. But being misled and overcharged is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I would never recommend this office to anyone. In addition to my earlier review, I feel it’s important to share that this office retaliated against me after I raised concerns about their billing practices. Following a full audit by my insurance company and a formal complaint regarding overcharges, the office abruptly canceled an appointment for my son that had been scheduled two months in advance. When I called to confirm the appointment, I was informed it had been canceled due to the billing dispute filed against their office. I explained that I had recently been laid off, would be without insurance at the end of the month, and preferred to keep the appointment. Despite this, the staff member stated they would not honor it, citing the dispute as the reason—regardless of my circumstances or the fact that the appointment was for my child. The cancellation came just two days before the scheduled visit and was clearly an act of retaliation. This behavior was not only unprofessional but deeply disappointing.

Jackie remembered me from a rescheduled visit earlier in the week, which pleasantly surprised me. Yuly helped me with my financing for my aligners and reached out to the financier to try to get me a better down payment. All 3 of us spent at least 10 minutes getting to know each other. Fantastic experience: I've finally found a great place for my dental care since moving to Florida 4 years ago. Well equipped with a very professional and friendly team. They all seem to enjoy working there. Dr. Diaz and her assistant's Jennifer, Andy and Yuly took care of me making feel great! While leaving I notice another girl, name Jacqueline that told me to wait just to go inside to get a gift for me. First visit and got all ex Rays and deep cleaning done and all pending work scheduled. It's worth the over an hour trip from Davenport to Oviedo.

The back staff was also just as friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist and doctors, are top tier! I am very very big on customer service. Especially in the medical field!... I would absolutely recommend this off to anyone who is looking for a dentist. This location is not as close as I'd like it to be, but bc of their customer service it's well worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I was started going to Bright Now Dental about a month ago. Everyone in the office treated me kindly and with respect. They are all friendly and want to make sure that their patients feel comfortable and welcome. They are busy, however I never felt like they were rushing to finish the work on my teeth. The dentist wanted to make sure that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort - I appreciate that because I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I was explained in detail about the work that needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I am very happy and delighted that I found their office! Thank you ladies!

Fantastic experience: The best of the very best! I will never find no one better than Dr. Jomar Diaz. She is the best doctor and has helped me countless times. Yuly at the front desk, is very kind. Roi, my assistant, is the sweetest with the best smile on her face. I love this office wholeheartedly. Will never hesitate to enter in this wonderful office!

Fantastic experience: I am so blessed that I found a dentist that truly cares about my hygiene. I love the fact that the office and dentist are bilingual. Everyone that works here is always smiling, patient, flexible, and always ready to serve me. Dr Diaz is the most honest, dependable and loving dentist there is! Always smiling and taking care of me. Fantastic experience: I have lived in Orlando for 21 years and my biggest struggle has been finding a good dentist! One that makes me feel comfortable and seen! Well Bright Now is it! The ladies in this Oviedo office are amazing! From the moment I walked until I walked out, they took great care of me! I was nervous about an extraction before vacation and they reassured me that I would be completely taken care of before during and after my vaca! They did not disappoint! They are gentle, thorough and informative. They are taken care of my entire family and we all love them. I have found a new dental home! Thank you Oviedo ladies!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this office. Julie and Jackie at the front desk are helpful and strive to accommodate patients. Jessica is a wonderful and caring hygienist. I’ve been a patient here over a year and recently brought my entire family here.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this office to anyone! My experience was great! Dr. Diaz was super sweet, gentle and very helpful in explaining the process/procedure. The front desk ladies were also super lovely and easy going. In addition, the office manager, Brisy was also awesome and very helpful in explaining what my insurance covers and also offering me a payment plan! FYI the office was also super clean!!!

Negative experience: I went to for a regular cleaning that the insurance provide for free and they asked me to pay 230$ for the deep one. After using all my x ray credit. The office manager was very firm, forgetting that at the end of the day I’m a patient!!! No complaints about the doctor she was sweet but such a disappointment from the office. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: My experience with you has been the worst of my life. Like a nightmare. The only people I can remove from the blacklist are the doctor and the dental assistant. In this office, they see the client as a dollar sign as soon as they walk in the door, and they disguise it with good treatment but exploit people to take their money. The manager promised me a year ago to adjust my account balance, and to this day, a year and three months later, she still hasn't finished making the adjustment she promised. If you can, go elsewhere for your care! RUN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: Excellent team of professionals Vert happy with their service and treatment. The office manager Brisy was clear with the plan, offer options and was taken all the time to answer my questions. Kudos to all the team
