Fantastic experience: ​ I was nervous getting my first permanent crowns; however, Dr. Thompson and his assistant, Rafaela, completely changed my feelings. Rafaela was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions before the procedure so there were no surprises --which significantly reduced my anxiety. Watching her work so closely and confidently with Dr. Thompson really put me at ease. If you're anxious about dental work, this is the team to see!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Thompson said I am stable. That's not something I hear a lot, that I am stable. Then he went on to find a cavity under a cap, which destablized me. Back to normal, as it were. Kidding aside, everything about my visit was -- as usual -- first rate, from reception to check out.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional ! Tremendously pleased with Dr. Thompson & staff. Had a crown done previously & this visit had a front tooth chipped. Both times, he did a great job, taking time & care getting it to my satisfaction. Both he & his dental assistants were very friendly, reassuring & polite. I am a total chicken because I have had poor experiences prior to coming here. I even liked your billing staff. Both times they explained options & fees well, were very friendly, and genuinely ‘for the patient.’ Helpful showing me best insurance coverages from which to choose. Negative experience: I will never come to again, so disappointed. If it has no star options I will give zero star. BE AWARE that they will do tricks behind your back to talk to you into buying their discount packages and deliberately schedule your second appointment after the discount expires. Come here at your own risk.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL with the clerks at this office. My mom goes here and they would deliberately schedule your appointment after your discount expires. Honestly try not to come here, or at least don't purchase any plan with they. Bunch of scammers. Seems like they are so happy to scam you and throw you out of their business. I will definitely let anyone who's interested know how this business operates like this. Disgusting. No wonder you got so many one star reviews.

Negative experience: Came in to see about getting my tooth fixed and was told it could not be fixed at that time and I would have to come back. Then changed my estimate to $200 more. I feel like I came in just get a higher quote. Not Happy!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Image Care Dental for years, since 2018. Dr Thompson and previous staff were always professional and very welcoming. It has really gone down hill by the staff. The Hygenist that cleaned my teeth (Angel) was Awful). He did not do thorough cleaning compared to previous Hygenists. He was very heavy handed, not gentle at all. I will never have him clean my teeth again. The schedule if staff (Trent) is rude and not accommodating when I needed aftercare. He truly needs a lesson in compassion. I am contemplating whether or not to find a better facility. Image Care Dental is not the same professional atmosphere…very disappointing

Negative experience: Even though the dental hygienist was great, the employee named Sierra at checkout was very rude. I ignored her rudeness for a bit and then finally called her out for her attitude. Her response was that she does not have an attitude. And instead of apologizing, she turned to her colleague at the next counter and laughed. I have heard about a similar experience with this same employee from another family member. Disappointed in Imagecare.

Negative experience: I had been going to Imagecare Dental Group for more than 17 years, starting there when I first moved to the DFW area. I was living in the neighborhood just north of their location and found them convenient, well reviewed, and recommended to me by someone at work. My first 10 years there I had OUTSTANDING service and recommended them to anyone who was looking for dental care. I had a hygienist who was incredible, the doctors were all amazing, I felt like I was getting good advice and I was very happy with the services I was getting, including a more complex procedure requiring a dental surgeon, etc. Around 2019 or so, all that began to change. I found the front office and billing staff harder to get in touch with, less friendly, and not as good at helping me solve scheduling and billing questions. Then COVID hit. Wow, did things go downhill fast and never recover. One issue was the billing department. They got less and less competent, billing me for services I did not receive, then taking forever to fix them. Then when I got laid off and tried to pay in cash because I did not have insurance, they took my money, then still tried to bill my insurance from my previous employer and double collect. Then they switched their billing software and for three appointments in a row I sat in their billing area waiting, and waiting, and waiting as a series of people tried to figure out what they had messed up with my bill between the two different platforms. Worst of all, no one ever apologized for making me sit there, taking forever, and messing up my bills. The real trouble has been my hygienist. The first one I had was incredible, the best I have ever had, but she retired at the onset of COVID and did not return. That was understandable with everything going on with the pandemic. However, what followed was a revolving door of people, one was literally her first month out of dental school, was very uncertain of herself, took the longest I have ever spent on a simple cleaning, and no one was there supervising or supporting her. After her, it was an ever changing cast of new hygienists, one or two were decent but I never managed to get scheduled with them again because after 1-2 sessions, I would come back and they were not working there anymore (I go every 4 months). Which brings us to my last session with them back in June of 2025. I am in my 50s and have been to the dentist probably close to 100 times as an adult. I have a VERY high tolerance for pain, I have never once that I can remember had to tell a hygienist to "ease up" cleaning my teeth. However, this lady (who I had never had before) had a bad attitude the minute I showed up and tore into my teeth like she had something to prove. I stopped her not once but TWICE asking her to be more gentle. The second time she paused, cocked her head, looked at me and said "this is how I clean teeth" and dug back in as hard as ever. By the time Dr. Imperial came in to check my teeth I knew I was never coming back. I declined to set up my next appointment with them and left. Oh, and my teeth and gums were sore for 3 days after, which I have never had happen from a cleaning before. Do yourself a favor and shop around for another dentist. It is really sad that such a great place with such great service has fallen into such an awful state.

Negative experience: I had the WORST experience here in a long time. I've been coming to Imagecare Dental for Dr. Thompson who is AMAZING in addition to my previous hygienists so far who have been phenomenal! But my most recent experience was terrible. The hygienist Sanwax, is very awful. She is very VERY demeaning to patients. Without any prior knowledge of my dental history, she was very patronizing and accused me of not flossing or brushing my teeth. My favorite part was when she said "If you don't help yourself at home, no one will help you here." She went on to be very aggressive in her cleaning and my teeth have not hurt like that in a very long time. She had no idea of my dental history, the plan that Dr. Thompson and I had for the care of my teeth moving forward. I did not leave my house to come and be disrespected. I was very appalled and very disappointed in my care at Imagecare this recent visit. As a patient, this is not the kind of care I want from my dentist or their team.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to find good service these days but Imagecare manages to keep their standards high. I've been going to Imagecare for many years. The staff is friendly and professional. Angel is the technician who does my periodontal maintenance. I've had many of them over the years but Angel is the best. Dr. Thompson has been my dentist for a long time. He has taken care of my teeth well without looking for opportunities to upsell. As a result I am 75 years old and my teeth and gums are healthy. Trent is a newcomer to the practice but he has been in the dental business quite a while. If I have a question about services and billing he is the one I go to. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm in the midst of getting a tooth implant which requires numerous visits. I was nervous about today's visit and Christin made me feel very much as ease. I find the Imagecare staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The implant turned out perfect. More recent... I am always pleased with my visits. Your professional and friendly staff look out for my dental health and make me feel welcome. Another cleaning followed by implant records and CT scan to make sure I'm ready for the next step. Negative experience: The lady that I spoke to was pleasant and seemed like she would help. It became clear in speaking with her that your office was not aware that my claim had been denied nor that it had been filed incorrectly. Billing with your office has not been good the past several years. I am hopeful that the lady uses the information that I provided and resubmit the claims. I give her 5 starts though lower the overall rating to a 2 as these issues continue.

Negative experience: I have been using this practice for 20+ years. I had an appointment just a few days ago for my routine cleaning and check up. Two hours before my scheduled appointment, I received an email requesting that I complete the patient questionnaire and that if I did not complete it, my appointment might be rescheduled. Please keep in mind that this appointment had been made 6 months in advance and this email could have been sent anytime before two hours before the appointment time. So, I get to the office and complete the form as I wait for the appointment. I was called back 30 minutes late. My appointment was for 10 and I was called back at 10:30. I did not recognize any of the staff. The check in clerk was new, my hygienist, come to find out, had never worked there but traveled all over to clean teeth. Needless to say, she was not familiar with the layout of the room or the location of the equipment. As she started, the ultrasonic scaler broke. Another employee came in to help her fix it and they spent a really long time under me and my chair trying to fix it. The regular employee suggested that the temp do manual scaling. The hygienist proceeded as the other lady continued climbing under my chair doing who knows what as the scaler was never fixed. Evidently this ultrasonic scaler was the water source as well so the hygienist was not rinsing my mouth as she scraped my teeth. I finally had to suggest she give me a cup of water so I could rinse my mouth periodically as she cleaned. I had to tell her how to turn the water on as there is a pedal to step on prior to turning the nozzle. The suction straw was turned up too high and I was waiting on her to suck one of my crowns or my tongue down the tube. It was an ordeal of an experience. I was so ready to just get up out of the chair and walk out. Terrible experience. I always request to see Dr. imperial. She is only in this office one day a week. She does accept my insurance while Dr. Thomas does not as of this year. I have another appointment set up to see Dr. Imperial for some work. After this experience, plus the fact that my insurance is no longer accepted except for Dr. Imperial accepting it on the day she is there, it is very likely that I will be looking for another dentist.

Negative experience: I gotten tmj and was seen 7/22, they referred me to a specialists due to the pain and the fact I was leaving for vacation, however he was not available until mid September. When I called back to see if the doctor could expedite the appointment or refer another doctor, I have not received a call back from the message I left. And it appears to be a common practice for calls to go to voicemail and never have your calls returned. I have been going to this Denist for a long time, and trust him, however, recently you can very seldom get someone to answer the phone. And their lack of follow up has hit an all time low

Negative experience: I came in for a cleaning and to discuss possibly replacing six crowns—but the staff seemed focused only on the money from that moment on. Even though I said I’d wait for insurance before deciding, they kept pushing appointments I hadn’t agreed to. I showed up once thinking it was a follow-up for my gingivitis treatment, but they were preparing to start crown work without my consent. I asked for the office manager, waited 20 minutes, and she never showed. No one followed up, even though I had to leave for work. They also split a treatment into two appointments claiming that my insurance doesn’t allow it in one session (causing me to miss work twice), but my insurance confirmed it wasn’t necessary. Why lie? To make it worse, I received two different crown estimates, each with added costs and no clear breakdown—just a total that kept going up. That said, I want to thank the hygienist Kimley Ingram for being kind and professional during my visits. That one star is for you. Unfortunately, the front office and billing issues completely overshadowed that. If you do go, ask questions, get everything in writing, and demand itemized receipts. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

Negative experience: Had a scheduled appointment to put in an implant tooth, I was sent a remote the day before asking me to confirm. I did so, went to the appointment and then was told the tooth hadn’t arrived. Wasted time with this appointment and they wanted to set up a new date. I said no! Call me when you have the product in hand Then we will set up an appointment. Also ultimately I was shocked at the cost of the implant. The front office had me sign a document and they showed me what turned out to be a partial payment of 3,500.00. For phase 1and2. Then the phase 3-5 was another 3,500.00. The form made it look like the total cost was 3,500 .00 and not 7,000.00. I would never had the procedure done at all at that price. So !!! FYI. Read every line they ask you to sign and get all your information when making the decision to proceed or not.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for over 16 years and for the last few I keep telling myself this is my last visit/cleaning. Yesterday was my final visit. So much to type, but it boils down to. This has become very commercial feeling and I question their ethics. I find it very suspect when every-time I come I see a different hygienist. The water pick cleaner they use on your teeth is horrific. They no longer hand scrape. I found out something yesterday during my visit and I really question the business model of this group. I already made a cleaning appointment with a new dentist for my next check up. I will not be visiting this office again. The dentist by the way acts like he has no idea if one type of cleaning is more expensive then another and if they charge insurance more. Come on, this is your business. I was put on a special type of cleaning supposedly after I had a deep cleaning… never happened, I was never told, educated, or explained to. Terrible business practices. I’ll find a different practice. This one is not was it was 16 years ago!

Negative experience: I have truly enjoyed many of my previous experiences at this office. However lately it’s been a real struggle. I’m not sure if they only use temporary hygienists or if they just can’t keep the ones they hire. But in the nearly 15 years I’ve been a patient here, I’ve had a different hygienist almost every time. And between the dentist and the hygienist, the hygienist is who we spend the most time with. I want to know that I’m going to see a good one, the same one, who knows me and my history. I really enjoy Dr. Imperial and she’s honestly the reason I’ve stayed this long. But I haven’t even been able to see her in the last 18 months. My most recent visit was likely my last. Again I had a new hygienist, and I had to explain to her that I do not like the Cavitron cleaner. It hurts my teeth and I just prefer the hand scraper. She proceeded to tell me “well I use the Cavitron on all of my patients.” Very matter of fact and without even a pause to consider what her patient is telling her. I work in healthcare myself, and one of the most basic rules is to listen to your patients. It doesn’t mean they dictate the treatment, but if your patient is telling you they are fearful of something or that something hurts them, give them an alternative option!

Positive experience: I like Dr. Thompson and his assistant very much, but the idea that when I receive an incorrect bill I can't speak to anyone is ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is that the company knows this problem exists and nothing is done.

Negative experience: I would rather gave zero star as Google does not have option I ended with least from the choice. I have booked appointment for 03-Apr'25 8:10am CST during 1st week of March'25, I got the confirmation immediately through the email(no reply mail) also I got the reminder email on 31-Mar'25(also noreply mail). Today (03-Apr'25)morning I reached around 8:00 am when I tried to check in myself at front office, I got the very cool message from office assistant that my appointment was cancelled. When I enquired why I was not notified and showed my last 2 emails they simply mentioned like they tried reaching me over the phone but I did not reply so gave voicemail. I showed that my call logs and voicemail msgs did not have anything from this office, they gave incorrect number. Previously I get updates n my phone, I don't know how my number got typo all of sudden next why they did not update through email. I have planed all my schedules for the day and was waiting for this appointment more than a month everything gone waste. This appointment cancelation game is second time in a row. Same drama they tried to stage during mid of 2024 but I was able to get same day appointment I compromised myself though they gave Hygienist appointment instead of doctors'. Every time they repeat, I would not recommend or prefer them anymore to me, my family, friends and anyone here. Insurance also they are doing big scam. Please avoid or be cautious with the management. Doctors are good but management is WORST EVER. Thank you

Negative experience: We have been patients here for over a decade. Dr Imperial and Thompson are fantastic. The 1 star is because their billing staff is horrible. There has been so much turnover in the last few years. They also have temps who have not knowledgeable We were sent to collections over a balance that should have been cleared. It took a long time for them to correct. A few months later, it happened again! They don't return calls and their automated system is annoying. Last month, they canceled one of our appointments, and they pretended like there was never an appointment. We had the text messages as proof. They were dismissive and rushed us away so that they could close. The next appointment is now months away. Prior to the pandemic, the office staff was fantastic and professional. We are currently looking for another dental group.

Negative experience: It took 4 visits to get a crown b/c they messed up my pics even though doctor reviewed them and said they were ok. Took time off work to get a cleaning but they put me down as having a special X-ray I never agreed to. Took off work to finally get cleaning and they canceled my appt without notifying me b/c I opted out of text messages as they bombarded me with them constantly. Was told they called to confirm my appt. Never read a call or voice mail. I will never ever go there again...and they don't care. Trust me...I have them thousands of dollars in work.

Negative experience: They CANCELLED my appointment to make room for “other people wanting to come in!!” I had been going here for three years and never once missed an appointment. They sent text reminders, and I never had to confirm anything prior to because the appointment was set. This time they cancelled without calling me because they “had other patients wanting to make an appointment,” and “it’s close to the end of the year,” so they canceled me since they hadn’t heard from me since the last appointment. Why make an appointment in advance if you just going to start cancelling me?! There is no warning that if you don’t respond to the text, the appointment will be cancelled.

Negative experience: No issues with the dental care. I am a patient of Dr. Imperial and she has done a wonderful job taking care of our family over 10 years. The 1 star rating is for the way the practice handles billing/insurance issues. The billing department does not return phone calls. When you call, the automated menu gives you an option of leaving a message regarding billing or insurance issues. I have left many messages but no one called back. I ended up driving to the practice on 9/12/2024 and cleared billing error in person. I had to prove that I had no "patient responsibility" for the visit by providing my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance before she agreed to remove my balance even though I know for a fact that my insurance also sent Imagecare the same EOB. To make matters worse, the person with whom I had to work with on that day was NOT friendly and was very dismissive of me. I definitely did not feel valued as a long time patient. Please train your staff better---they can at least pretend to care during the 10 minutes that I was there trying to resolve the matter. If Dr. Imperial ever stops practicing at this location, I'm not sure that my family and I would continue to be patients. I am having another billing issue on a visit by a family member and I am not thrilled about having to do this again. I had to leave a voicemail so I'm hoping that they clear this up or at least return my call.

Fantastic experience: Dr Imperial is a professional dentist! Her hands are like the feather! And she was so quick and efficient. Also, Nurse Irine has an energetic and lovely energy. She made sure to tell me detailed instructions instead of just giving me the paper, she goes the extra mile! Imagecare Dental group is my go to regarding any dental treatments.

Fantastic experience: Have had this dental office for years and never had any issues until recently. Had my cleaning and was told when I left that I did not owe anything. Recvd a bill 3 months later stating I owed $212 and was past due over 30 days. I called and left a detailed msg and never received a call back. I then was sent another statement with over 60 days, again I called the office and left a msg. Since I had not heard back I called a 3rd time and still did not hear anything back. I now have a past 90 day notice and I called the office once again and finally spoke with the front desk. Was told insurance did not cover and that there was no longer anyone in billing dept to assist. 4 Times I had to call! This is unacceptable to me.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Texas from another state and was so lucky to get referred to Imagecare Dental. Due to an unfortunate experience as a child, I have bad anxiety with dental appointments. This office is amazing! They helped me through my anxiety and everyone was compassionate. The staff was patient with me and explained everything that was going to happen. Dr. Imperial and Toni were so nice and did an amazing job with repairing my veneer. I cannot recommend this office more! The front desk staff and office manager met me with smiles and kindness on both my visits. I will be referring people here and I appreciate the professionalism, excellent customer service and expertise work I received. My tooth got fixed and it looks amazing! Negative experience: 2024. Dr. Imperial left this office. She only works here once a week, on Fridays. Constant staff turnover, everyone at the front office gone, replaced by new people. Our hygienist that we loved, also gone. Still a mess with their billing department, like other people mentioned. Not sure when will this nightmare end. I have been a loyal patient of this group for over 10 years. About a year ago when Covid started, this practice has been bought by a big corporate company. Since then, like other people mentioned, things went downhill. The whole front office staff changed. Nice people left and whoever works there now have no clue what they are doing. About a month ago my child had an appointment. It was raining like crazy. There were no spots by the door, so I parked farther away. Came to the door just to see the sign stating to go back to my car and call them from there. When they called to confirm my appointment the day before, nobody bothered to tell me that. Today my dental cleaning was scheduled. Yesterday I received a confirmation phone call. Mind you, when Dr. Thompson owned this place, we were getting emails and text notifications about our appointments which are now gone. Suddenly today in the morning I got a phone call stating that my dental cleaning has been changed to another hygienist without my permission. I asked the manager to call me. Waited till after 3 nobody called me, so I called back. Manager advised me that my hygienist had a patient before me who required more time, so they decided to move my appointment to another hygienist without my permission. He did say that they were sorry. Anyway, I rescheduled my appointment for a week later. I was not going to write any reviews, but when I got home from work I had a text message from this dental office stating "Thank you for visiting Imagecare Dental! We would truly appreciate your review of your visit". I was not even there today, but I got a text thanking me for today's visit. Please get your act together. This used to be a great office with caring people. The only reason my family is still there is because of Dr. Imperial. I hope she can read this review.

Negative experience: Service when there is great. The dental hygienists are well-informed but any communication afterwards is lacking which is why this isn’t a 5-star review. I inquired about Invisalign almost 2 months ago (6/3/2024) and have yet to have anyone reach out to start the process. And this isn’t from a lack of trying on my end. I have reached out several times via email and phone call; the last time I spoke with someone, I was told someone would reach out soon. Nothing as of today…7/19/2024. Billing is also another tough one. I was sent a bill a while back with no line items to explain what I was being charged for. I went in to have my night guard filed down a bit and the charges seem so excessive for this one thing. And, from the bill, it looks like they may have not even processed it through insurance. I recently reached out but I doubt that I’ll get a call back from my voicemail based on my experience above, but hopefully I’ll be proven wrong and have this issue resolved. So ultimately, it’s a pretty knowledgeable dental practice but be aware that you will have a difficult time getting a hold of someone and getting a straight answer.

Negative experience: Br careful about your billings, the billing department charges you the item not listed in the treatment plan, charge you a higher price than the treatment plan, always overcharged you without notifying the patient. I feel sorry for the doctor, nice doctor with a billing manager lack of integrity!

Fantastic experience: I recently experienced a dental emergency during a flight to Plano,TX from Atlanta, GA. Image care understood my situation and the urgency to be seen. I was scheduled for an early morning appointment the very next morning, treated and was out within the hour. Upon arrival to the practice and throughout my visit, the staff members and the doctor were all pleasant, professional and experienced! Thanks again for being so attentive and accommodating in my time of need!

Fantastic experience: Angel is great! Not sure how he recalls patients when we only come in 2x per year. I have been coming to this location for longer than most of the employees have worked there. I did miss Dr. Imperial this visit but will see her next time! Dr. Thompson subs in when she is out which leaves me in good hands even when she is out! Not a fan of the new computer system but will get over it due to the level of care they provide.

Fantastic experience: Customer service of every single staff member I met with was beyond superb. My hygenist was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable (not stupid like other dental offices I have been to) and has an amazing memory. My hygienist and I chatted about the holidays coming up and hosting family gatherings. It makes the visit all the more pleasant and puts me at ease.

Fantastic experience: I am in my 80s have 2on2 implant Dentures by Dr Annalee Imperiale she is Excellent. . I periodically need an adjustment. Lorena very professiona, patient and caring. Made sure the Orings were best for me. I ordered the Oral B rotary brush to from. Amazon clean posts. I Highly Recommend Lorena and Dr Annalee at Imagecare. Other staff pleasant as well.

Fantastic experience: First visit today as a new patient and I am “sold”. Felt welcome from the minute I walked in. Everyone from the front office to the hygienist to Dr Thompson made me comfortable that were there for the patient and had my best interest in mind. They also made sure I understood what would be done, what treatments would be needed and why. I could not recommend more strongly!

Negative experience: I have come to this place for years and sometimes there is the occasional wait. However, this time, I showed up at 7:20 for a confirmed 7:30 appointment, and they came to tell me at 7:40, that they were “So sorry, but the temp scheduled to clean my teeth, no showed”. They told me if I wanted to hang tight I would be seen soon… 25minutes later.. and I’m still sitting in the waiting room, while everyone else who has come through the doors has been seen. The ladies who I spoke with were very nice but the entire experience was unacceptable. People have work and rearrange their days to make sure they can make these CONFIRMED appointments. They make no hesitation to charge you a “no show” but yet are able to no show you? Absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Texas 5 years ago. We had to go through 2 other dentists before we found out home with Image Care dental. Dr. Imperial and her staff are amazingly caring and precise in their work. From the receptionist, Leia, to my personal hygienist, Nicole, they always make me feel welcome. Fantastic experience: I had my teeth bleached by Christina. She he did such an amazing job. She made sure I was well informed, and cozy throughout my entire appointment. Dr. Imperial is very thorough and meticulous in her diagnosis and is literally the kindest person. Angel has a gentle hand, yet still makes sure my teeth are pristine. The entire experience has been great. My expectations were certainly exceeded.

Fantastic experience: I had traditional braces a long time ago, never wore my retainers so my teeth shifted back over time. Dr.Imperial and her amazing team helped me get back on track with my dental care. I had filings done and went through invisalign, Dr.Imperial and her assistant did a great job at explaining what i needed, why i needed it, and made sure i was comfortable throughout my care. Angel does my cleanings, he's very gentle and thorough. Everyone that I've come in contact with has been very helpful, caring, and thorough. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Imagecare Dental is absolutely top notch. Dr Thompson and his assistants Cynthia and Laurena did excellent work replacing some old fillings, installing a new one and figuring out where some minor pain was coming from. They were efficient, professional and extraordinarily competent. I highly recommend everyone at Imagecare Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have never had such a painless dental experience in my life. I had multiple injections, two teeth pulled bone graphs, and I barely felt anything and it was over in 30 minutes or less. Only part that hurts is the price but I got I got an insurance plan or a dental dental plan that kind of pays for it but needs to be done Dr. imperial that’s her name is amazing! The staff is pretty cool as well! I keep me updated on my appointments and if I miss which I do frequently because I cause I forget they update me and play in a new spot and give me in as soon as I can without charging me extra because as I’ve gotten older, my short-term memory isn’t what it used to be so they work with me God bless them all.!

Fantastic experience: This experience went really well , I was pleased the moment I walked in the door . Leah greeted me with a warm friendly welcome , which helped my nerves calm down because I suffer from dental anxiety. As it got closer to my visit with the doctor , I was almost in tears because I totally neglected my teeth during Covid . The young lady Lorena was super sweet and very professional, she answered every question I had asked along with explaining what was to be done next . Doctor Thompson was great and took time to get every answer I had questions regarding. I was super excited the office offer same day treatment . Overall , my visit was great I am glad to say I’ve found my new dental home . Thank you image care for your kindness and helping me restore the confidence in my smile .
