Fantastic experience: Dr Lau, Elle and staff were great! Very thorough too

Positive experience: The waiting room is bright and comfortable, and Elle is a warm, courteous and personable front-office professional. Staff seems to work together well. When you sit back in your dental chair, a small Hello sign greets you. The payment record you're handed afterwards appears drawn from a spreadsheet-like database hybrid which looks less-well integrated than others I've seen from competitors, but it appears that may be undergoing an upgrade. The office supports some savings plans in addition to insurance options, a definite plus. Overall, Dr. Lau's office provides a pleasing, professional experience that communicates well with its patients.

Positive experience: My appointment felt personal vs. feeling like just another patient or case. Procedures were explained well. Patient education was very thorough. It was apparent that the staff and doctor were well experienced and knowledgeable in their professions.

Negative experience: Called to set up an appointment and was able to secure it. When I showed up they didn’t even have me on file even with phone, email, and dob. It’s been a year since this experience but I still get promotions from this office.
