Negative experience: Terrible money trap they hike prices up high and make you feel like you getting a good price it’s terrible pricing I would not recommend this company if pu better going to a local dentist that’s more honest with integrity

Negative experience: This is the worst option. I went in for my first appointment specifically for a cleaning; however, they told me they couldn't perform it right away and needed to conduct an examination first. They ran some tests and claimed I had periodontal disease, stating that what I actually needed was a deep cleaning. They proceeded to perform a treatment—for which I paid—but they padded the bill with extra billing codes and unnecessary procedures solely to squeeze money out of me. The total bill came to over $3,000, of which I have paid $2,000 so far. Since then, I have discovered that they routinely inflate their costs and tack on bogus billing codes. For instance, they charged me $400 for two saliva tests—the actual results of which they never provided. When I returned for a follow-up appointment, they couldn't locate the samples and were completely at a loss for how to explain it; nobody there seemed to know anything about the tests. All they did was print out a single sheet of paper with my name on it—aside from some generic "oral hygiene instructions"—and charged me $70 for it (billing code D1130). Without a doubt, do not go there—or at the very least, check with other clinics first.

Fantastic experience: The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was spotless and my cleaning was quick but thorough. Definitely coming back!

The dentist was very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable. Thank you for making my experience at the dentist as comfortable and convenient as possible!

Negative experience: I took my son in for a cleaning. I was told by the hygienist that he would need a deep clean on his teeth that would need to be done another time. I was given a treatment plan showing work that would cost me 2500 dollars after insurance paid there portion. I left to get a second opinion. They also said he would need a deep clean but it is only 200 dollars out of pocket. I don't know what kind of scam this place is running, but I'd think twice about going if I were you.

The dentist was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I walked out not only with a healthier smile but also with complete confidence in my new dental team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

Fantastic experience: I never can say good things about a business but I will say this. I recently switched from my old dentist to these guys. They treated us good from the start. We did bump into some issues. The only issue I had is that they did not contact my old dentist prior to getting xrays. A step that could have been prevented. Also the person that looked at my teeth her gloves stunk really bad. I didn't see her change them before she treated me. We had an issue and after speaking with the supervisor. She changed my whole outlook at this dentist office. She deserves a raise. Amy was very professional and listened to my concerns and dealt with me professionally and gave me a solution that was better than I asked for. Honest place to go to. What more can you ask for.

Negative experience: Have tried giving these guys the benefit of the doubt but they have made every part of my experience as stressful as they possibly can. Have had to change time off requests with work multiple times because they had to reschedule me and my initial visit was hell trying to get them to figure out my insurance. Going to the dentist is already a stressful experience, them not being able to handle this other stuff well in any way makes me wish I’d have chosen to go anywhere else at all. Once I finally get the work I paid for done (if they don’t reschedule me a dozen times again first) I will be happy to never consider this office ever again.

Positive experience: Bad: When we tried to schedule our first visits, we were advised to wait six months because of insurance. Turns out our insurance didn't require that and my daughters cavity became worse because of it. ...on one visit, the dentist was so busy talking about inappropriate things during my filling, he did a poor job and I had to get it fixed a few days later. Another dentist in the office fixed it but it is still not quite fixed. Not so bad: The office manager was VERY helpful and figured out a number of issues bringing our quote down from over 900 to under 200 which I greatly appreciate. I think the insurance had been entered incorrectly so glad it got fixed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ingoglia has every single quality I look for in a dentist. He and his assistant took such great care of me. They did an AMAZING job with my teeth, I thought I was going to have to have them all extracted. He worked miracles, and they treated me like family! I'm so happy with my teeth and they worked with me financially as well. Annette , and the front office were great. Plus , I do not live here, so flying here to have them do my dentistry was worth every penny! If you're anxious or feel hopeless,, I would highly recommend Dr. Ingoglia and the staff , I can finally feel positive about my teeth again. I can't thank them enough !!!

Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled, she also doesn't over chart you with procedures just to squeeze every penny out of you; but only does what is absolutely necessary. I appreciate that in this bad economy!

Negative experience: I used to love this place, there was an amazing receptionist and they worked hard and provided valuable feedback on my dental care all the while working with my insurance to ensure I saved money, now it is the absolute worst. I don't mind the dentists as most of them seem to actually want to help, or do their job but the other staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming. They make the patient feel as though they are some sort of problem and try to gouge every penny out of you for "non-covered" procedures and extra items. In fact last time, they wouldn't even clean my teeth without some special coded procedure which insurance didn't cover whereas before when I went and hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years due to lack of insurance they did 2 specialized cleanings and a regular one at no cost. Good luck if you choose this place, but I would highly advise against it.

Negative experience: It was our first time coming in and before we went, we called ahead to make sure they took our insurance. They said yes, and after making sure with our own insurance to find out whether or not this dental office does accept our insurance, we booked an appointment. We went in 10 minutes early, checked in with the front desk, then proceeded to wait. 10 minutes later they come up and ask if we submitted the form yet, and then gave us a form to submit. Another 10 minutes roll by before she comes up and says that they don’t accept our insurance. When we told her that we had already called ahead to make sure and even checked with our insurance, she said that’s not her problem. We were pretty shocked to hear that and then she said we could still take your appointment right now but you would need to pay out of pocket. We left after that. Absolutely wild experience. Do not recommend.

Positive experience: Friendly, kind staff. The doctors are always late, even for the first appointment of the day. My appointment was at 9 am, and my doctor didn't even show up to the office until 9:20. So frustrating to be on time, and not shown the same professionalism. It's also very frustrating to only have my orthodontist on site one day each month. Dental appointments are only offered two days a week. As of January 2025, nothing has improved. Orthodontist has overslept and been late to two appointments. He is now 40 minutes late to my current appointment. My appointment was 9:00 am; it's now 9:40 am and just got taken back. It's frustrating to have my time treated so disrespectfully.

Tianna and Tiffany at the front desk are exceptional—they make every visit seamless and welcoming. Dr. Sharma, who I believe is our dentist, is truly brilliant. Recently, my 4-year-old needed two small cavity fillings, and Dr. Sharma handled the procedure with incredible patience and kindness. She explained everything in a way that my child could understand, which amazed me and made the process much easier for all of us. I highly recommend Professional Dental, especially Dr. Sharma, for her outstanding care and expertise.

Negative experience: CROOKS- READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR SCAM with surprisingly similar stories. It's simple, not very many are willing to be sued after being lied to and bent over a barrel for a few hundred bucks. They just pay it! They know this. They also know that very few will ever post negative reviews. Per White House Office of Consumer Affairs 96% of dissatisfied individuals don't complain. Professional Dental PREYS on the POOR who can't afford dental insurance. Signing up for their plan is the first mistake. They agreed to specific services at specific prices before the services were rendered. then bill almost double later. I have proof. Though they have now admited their mistake they care not to do what is just and right. It's not just this location. A similar thing happened to me and another individual in the past at the West Jordan office. I foolishly made the assumption that although frustrating, wasn't intentional. So I came to the Herriman office, and this time, made certain to have PROOF of EVERYTHING. Lo and behold it happened again. DO NOT SUPPORT this group of THIEVES. Professional Dental is a dishonest enterprise with kind smiling faces and nice staff. I suppose that's the worst type of liar there is.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has feared the dentists my entire life, I absolutely ADORE everyone I have interacted with in this office! For the very first time, I actually felt relaxed during my routine cleaning with Jennifer. She is so gentle that it really did feel like an entirely different cleaning experience than anything I've ever felt. I did also have to go back to have a few cavities filled with Dr. Durrani. Again, a completely different experience to anything I have ever had. She was gentle, relatable and really willing to go above and beyond to do a good job. With my cavities, she actually saw some irregular coloring in existing fillings and decided to investigate by removal. By doing so, she discovered more active cavity underneath my fillings! She spared me 3 root canals just by paying attention to detail and trusting her instincts. So impressive! Last but certainly not least, is the warm smiling face that greets you as soon as you walk in the door! The Office Manager, Annette, is the sweetest soul and is also so willing to go above and beyond to accommodate! She also always has the prettiest eyeshadow!

Front office was super nice and love my experience over all . I would recommend PD to everyone !! Doctor Nelson was very kind to me and helped me with my tooth pain . I have never been to the dentist before and this was by far the best experience ever .

Negative experience: Oh friends. Don't do it. The staff was ok, the doc was great. The tech took multiple attempts and redirection by at least 2 other staff members to get the correct x-rays. Their communication with each other is lacking horribly. This resulted in false statements about when appointments could be made, and work done. After moving appointments to meet their needs (doc needed out early) clearly stating when I had to leave to pick kids up from school. After waiting 45 min to be seen, I left well after when I needed to. Everyone I told about the time restraint acted as if it was new information. There was an urgent unplanned visit that impacted the timing, yet no communication was given to the change in timing. When trying to schedule follow up work out came to light they are only open 2 days a week. Frustrating info since I specifically asked hours before the first appointment. I was then directed to make an appointment with the OREM location. When I expressed my frustration (no swearing or raising of voice, but definately frustrated!) and what had ordinarily been told to me I was hung up on. I feel for the gal, chances are she's fed up with dealing with fed up people! This is but a snap shot of a handful of moments that made this a sadly pathetic and frustrating experience. If you have a crazy flexible schedule to be seen before 4 on Wed or Thurs this may work for you, as for me I'll be looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Stay away from them!!! They will LIE to you, SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICES. When I took my mother there, she did not have the insurance, I agreed to buy the office plan if I can cancel it after she got the dental insurance. The receptionist agreed with me, that was Aug 2021. My mom traveled to my home country at Nov 2021 and I called them to cancel the plan. They agreed! My mother came back to state and I got her a Delta Insurance then I took her to the office to do a general cleaning. The receptionist forced me to pay $150 (8 months) to cancel the previous plan or they put it on collection. I’m so frustrated and still pay for that. They told me that cleaning will be free!!! I have to wait 1hr for before my mom get the service!!! And they send a bill to Delta $154 for the cleaning!!! This is a SCAM!!! HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!

He first did an examination, explained the work I needed to have done. I only needed one filling instead of 9. He only performs the work he deems necessary! Great place to go if you're looking for a new dentist.
