Fantastic experience: I'm very anxious going to the dentist. I've had some bad experiences in the past. However, this dentist office is professional, comfortable, and knowledgeable. I had to get numb for a procedure and they numbed me properly and I didn't feel a thing. Even the shot was minimal feeling if any at all. This will be my permanent dentist moving forward.

Fantastic experience: What a great team! Dr Borg is an awesome doc. Took the time to get to know us and discuss our treatment. I appreciate the conservative approach with cavities/concerns. He was honest with 2 spots on my teeth that weren’t a concern yet, but immediately let me know 1 spot needed quick attention. He could’ve easily diagnosed 3 fillings but said to fix 1 and keep watch on the other 2 in 6 months. I’ll ALWAYS prefer a conservative doctor and not a money hungry one (which we’ve all experienced!) thank you Dr Borg!

Negative experience: I left this office feeling really uneasy. They told me I had some 5–6 mm pockets and possible “bone erosion,” but also said it "wasn’t that serious". Despite that, they still turned me down for a traditional cleaning and tried to funnel me directly into a localized periodontal cleaning and a 3-month cleaning schedule — which isn’t covered by insurance. I got a second opinion the next day. That dentist spent a lot more time reviewing my X-rays, looking at them from different angles, and explaining the bigger picture. They confirmed that while I did have a few deeper pockets near my back molars, it was not severe, did not require localized periodontal treatment, and definitely did not justify skipping a regular cleaning. They also explained that once a dentist codes you as a periodontal patient, you’re placed on a lifetime of more frequent and more expensive cleanings — which made the pressure I felt here even more concerning. Sharing this so others know to trust their instincts and get a second opinion if something feels off.

We had terrible experiences with other hygienist because they were inexperienced. Dr. Borg is a kind dentist who is talented and also experienced. The office has updated equipment and current technology. If your dentist doesn't have the latest and greatest equipment you should switch!

Fantastic experience: Our past dentist, who we had for many years, canceled our major insurance, so we had to find a new dentist. One of our past dentist's employees told us about Herriman Heights Dental. I called to see if they accepted our insurance. They did and we were excited to go and meet a new dentist. Their new office was so close compared to our past dentist. It was a blessing for us. Everyone at the new office was so friendly and professional. Our new dentist, Dr Enslow was so friendly and very up to date on new procedures. I knew I needed a crown done, and he did the whole procedure in a hour and a half, same afternoon. We were amazed. My last one took over two weeks. We are so happy to have a new, great dentist and his wonderful staff, to provide us our dental work. We actually look forward to going.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment here and I’m very pleased! They were able to see me as a new patient within a week, which was great as I had a dental concern I wanted checked. The hygienist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very gentle on my sensitive teeth and gave me tips for oral care. The dentist was kind as well, and they gave me some quotes from my insurance and discussed options for the issue I had asked them about- but didn’t try to sell me on anything else.

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off getting a root canal because I was scared and never had one before. I did a few other consultations but Herriman heights dental was the only office that could do the root canal and crown in the same appointment!! Other offices have to send out for the crown having you come back another day. I’m a busy working mom and don’t have time for that so I’m happy that I was able to get it done in 1 appointment! It was overall surprisingly a better procedure to undergo and I have no pain.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was scheduled at 10. I was in the chair at 10 and the process of cleaning began. It was quickly done and done well. The girls were awesome. The dentist came in, looked at my teeth and I was out of the c hair by 10:34. The cleaning, x-rays and exam were professionally done and I felt very comfortable having them give me dental care.

Fantastic experience: This office came highly recommend from a neighbor and after one visit I can already agree. The staff is great. I saw Cassidy for my cleaning and she is an excellent RDH. All the dental rooms have windows, which might seem like a weird detail to add but after going to a dental office that had only interior walls, it was nice to be in a room with natural light.

Fantastic experience: My current dentist had to close up shop for the near future. I love my current dentist because they know all about my family and we feel connected to their firm. I needed to get a filling done immediately and chose this office in the interim. Overall, it was a good experience. The dentist didn’t even introduce himself. He just came in and got right to work on me and was on to the next patient. He does have a fun sense of humor. It was nice to not stay waiting too long and I could see he was super busy. They all did great with my filling and JC (I think was her name) did a througho cleaning like I have never had before! She was welcoming and tried to get to know me. The dentist came in to check on my cleaning after she finished before I left. Very impressed with how much the dentist and cleaning tech cared about doing a great job. I think I may stay with this outfit if my dentist closes up shop permanently. Great work, care, and efficiency! Haven’t seen my bill just yet, so I hope that goes well too:)

Fantastic experience: Cannot praise these folks enough, especially Darcy in billing!! Had to have a root canal right after moving in to the area, and they took care of me as if I’d been their patient for a decade. What’s more, we had a nasty snafu with my insurance and Darcy worked some real magic to clear everything up for me and make sure I didn’t pay more than I needed when I was strapped for cash. Dr. Enslow was excellent to work with too. Love this office!

Positive experience: Everyone was really nice. My dental hygienist had a really light touch and would inform me before she would start something new. I gave 4 stars because when the dentist came in, he never said hello to me or even spoke to me directly, just to the hygienist. It made part of the experience feel cold. He also at the front desk when I left and did not acknowledge me.

Fantastic experience: I love their Dental Hygienist, Nikki! The first time I saw her, I told her that my teeth are sensitive to cold, so she always make sure that the water is warm before she uses it. I also told her that I am prone to migraines and that a bright light could trigger it, so she always have a cover ready for my eyes before she starts cleaning. Dr. Enslow is great also, he always does a thorough job and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Herriman Heights dental is the absolute best that I have ever gone to. I had my nephew place my implants because he is an oral surgeon. However, he doesn’t do work with them beyond that. I was very nervous about someone else doing the finishing work that another surgeon had done. In walks Dr. Enslow and Dr. Borg. Between the two of them my 5 front bottom teeth are beautiful. I showed my nephew and he said wow they did a perfect job.
