Fantastic experience: Dr khan is the best he pulled my wisdom teeth out thank god the pain is gone I called for an emergency appointment and they fit me in the same day!

Fantastic experience: Amazing doctor I got my tooth pulled and implant same day now just waiting to get my implant crown in a few months great implant promotion $1999 can’t get it any cheaper!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. Front desk lady and assistant seemed to have NO clue what they were doing at all. I came in for a cleaning- all that was done was a brief check of my teeth, then polishing followed by fluoride. I can do that at home- when I get a cleaning I expect the plaque and tarter removal with the special tools, my gums should have been checked after expressing sensitivity. I didn’t even get flossed. After my “cleaning” was over I was left to take off my own glasses and the chair was still elevated and reclined leaving me to prop myself up and hop down. I am 7 months pregnant so that was not the easiest!! Anyways I will never be coming back here ever again and I would advise that no one should come here

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. I went to get a filling done on my tooth, and the service was very poor from the beginning. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m., but they didn’t see me until 9:20 — and only because I went to the front desk to say that the doctor was sitting at her desk instead of coming to treat me. Second, she didn’t even know which tooth needed the filling. I had to tell her myself which teeth needed treatment. At that moment, she did the fillings and everything seemed fine. However, after two weeks, I started having very severe pain. I went to another dentist and was told that the nerve had been affected and that I had an infection. Now I am undergoing a root canal treatment at UConn, and this treatment is very expensive. I do not recommend going to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Was quite scared to go to the dentist as I hadn't been in over a decade. Everyone was very polite, professional, kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend going here for your dental work.

Negative experience: Their "policy" is to go AGAINST STATE AND FEDERAL policies. My kid was sick the day of my appointment. He was not sick prior so I had no way to cancel ahead of time as I didn't know he'd be sick (obviously).bSince it was a last minute cancelation (yes I forgot to call because I was dealing with a SICK CHILD) they said they were charging me $50. Even if I called when they opened (which was only an hour before my appointment) it still would a last minute cancelation and they'd still charge me. I told them I'm on medicaid (which does NOT allow such fees) and the response I got was a rude "well thats our policy". Let's add the fact I got a "cleaning" done there and it seemed way too fast and a manual tool was mostly used. When the fluoride was finally off my teeth I could tell they, in fact, did not do a proper cleaning. I will be filing a complaint through my insurance so they know they're illegally charging cancelation fees.

Negative experience: This place increased my dental phobia x100. While some staff members (front desk and assistants) were nice every dentist I saw there (neither Dr khan) were insensitive, rude and provided out dated dental work. Dr Flanagan and Dr Lipton created dental fillings that weren’t properly set so I can’t floss between teeth and deal with numerous broken fillings above the gum line that constantly bleed and cause pain. and Dr Oreki (who told me to ignore my anxiety and to deal with it tomorrow) attempted to extract a tooth even though I wasn’t sufficiently numb which caused me to have the tooth next to it cracked and broken leaving me unable to close my mouth or eat for weeks until I was able to go to UConn and pay to be knocked out to have the tooth removed. The trauma from this place will be the reason I won’t go back or recommend anyone go here. Ever.

Fantastic experience: Got sent here after the Manchester location failed to finish my extraction because the female dentist “couldn’t do it”. Within 5 mins of walking into Gorgeous Smiles in Southington, Dr. Khan had me in the chair, and the remainder of the tooth removed. He topped up my numbing & cleaned the chunks of tooth out of my mouth that Manchester had left there. CANNOT recommend Dr. Khan at Gorgeous Smiles in Southington enough!!!! I will only come here for dental work now, I was practically crying tears of joy.

Fantastic experience: I came in with extreme tooth pain and the office staff were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. Dr O seriously eased my anxiety and truly helped me regain trust in dentists. I’ve had some horrible experiences but Dr O and his staff were very patient and kind. I am so pleased, i will be back to get more work done … i apologize for not knowing the ladys names who helped , but they were all truly amazing the front desk and the MA that took me back to the room … The Dentist was the best, i didnt feel a thing and recovery wasn't bad also.

Negative experience: NEVER AGAIN! The dentist urged me to get thousands of dollars of work that didn't seem necessary. I got an opinion from a periodontist and another dentist that the work was not necessary. I googled the dentist's name and discovered that he had been sued in the past for pushing his patients into getting unnecessary work. Beyond that, the whole operation was just very unprofessional. To pay for it at the end, instead of handing them your credit card for payment, you need to scan a QR code on your phone that takes you to a site where you enter your card information and pay that way.

Positive experience: I don't know how about going at it yet so far I'm not happy until I see Dr Singh I'm an excruciating pain nothing was done for me yet when I went there just x-rays they didn't even put a temporary filling in when I broke my tooth a couple days ago. And also I don't go back there till next week I can't take this pain anymore. I will say that the girl up front possibly the office manager and the hygienist the one that took my x-rays were absolutely incredible

I contacted Elegance dental when I couldn’t get appointment to fix my filling at my regular dentist. This was 2nd time same filling was came out and earliest I could get any appointment was after 2 weeks. Thank you for giving me a same day appointment to fix my filling. I can’t say I have a great time because you can never have a great time at dentist. All the office staff and doc were very kind. I have a feeling I found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a huge dentist person because every time I go see one they are extremely quick to judge. This dentist is very understanding and comforts you in the process. The biggest plus is his every movement he fills you in what’s going to happen and always ask if I’m doing good. The staff is very friendly. I would 100% recommend this dentist.
