Negative experience: "Quote" was off by 45% because the office either quoted the wrong code or didn't correctly understand the code they used. When I asked them to contact my insurance and see what the issue was,they wouldnt and told me I could. When I did,the insurance told me that ONLY the office can appeal- there's nothing I can do. I have to imagine appealing is a common enough thing that they know this is the practice. But it wasn't offered when i originally asked the office for help. Once I told the office insurance informed me the office had to do the appeal they finially did. I am still waiting to hear how that goes but I just wouldnt trust them again to quote me a procedure so I won't be going back.

I recently had a tooth infection and he put my worries to rest by allowing me come in anytime I felt uncomfortable offering me options and never making me feel bad about calling...often .
