Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!! Alot of these 5 star reviews are FAKE! I went here several months ago. Dr Azra did not wait for my mouth to be numb to fill my cavity. It Hurt LIKE HELL. I told her I can feel it and needed more numbing shot! She told me to stop having anxiety and continued to do my tooth! It was the worst pain of my life!!!! I ended up walking out of there! So unethical! Never again!!!!! I am traumatized!

Fantastic experience: The front staff is so sweet and welcoming. The dental assistant is very attentive and on point. Dr. Azra is very compassionate and her bedside manners are excellent. We have never felt like she is all about getting insurance money but all about caring for her patients. Highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Okay let me tell you about the doc. My experience. As painful as it was, that was only due to the procedure that I was having, not due to the doctor because she was phenomenal!! I had 18 teeth removed in one shot so anyone that's had even a single tooth removed knows that there is definitely pain involved so 18 at once is a big job and she did a fantastic job!!her office even called me the next day just to check on me and see how I was doing after the procedure. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone that needs a dentist for themselves or for the family she's great!! And in case she herself reads this I thank you once again doc you did a great job I couldn't have asked for better!! Here's the update.......... Jan. 21 2019 There's four steps in the process to finally bringing my teeth home and that beautiful smile right there is Step number 3. So in two weeks I will be going home with a fantastic smile given to me by a great doctor! Thanks again doc you're awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Saleem is the best, she helped me with more than five rotted teeth and crowns. I never went to the dentist because I was reluctant to deal with needles even as an adult. Within three visits Saleem, and her well coordinated staff had fixed all of the damage quick as can be done while still doing the job right.

The experience was very conducive and reassuring throughout. Scheduling appointments over the phone was easy and hassle-free, and the office staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Negative experience: The worse dental experience, stay away! My Aunt went here and Dr.Azra pulled the wrong tooth! How is it possible to do something like this?! Then she tried to cover her mistake by saying it was a tooth that would have needed to pulled eventually anyways. The office then refused to file an insurance claim with their carrier since this needed to be looked at for medical malpractice and her mistake. But they out right refused and threatened my family with the police because we continued to call the office. This place should be shut down!

Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety so finding a dentist that I feel comfortable at has been really hard for me. From reception down to the nitty gritty, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I just felt so welcomed and like they genuinely wanted what was best for me. Also the ambiance was ambiance-ing. It didn’t feel all clinical or uncomfortable at all. It was clean, cozy, and inviting. Lastly, the scheduling was incredibly convenient and I didn’t even have to wait three months to get the first initial appointment :) great place 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Today was my 2nd visit and I have to say over all she is the best I have had since I was a teenager. Out of fear I haven't been to the dentist in along time so needless to say I have a lot of things to take care of. Negative experience: I wish you could give a negative star. My sister went in yesterday for a sore tooth and a swollen face. The "dentist " and I use that term loosely stated her tooth was cracked and needed to be extracted. She proceeds to shoot her with novocaine and attempt to pull out the tooth. She cracks it more then stats she can't remove it and my sister needs to go find an oral surgeon. No help, no recommendations. Just sent her on her way with a infected cracked tooth she made worse. Straight clowns, avoid this joke of an office

Saturday appointments are a plus. I have been a patient for over 10 years and am very happy that I chose this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Having moved back to Wallingford from the west coast, I was super lucky to have been referred to Dr. Saleem for my dental care needs. She and her office staff are true professionals and have provided above and beyond care for both myself and my partner. I needed an implant and she took the time necessary to ensure the graft set properly and there was sufficient bone growth to support the post. She was empathetic and kind through the whole process and I was able to get excellent advice from Harmony, the office manager regarding my insurance coverage. So lucky to be taken care of by such an amazing team!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had been patients of Dr Saleem for a few years. I was referred by a family member.I am not from the area but travel 40 miles to come see her.My daughter who is a special need person absolutely love the dentist and feels so comfortable on the dental chair. During my appointment, Dr. Saleem was professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. She truly cares about her patients' dental health and well-being. The dental hygienist was also wonderful. Negative experience: Stay away far far away please do not use this dentist under any circumstances. Took my wife there for an extraction, injected her with Novocaine and no more than 20 seconds later the doctors in her mouth pulling the tooth she screaming it hurts it hurts stop the doctor ignored her and kept on ripping the tooth out of her mouth as my wife was screaming in excruciating pain. Then without any instructions at all you're done have a nice day are you kidding me stay away far away unless you want to be in the excruciating pain

Fantastic experience: I had a huge cavity in my 2nd molar on the to right of my mouth. Dr. Saleem did a really good job of filling it and explaining to me that I might need a crown if the filling doesn’t stay put well. Great experience!

They accommodated me last minute and got me in the same day for my wisdom tooth extraction before my vacation. My tooth was out within 5 minutes. Fantastic experience: I had one of the more memorable experiences today when DR. Saleem inserted a molar implant. Whole procedure took about 35 minutes with little pain or discomfort. Implant looks amazing. I was so scarred going in for implant but it was super easy. DR. Saleem was so competent. To top it all they me a very good price. I highly recommend her for implants and general dentistry. Previously she also done some fillings and a root canal on me and all her work is still good.

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety when going to the dentist but when going to this dentist I am not as anxious. They are so great they are very friendly and make you feel comfortable during the time that you are there.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience here today. It says their closed on Wednesdays but she said they were taking appts after 1:30. I’ve had cleanings done in the past and came in with pain from an obvious cracked tooth. She told me it’d heal itself and to use “a glob of Sensodyne toothpaste on my finger, on the crack to heal it” which I said made no sense to me. The part that’s cracked is from grinding my teeth I was told. So she then told me my insurance would cover a night dental guard to help stop me from grinding my teeth which I figured out, it isn’t covered. I tried to call right after my appointment to cancel a cleaning I had scheduled previously and getting the mouth guard and she hung up on me. I called back and got sent to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional, I had to go to urgent care because of how awful the mouth pain has been and immediately the doctor knew it was from the cracked tooth and told me exactly what she knew should’ve been done to fix it. Not sure how I had a better dental experience at an urgent care but that speaks for itself. Not to mention she was leaving my appointment constantly to answer the phone or talk to other patients when we were mid conversation. Not even changing gloves and then going to look in my mouth again. I was shocked at how today went. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here, unsanitary and unprofessional overall.

Negative experience: Very rude dentist. As well as they to like to pile on patients at one time because Dr. Saleem expects patients to not show and if you do show you have to wait. Although, if you are a few minutes late then you can possibly be cancelled. How ironic is that? I have to wait for her but she can cancel your appt if your 1 minute late. She makes a lot of slick remarks that are unprofessional and jumps from room to room without giving you the information you need. I also do not want to wait in a tiny dirty looking waiting room with 3 other patients while covid is high. I will be contacting the health department in regards to this and dirtiness!
