Fantastic experience: First visit to this office and I was totally impressed. Hoping to get a few of my family members and friends to transfer their "dental needs" to this office. MSgt, USAF (retired) Second visit (appointment) today. Haven’t changed my opinion. Great service and impeccable customer service. Went for adjustments to my dentures. Speedy and excellent service. Very satisfied. Had a cavity fixed today. Awesome experience.! Didn’t feel the needle to numb the area nor did I feel any discomfort whatsoever. The dentist and her assistant are top notch. Thank you ladies. Deeply appreciated. Had my semiannual cleaning and check up today. All is well. Service is outstanding.

With now needing to go and having to find a new Dentist I could not have been more satisfied with my interactions with the office, hygienist, and Doctor. It was so positive that I look forward to going back from my dental cleaning in 6 months!

Positive experience: Dr. Giuliano truly cares and is the best dentist ever! She is an “old-school” type of dentist who isn’t in it to just get your money and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She will always check to make sure you’re okay during the visit and puts you at such ease. Everyone in the office from the dental hygienists, assistants, and receptionists are so nice and easy to work with!

Negative experience: Dr. Maldonado is the worst. He took four wisdom teeth out of my son‘s mouth without putting him to sleep and then sent him home with 800 mg Motrin I never seen nobody get 800 mg Motrin when they took out four wisdom teeth I will never go here ever again. My son is crying and in pain.

Fantastic experience: The doctor was patient with take out my 2 big and powerful tooth yesterday afternoon, take him longer than he expected, he didn't get angry even though he was hungry because he didn't have lunch yet, tired of eating the same thing lol, doctor keep up the good work as a young doctor you are going to be the best, you are the best i ever had remove my tooth didn't feel anything next morning no pain or swelling, GOD bless and keep up the good work because you love doing it to make people happy, GOD bless us all !

This is the way a dentist office should be. Caring, respectful, extremely clean and up to date. Don’t go anywhere else, this place is the best.

Negative experience: **Must Read** This office cancels your appointment if they do not receive a verbal confirmation. We’ve never missed an appointment here and this is not normal office procedure in my experience. On top of that, they have rescheduled our appointments multiple times (with less than 24 hours notice!!) due to their own scheduling conflicts but I was always understanding.. We will be finding a new dentist where the front office operates ethically and fairly.

Fantastic experience: Waterbury Dental Care I recently had my first appointment with hygienist Nikki, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. For the first time in my life, I went through a dental cleaning without feeling even the slightest discomfort. Nikki’s gentle touch, attention to detail, and warm personality made the entire visit not only painless, but truly pleasant. One thing I especially loved was that there’s a TV mounted on the ceiling, so I could relax and watch during the procedure. It really helps take your mind off the cleaning and makes the whole experience so much more comfortable — perfect for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. Nikki took the time to explain each step, ensured I was comfortable the whole time, and left my teeth looking and feeling incredibly clean. Her professionalism combined with genuine care is something you don’t find everywhere. I also want to mention that the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in.

She pays great attention to the patient throughout the visit and will do her best to make sure you're not in pain The dental assistant too was very kind and did a great job assisting the dentist and being ready with everything she needed The facility is great, all new equipment for the dental work, great xray machines, they give you sunglasses to help with the dental lights, tv over head to keep you distracted All in all a diamond in the rough in Waterbury I would travel to go to this dentist

Positive experience: I Really like This Office & My dentist I am not okay with the dental assistant the Hispanic one a little older in age she wears glasses & usually works mornings . She walks in the room touching sterile items before changing gloves . She’s touching her face her mask etc. thinking she’s going to put her hands in your mouth. Is not sanitary she should know better!big red flag to me I hope she sees this. Other than that the rest so far are great.

Fantastic experience: Waterbury Dental came through for me big time today! They had my daughter in and out in under a half hour (for a normal 6 month cleaning w/o x-rays)!! Their staff called me as soon as a cancellation happened and we were able to get in for 11:30 instead of 3pm, when my daughter would’ve had to miss her first STEM after school program. You made our day WD! I recommend their kid friendly staff to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Maldonado today, he removed 6 teeth and put in a top denture. I was very nervous about pain from the novacaine needle in the roof of my mouth. My fear was useless! He did an amazing job, I never was in pain and he got my denture perfectly. I would encourage anyone who needs teeth pulled to make an appointment with him. He really is a great dentist and he is absolutely adorable too. Lol I asked him if he was 12 yrs old Miriam is also wonderful as his hygienist. The entire staff are cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Save yourself from being in pain and go to Waterbury Dental.
