They have an awesome intake process that asks you about your preferences for care. From the moment that you start the process, everything is highly personalized. Fantastic experience: Let me say right up front, Dr. Singh is an excellent dentist! He's provided me with excellent guidance on multiple treatment plans, and has executed those plans just perfectly. He's provided me with excellent dental work involving routine fillings, multiple crowns, a dental implant, and a two tooth bridge. I'm not at all surprised that when I first asked around for a dentist recommendation, Dr. Singh of Thomaston Family Dental was mentioned multiple times. Negative experience: Food is not tasty at all I went back just to see. Maybe they changed and give them one more chance. And I order balon I said no pork please and they give me with pork and you wanna know what she said. She said that is not her fault that they do the way they wanna do First restaurant I ever heard saying that I will never go back there no waitresses that way. It is so long to just receive a food. That sucks.

I have never met anyone who has ever said they “liked” going to the dentist and if I did hear someone say that I would assume they were joking. No one has a “good” experience at the dentist; unless they’ve been to TFD. The staff were all very friendly. Every step was explained and I felt very comfortable- mentally, emotionally and physically through the entire cleaning and exam process. My hygienist was wonderful, knowledgable, and gentle. Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist, Joyce, was very knowledgeable and explained things as she did her job. She recommended a water pik and took the time to show me the one she used. She explained that with all my caps and bridges in my mouth that it is important to keep the gums clean around them. I was so impressed by her knowledge, I went home and ordered the same one she used. Loved the dentist too. Very friendly and explained the importance of keeping everything clean around the caps. I absolutely loved this place.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough about this dental office! I went for a 2nd opinion on work I needed done & decided to change dentists and go with Dr. Singh. He's honest about what needs to be done & offers options on how to go about it all. The office manager, Kim, is simply THE BEST, along with the other staff, including Trudi! They all make you feel at home & appreciate your business. Kim also knows how to work with your insurance, which is a 5 star rating in itself! Just to let you know how much I like this practice, my last dentist is only 3 minutes from my house & Dr. Singh is a half hour away.
