Negative experience: I did not realize I was dealing with such an unprofessional practice. I had a 5:00 PM appointment scheduled for 12/31/2025. When I arrived at 4:45 PM, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because they were unable to verify my insurance. The office did not have the courtesy to contact me to clarify any insurance details or even notify me that my appointment had been canceled. I had already completed all patient forms and submitted my insurance information online in advance. The receptionist made no effort to review the information I had provided. A great deal of effort goes into taking time off work and managing responsibilities at home to arrive on time for an appointment. I am appalled by how poorly this office is managed. I am only giving one star because the system does not allow a review to be posted otherwise.

Dr Rao is incredibly nice and caring; I was so nervous and yet she was patient with me and talked to me during the whole procedure to calm me down. I felt all the way through that I was in very good hands. She did not try to push procedures that I didn’t need which proves that she is a conscious professional, not one trying to make money unfairly. I highly recommend her practice to everyone. Fantastic experience: We know Dr.Deepa Nyayapathi since July 2019, accidentally! But that was a very good accident! Since then she treated my wife for some dental issues. Today after 6 years, I had to see a dentist. I called Dr.Deepa, and she was so graceful to remember me and gave me an appointment immediately, even though she opened her own Dental Office, and so quite busy. She diagnosed the situation and did a filling of a cavity that is quite big after removinga portion of the infected tooth, with minimal pain. She is absolutely dependable to do the right thing and very gentle. A perfect dentist. Mrs. Jenny at the front desk is very courteous and coordial. The office is very comfortable and homely. I can recommend Dr.Deepa Nyayapathi to anyone wholeheartedly and without any hesitation. She is a Star. My wife visited Dr. Deepa Nyayapathi recently. After taking the x rays and reviewing her case, Dr.Deepa suggested an immediate root canal showing the affected tooth. My wife was not so sure because she seemed to be getting the pain from a different tooth. Also she was not mentally prepared to sit and get it done with, because of a long standing fear of the pain. Next several weeks passed with distractions of back pain and visiting family. Last week the pain returned intensely and on a Saturday while we couldn't get to Dr. Deepa , I had to take my wife to another of her previous dentist who instantly suggested to get a root canal done right away to save the tooth, and also suggested going to an Endodontist, because the tooth developed abscess and would require a specialist to do the root canal procedure. We then went to see an Endodontist in Fortlee NJ, who was impatient and pushy. Came back a full circle to Dr. Deepa and she assured us that she can do the procedure, and also said if she can't she would herself suggest to see a specialist.We were lucky that she was working that same Saturday and got the last appointment. Dr. Deepa was very gentle and in her approach never rushed or pressured my wife. Made her feel at ease and then started the procedure. Dr.Deepa had to go extra deep to the bone to remove the infection and cleanup. At the end of it she showed us the before and after x rays explaining what she did. Jut about an hour and all done, with little pain. My wife was very surprised at the dexterity and delicate surgical skill of Dr .Deepa. After more than 7 years we finally found a dentist we can trust and depend. We have no hesitation anyone who chooses to go to Dr. Deepa would come to the same conclusion. She has the touch of a feather and unlike many she cares more for the patient's needs.

Fantastic experience: I am super satisfied with my Invisalign results which took about 6 months. Dr. Deepa takes cares of her patients and I feel happy to have chosen Montgomery dental loft!

My initial contact was with their Admin Gloria who was nothing short of a God send angel assisting me with my Insurance, and dental planning. Had it not been for her patience, and knowledge id still be going around in circles with the Insurance company. Negative experience: I don’t know how it happened but the review that was putted under my name wasn’t mine... Maybe that’s why this place has such a good opinions, because I definitely NOT RECOMMEND going there. I stopped because: 1) the dentist gave me not enough anesthesia and started to work on my tooth almost immediately instead of waiting for it to start working. When I felt huge pain, she made a moody face that _ oh well, what can I do ? Hm, you could do more anesthesia or wait at least few minutes. She was angry that I don’t allow her to continue when it pains terribly. 2) she wasn’t able to build a proper crown, I had to come there few times (because of copy being not done properly). I plan on reaching out to owners about using my name and paste some common, positive review. I didn’t want to review this place, I let it go and change the dentist, but now they have provoke me to do it.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time visiting the place and I was satisfied with my visit. The place is clean and Dr. Deepa was patient in explaining the issues with my teeth and did a good job with the cleaning! The only thing which perhaps is a non-issue is if the gloves that are being worn by the doctor would not smell bad especially when going through the cleaning. I would recommend the place.
