Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly & professional staff, this was my first visit to this dentist I entered my visit with a lot of anxiety as past dentist appointments haven’t been a pleasant experience for me and I expressed that to the dentist who said “let’s see if I can change that”. I had a root canal, temp post and crown, no discomfort during procedure or when the novicane wore off, it was one of my best Dentist visits of recent years. I highly recommend this establishment you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this dentist’s office. The place itself is completely unsanitary. I literally saw cockroaches and what looked like signs of rats while I was there. That alone should be enough to make anyone walk out. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was an inconvenience just for being there, and no one seemed to care about basic customer service or professionalism. The worst part was the actual cleaning. It was extremely rough and careless. My gums were completely butchered. I was left bleeding badly, and instead of helping or even checking on me, they just left me sitting there unattended. It was honestly shocking. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. It feels unsafe, unhygienic, and totally unprofessional.

Negative experience: Had a root canal done here and they left a piece of the instrument in the tooth and never told me. Even when I started describing infection symptoms to them, they never said anything. Until it was too late and I had to get a tooth removed at 21.

Negative experience: Im not sure if people here know what they’re doing! Every time i get something fixed either root canal , crowns etc, turns out in something worse that it actually was , so you have to keep going back again and again , you end up spending countless money on the same tooth over and over again , and all they give you is excuses and more excuses so you keep spending money on the same thing… the least the dentist can do is fix what they messed up in my opinion! it seems that there is a lack of professionalism . I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I chipped off a corner of my back tooth. Dr Trivedi examined it and determined that the porcelain had chipped and I needed a new crown. I approved it. She took off the old crown very promptly and professionally. Silvia assisted spectacularly. Silvia then prepared the area with no pain while she worked on the gum. She put the temp crown on. Said to bathe with warm salt water rinses. Dr Trivedi and Silvia are the best I have ever gone to.
