Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Smile Designs. From the beginning, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated how the dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly instead of rushing through the appointment. They explained my treatment options, costs, expected timeline, and payment plans in a way that was easy to understand. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were very responsive and helpful. I really appreciated the transparency and personal attention throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Smile Designs and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office.

I came to see dr K after my original dentist make my teeth hurt unbearably it took him 10 mins to reverse what the other dentist did and I was pain free in no time! I also bring my kids here for their check ups and cleanings! They aren’t pediatric dentist but boy do my kids love them! The friendly staff makes you fell at home and I’ve never waited long!! Fantastic experience: I got a cleaning the last few times with the hygienist, Bogena. She did a very thorough job without pain.

Positive experience: I have issues with new denture. 1) have pain while eating from left side. 2) Dentures difficult to remove before sleeping. Very hard 3) If I put little pressure it pains this was not the case with old denture 4) help is needed to solve the issue. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my 81 year old disabled mother and texted the insurance documents in advance. My son dragged my mother in the rain and freezing weather just to be told that they do not take the particular insurance plan my mom has. I was extremely upset since they could have told me that the day I texted them the documents. Its pure negligence. I requested to speak with the doctor or office manager but no one was available. Doctor was busy seeing patients and office manager was out on vacation. How convenient

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to Dr. Kasamatis’ office. I’ve been going there for years, and I wouldn’t switch to anyone else! Very caring, gentle and very experienced. They will always listen to what you have to say or any concerns you may have. They’re extremely professional.

Negative experience: Do not come here unless you can take time off from work every time you need an appointment. I have really tried to work with this practice, but they have fallen short. I initially got implants, and the first procedure was amazing! After that, the results have been so-so or disappointing. I decided to look for another practice until I found Dr. Shaw. She was professional, kind, and excellent at her job. I thought, "Perfect, I will stay here," but unfortunately, she left to pursue further education. Scheduling is a disaster here; they rarely stay past 5:00 PM, so you'll need to take time off work. There is definitely room for improvement at the front desk. There was a scheduling error that occurred, which was annoying, but we all make mistakes. Instead of the young lady acknowledging it and trying to find a solution, she pushed the responsibility back on me. Billing is incredibly confusing, and after a while, you start to feel scammed or that there's a lack of attention to detail. They use an outside billing company, which can complicate matters. My most recent issue was when I came in to have a crown inserted, and the dentist accidentally cracked the implant next to it. I don't remember his name, but he was left-handed and struggled with the room setup. He was apologetic, and I felt a bit bad for him. I was rescheduled to see the main dentist, but that appointment felt strange—a bit dismissive and quiet hostility. They took a mold for the new implant and crown, but I was called a day or two before my next appointment to be told that the items had not arrived. When trying to reschedule, the only options were during daytime hours. I have taken enough time off work for this practice! I did not crack my teeth, nor did I cancel the appointment. I assume that after this review, I will be met with more hostility, but I am beyond frustrated!!!!

Fantastic experience: Came in for a semiannual cleaning. Hygienist was friendly and super efficient. Also no pain :-) Dr. K then came in to follow up and gave me 2 options for my loose bridge. The first (a simple reglue) would be completely covered by insurance. If that doesn't work option 2 is a new bridge. Considerably less expensive (like a third ) than the 2 implants and new bridge originally quoted. Great doctor, great people, great dental office. If you're looking for a local dentist that can do it all, look no further. Just had step 1 of the new bridge completed. That was taking a mold of existing before removing the bridge and then putting in a temporary. Dr. K is the best. Entire team is great to work with.

Service was extremely quick as I was upon arriving immediately ushered into the treatment room and X-rays taken and read upon which the Doctor enter and examined me and diagnosed the problem and I was on my way!!! Fantastic experience: Love Dr Nara, she is sweet, gentle and a good dentist. However the oral hygenists, had two of them are a lot to be desired. Rushed the cleanings, one ripped open my lip by not paying attention. One of the assistants seemed less than with it. I tequested she not assist on me. Id get a better office location, that strip mall is run down!
