Negative experience: I had a cavity filled here, and the filling fell out shortly afterward. They told me to come back in four days, but when I arrived, they initially claimed I didn’t have an appointment even though I did. They eventually refilled the tooth, but the appointment was much quicker than any filling I’ve had before. Just one week later, I bit into a soft sandwich and the filling came out again. At this point, I’m very concerned about the quality of the work. A filling shouldn’t be falling out twice in such a short time under normal chewing. I expected a more durable repair and a better overall experience.

The office staff is also very gentle and very prompt responding or changing appointments. The office is very accommodating with same day or next day appointments. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mandalapu has been my children’s dentist for almost six years, and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. Even after we moved and were no longer regular patients, she still went above and beyond to help us. Recently, my son had a dental emergency on a snow day, and when I called her office, she told us to come in immediately. That kindness and care meant so much to our family. She is always very kind, patient, polite, and extremely professional. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes both kids and parents feel comfortable and at ease. My children always felt safe and well cared for in her office. Dr. Mandalapu is not only an excellent dentist but also a truly caring and compassionate person. We are so grateful for everything she has done for our family and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful, trustworthy dentist for their children.

Negative experience: I’m visiting Dr Bhrama last 3 years. It was going good. But my Iatest visit 2 weeks ago a very disappointing and nightmare. After 1 hr waiting DR came and start the cleaning. She did so fast or inappropriately that after it I have severe hot and cold sensations. I called clinic couple of times. And response is so pathetic and irresponsible behavior. I’m completely disappointed and want to express my frustration and anger.

Negative experience: They only did half cleaning and never did the other half saying insurance was not claimed! Absolute scam. They said some bone loss blah blah and only did half and never informed me about their plan to do only half. They let me live with only half cleaning for several months and didn't even bother to get back to me. 6 months later I visited India and got teeth cleaning with absolute no questions asked, no drama. I got scammed Better AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Fantastic experience: After a long time saw a great Dr with less questions but a lot of recommendations , less decoration in dr office with a lot of attention towards pin pointed treatment. Best dr in USA I have ever seen in last 6 years. She is a surgeon and one stop solution for all dental issues unlike BDS refers and refers to specialist which is the most irritating part in USA hospital system for a patient who is already running with pain

Fantastic experience: I moved out of NJ in 2014 for undergrad and came back to NJ and when I needed a local dentist, I picked my old local dentist, 10 years later. Dr. Mandalapu’s polite staff had a quick check in, and then I had a great teeth cleaning. She’s still so meticulous and caring. They give mouthwash beforehand and afterwards, which I think everyone can appreciate. Dr. M’s memory is amazing. She hadn’t seen me since 2014 but she asked me how my mom and my younger brother were. She’s such a sweetheart and so informed. And when I ate starburst at work 2 hours after getting a temporary crown (she said no gum; this was worse than gum *facepalm*) she squeezed me in to replace it. 2x…because then I knocked it out a week later -/+ Thanksgiving 2024. What a Saint. Please don’t eat candy to test her saintliness…

She has not seen me in some time but still remember me my family and of course my teeth. I would’ve appreciated a more accurate assessment and treatment. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: Don't know how to rate anything less. And even surprised how someone has rated high.. Got few fillings done (no root canal at all) and it took 5 sittings to get these basic things done.. coz everytime she and her staff had to start rushing as soon as it is 5.. no care for patient.. they even left the work in between asking me to come again for remaining work. Infact the last filling I got done (and didn't go after getting frustrated with the attitude there), had to go to other dentist to get it properly trimmed to get fit in teeth structure. She was in so much hurry that even left that also !!! Very very Unprofessional.. don't recommend to anyone after going to her 5 times !!
