Fantastic experience: My experience here has been great from the beginning! Everyone is very welcoming and my dentist, Dr. Smolianski, makes me feel comfortable and keeps me very informed. I knew this was going to be my preferred dentist when I went in to get a cavity filled and Dr. Smolianski injected small amounts of anesthesia so that my gums would be numbed when he injected more deeply. I thought that was very thoughtful and no other dentist has done that to me before. As someone who does not like the dentist, this is a dental office I’m not afraid to go to lol. Overall an amazing dental office I would recommend to everyone!

Negative experience: Dr. Smolianski is great. BUT they never pick up their phone. EVER! They seem to screen them. You need to call, leave a message, and get a text and/or email back from them. Then, they call you. It is absurd!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend to come to this dental practice. Dr. Igor is a great doctor, very personable, and very informative as well. However, recently, I had a discrepancy with my insurance, which led me needing to find another dentist, and no longer being able to come here. The problem here, is that I had already put forward $1250 towards getting a crown put into my mouth. Of course, given that I can no longer go to this practice, I had requested a refund. Only after a year, yes, an entire year, was I told that I am not able to receive the full refund because my insurance Cannot currently cover what was done a year ago. That is, even though my insurance was covering the work that had gotten done a year ago. It is not my fault that the dental practice did not charge the work done at the time with my insurance, and I should not be held responsible for the cost of the work done Given that I never actually got the crown put in my mouth. This is completely unacceptable, and upsetting as well given that prior to this I really enjoyed going to Dr. Igor‘s practice. From what it seems this was not Dr. Igor‘s decision, and was instead the owner of the practices decision, who, for whatever reason, did not take into consideration the circumstances, and instead decided to hold me liable for something that I was not responsible for. Shame on you, Dr. Sinha, this is not only wrong and unethical but unfair. $1250 is not a small amount of money, and this is not right. 6/7/24 Just in case anyone is wondering, the office and doctor Sinha has still not made good on the $1250 they stole from me. Shame on this office and the doctor. Unacceptable. — Etai Shvetz

Very attentive, clean, thorough and great care and one unique thing about them is that the dentist cleans your teeth!!! Their philosophy is very conservative, meaning , they’re not trying to push any unnecessary procedures on you! I highly recommend them, you will get quality care!

He explained everything thoroughly and I left confident in my newfound knowledge on dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: Hillsborough smiles is the best dentist office is the area. Everyone is extremely pleasant from the time you’re greeted at the front desk, to the dental assistants that take your X-rays, and the doctors. I’ve been seeing Dr.Shah for about 2 years now and she’s phenomenal. She’s very personable, efficient, thorough and extremely kind. I’m sure the other Dentists are great as well. Couldn’t recommend this office enough!
