Fantastic experience: Great care by staff and docor. They were prompt and explained everything as what was being done with each step. This is the first time I was able to complete full X-Rays of my teeth with Yvonne's easy instructions. Dr. Wadhwa was very warm and professional. Truly I appreciate and recommend this practice!! Had teeth whitening today, again very prompt , caring and professional. Thank you, Highly recommend this practice .

It was the complete opposite of my experience at larger corporate dental offices like Dental Care of Bridgewater, where I often felt like I was being “sold” services instead of receiving personalized care. I had to have an emergency root canal in my 2nd trimester n was really scared but they made me feel safe n I didn’t feel a thing it was amazing! Thx a lot! KC My 2nd visit on 8/21 July s as pleasant as the first. Doctor and hygienist are friendly and professional. One minor comment: hope doctor could wait a little bit more for the local anesthesia to kick it. That will be perfect. KC 8/26/24 My 3rd visit on 10/15&16 deep cleaning as recommended by Dr is not as pleasant as before: 1. Local anesthetic was administered by hygienist instead of DDS - though it might be legal in NJ. I found it odd though. 2. Dr did not come and check on the deep cleaning result on both days. 3. At the end of the procedure, I have to pay for the whole procedure out of pocket due to insurance limit reach. As this deep cleaning is only an elective procedure, I should be informed up front so I can have it in 2005. Please improve this in the future and let patient knows clearly what will be patients responsibility up front. Thx. 4. On 10/16 my 2nd deep cleaning day, I was asked by Dr to do blood test (as a favor) as hygienist was accidentally pinched by syringe that was used on me. I was annoyed as the injured hygienist should be the one to do blood test to ensure no infection - not me. I did agree on the blood test on SGD’s expense. With help from my personal primary physicia, the blood test referral was send to Labcorp directly for 10/17 test. 5. Per agreement with Dr, the test will be paid by SGD via Cheque or dental office charging account. Instead I got a call from Dr Wadhwa that they will filed for worker insurance claim instead of immediate payment to clear the bill which might need to wait for 30 days to clear the Labcorp bill. Do hope that my account will not be delinquent during the wait. Anyway, not a good experience this time. Do hope SGD will improve their protocols in the future to avoid similar annoyance to patient. KC 10/22/24 Still need to wait for half an hour after appointment time before seeing dentist. The new crown feels better than the previous one. There is a problem on this new crown replacement tough - it is EXREMELY difficult to floss. Will need to visit doctor office again to understand why and to get it fix. KC 6/11/26

I have watched the office building upgrade as well as the staff. The office is very clean and staff are really nice and thorough. As much as I hate having dental work done, Dr Wadhwa makes me smile. Fantastic experience: My first experience was excellent. The Receptionist was nice and doctor is fantastic. She right away called the pharmacy and put my script for an infection that I had in my mouth. I feel 100% better and scheduled a root canal right away within a couple of days. I am impressed on how they handled everything right away. I went to my previous dental that I use before and they did not work on this problem right away. I’ve been dealing with this for two months and this dentist took care of everything right away. I am a very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Dr. W and the staff were very inviting, professional, and efficient! The hygienist discussed what they observed and explained methods to maintain my teeth! They made sure I understood what I should do and allowed time to demonstrate how to take care of my teeth. Afterward, Dr. W and her staff were able to conduct an in-depth scan of my teeth so I can order new retainers! All in all, Dr. W and her staff did an excellent job, and I am looking forward to my next dental cleaning!

Fantastic experience: Being anxious just at the thought of the dentist, I was immediately put at ease by the calm, professional friendly vibe I felt with Dr. W, as well as all the staff I encountered. At the start of my appointment, I was told exactly what was going to be done & how. Asked if I had any questions or concerns . I was asked throughout my appointment if I was ok, was I comfortable. Which I was. The patient concern & comfort was paramount. As a closing note , The office is spotless .

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever seen. I hate dentists but booked my next cleaning right away as well as appointments for my son.

Negative experience: New to this practice. Only my 2nd appt. I would’ve rated them better but they’re not very communicative & no accountability from the front line. I checked in 10 min before my appt. Sat in the waiting room for 35 min. I got up and asked how much more do I have wait. One of ladies of the reception area snapped and said they just finished and they’ll be ready for me soon without any apologies. Waited another 10 min and they finally called me in. When I got in, that was the only time I received my apology. One positive that I can say is that they got me out of there in 30 min considering they did 2 fillings. I would’ve been more gracious accepting the apology if the reception would’ve notified me of the extra long wait and a simple apology would’ve been great.

As someone with a complex dental history, I appreciate this more than I can I say as past experiences with other dentists have sometimes addressed one issue only to lead to more complications later that end up being more tedious and expensive to address. The staff is also polite, efficient and friendly and always seem willing to help with scheduling issues. Started going here for me, and then switched my family to this practice! Highly recommend!!
