Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist that I've ever encountered. The office staff is professional and courteous. The doctor is amazing and gentle and kind. I wouldn't trade them for nothing. Even when I am nervous; they care and take time to calm me unlike what I've experienced before. The best!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow...so much better than my experience at Aspen Dental(Columbia TN- dont recommend them..come here if you can) about a year ago. They even got me in earlier than I had been originally scheduled. Once they got me in they immediately focused on the cause of my visit...Dental pain. They did a quick extra in the area I indicated the pain was coming from. My tooth was cut- sutured for drainage- antibiotics and pain medication prescribed within 30 minutes of arrival- appointment set for root canal(already expected I would need it). I checked my phone time as I got back to my car...3 minutes earlier than my original appointment schedule....like i said at the beginning...wow.

Fantastic experience: As of 6/25/24 - My scheduled dental cleaning was enhanced by Jolene’s recommendations - things to do to improve my gum health and also strategies to slow down the staining of my teeth. I do drink black coffee and drink green tea - and also take a super green smoothie each morning. Thank you Jolene for your recommendations and I see improvments. . As of 3/19/24 - Each time I go in for my dental care I’ve learned that the New Image Dentistry team has my best interest in mind. Ive had a good amount of dental challenges in the past due to lack of personal dental care - and New Image has given me opportunity to improve my dental care. Starting with dental implants and bridge work. Also, the dental hygienist constantly provides me with their professional guidance and education on what I need to do differently to improve. And thank you for today Jolene. Thank you Dr B and all the staff…each one plays a significant roll in my personal dental care - and in my healthy improvements. My visit today (8/22/23) was for a dental exrays, an overall assessment and cleaning. I had a good report…and I was so glad. Last several visits I have learned a lot - the hygienist gave me recommendations on what to do and how….on how to improve my personal dental care. First I started using an electric dental brush - wow was that an improvement instantly and long term…and next a hydro floss - flosser. I saw and felt significant improvements in my gums and my teeth were less stained as I drink a good amount of coffee and eat blueberries…and love my super greens smoothies. Going back several years with New Image Dentestry: My first visit and total dental assessment was very satisfying. From moment I walked in the staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and quickly experienced their sincere professional focus to listen to my concerns. Within a few minutes my personal care was initiated: started with needed health questions, and quickly thereafter a complete dental assessment that included x-rays, photographs, ct scanner and an assessment by the dental staff that lead to the Dr one on one complete overview and my options. The staff proved to be highly trained, competent and will synchronized with the Dr, a professional staff. I selected an option to have an extensive amount of dental improvements to be started in only a few days. Dental improvements include extraction of poor condition teeth, bone replacing grafts coupled with implants, then later supporting implant porc/ceramic's. Im satisfied that I choose the right team to help me to improve my dental health.

Fantastic experience: The team at New Image Dentistry are fantastic. I've had cleanings, crowns and implants there and can't praise them enough. I'm also getting a night guard there. Again, they are a wonderful group of people. I highly recommend them!

I have been scammed by other dentist before with “work that was needed” and then surprise it was an extra $500 but this team is true to their word and always make sure we have information in writing. If you are looking for a new dentist this is the doctor and team to come to!

Negative experience: The receptionist was kind and helpful, the hygienist was extremely patient, thorough, and thoughtful. However the dentist running this practice was incredibly rude. He took one look at me and began making assumptions about my weight. Proceeded to check my blood pressure 5 times even after I told him I have anxiety at the dentist. He refused to speak with me about a wisdom tooth surgery until I “get treated” for high blood pressure. I went to my doctor the next day and he said I don’t have high blood pressure at all the dentist was just using the wrong size blood pressure cuff for my arm. I decided to find a new dentist because it seemed arbitrary to have my doctor call my dentist to argue about how to properly check my blood pressure.

Negative experience: I had to get a tooth pulled and they couldn't numb me. I felt every bit of the pain. I cried and my body was literally shaking. I didn't blame him, and I took it as sometimes things don't go as planned. He sent me out to an oral surgeon to put me to sleep. I can back 6 months later for a cleaning. He said he didn't remember me because he has too many clients. (I sure remembered the pain and agony I felt that day) I had a cavity this time and he told the nurse to put me down for a fill 5 mins later he was like no give her a crown. And proceeded to keep asking me to get a replacement tooth that I told them I could not afford. I didn't like this interaction and went to another dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist and his assistant laughed at the fact he said I needed a crown. He was able to fill it without any problem. Then educate me on the effects of crowns and how he wants to preserve my tooth. I just wanted to warn someone who is low on money right now to get a second option. I know I'm glad I did.

I started with sedation dentistry in their office, six month later I no longer need sedation nor do I need Nitrous oxide! Novocaine is all I need for dental work thanks to New image Dentistry! Would recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist!

Negative experience: My husband was very sick with runny nose, persistent productive cough, and called to reschedule an appointment. He was told that he can do it , but $50.00 will be charged for late cancellation. They do showed mercy.

Negative experience: Horrible. Tried this dentist for the first and last time a few days ago. The dentist didn’t bother to look at my chart and used latex gloves on me even though my chart would have informed him of my allergy. I’ve now got a rash around the right side of my mouth. The office tried to sell me on a $1100 procedure that would have taken weeks even though all I needed was a $42 quick fix that would be completed in-office. When I chose the obvious option, the dentist practically berated me and tried scare-tactics to get me to change my mind. It was disgusting.

Fantastic experience: This office has the kindest staff you will ever meet. If you have any dental fear, this is the place for you. I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Blourchian. He takes his time to explain procedures and the best course of action for your personal case. Dee has helped me so much make the most of my insurance benefits. I cannot recommend them enough!
