Fantastic experience: Dr. Nisha Patel and her team are dentistry ROCKSTARS !! I've just received a full upper arch of dental implants, and the results are extraordinary. Dr. Patel has given me a smile that I am proud of. They have exceeded my expectations, with a fantastic pain free experience. Her assistants, Misty and Kirsty, have also been incredibly kind and reassuring as I moved though this process. My experience has been great and I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team.

They listen and record the place I have found myself in. Vomiting and intense pain has caused me to delay much needed care. I never felt shame that I have in other offices. Originally I had Dr. Clayton who was a wonderful dentist knowledgeable of after effects of radiation on head & neck patients but a few years ago he retired. I now have Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is proving to be very knowledgeable as well. Easy to talk to, she shows interest in your dental issues and very kind. All the staff are just great and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Patel for a dental emergency. She was very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain my options. Front office staff was amazing and understanding to my situation by working me into the schedule on a Friday so that I didn’t have to suffer through the weekend.

Negative experience: Took Mom there to see if new dentures was a good option. The Dentures that got made for Mom at this places apear to be 3D printed and not actual real and expected Dentures. Which was never mentioned during any visit. After 8 trips in total Dentures did not fit as they should and no where on any paperwork does it say no refunds. But the doctor made his own rules and now we are out over $5000 and we left the Dentures there at office because Mom can't wear them because they just don't fit right and apparently the doctor can't get it together. So I really would not waste you money or your time. If they would just refund even a portion it wouldn't be so bad. But no one there cares about doing that.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't let anyone else work on my teeth. I have been going to this office since they opened and the office staff and dentists are the BEST! My two front teeth are crowns, and no one can tell. Everyone always says I have a great smile and I attribute that to Middle Tennessee Prosthodontics. They are very professional and have the latest technology. I recommend them to everyone and no one has been disappointed. If anyone has hesitation getting a teeth cleaning or having major dental work done, like I did, this is where you need to go. They make it very easy and painless.

Fantastic experience: Taking my mom to Middle Tennessee Prosthodontics has truly been an amazing experience! They are so professional, and they also deeply care about their patients. We drive two hours for my mom’s appointments. Today she needed more work than just a cleaning, which was a change from what the appointment was for, and Dr. Patel and Dr. Peterman did excellent work while fitting in my mom’s extra treatment's for her implants and dentures between other patients to prevent us from having to make the long trip the next week. Dr. Meister, her implant surgeon, was also able to come next door and collaborate while we were there as opposed to another appointment far away. The doctors and staff truly make you feel like family, and we are grateful for their care!

Fantastic experience: We travel from Memphis to Brentwood twice a year to see the dentists of this practice . They are the best. We see Dr Mclaughlin and Dr Peterman . They have a great team too . Miss Carly is very kind and she always helps us to coordinate appointments for the three of us . Her costumer service skills are outstanding.

Saw Dr McLauglin and he listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time with me to. Came up with a solution and options. Highly recommend this group. Fantastic experience: Have you ever visited a professional and left just *knowing* you are, and will be, in good hands? That’s how I felt when I first left Dr Petermann’s office. I’m trying to explain how lucky I feel to have found such a wonderful Prosthodontist near me! Dr Petermann took time to listen to my concerns. His exam was thorough (and painless). During our talk afterwards, he gave me options and recommendations on how to proceed. This included a visit to a surgeon. After the surgical visit; I returned to see Dr Petermann to decide on my treatment going forward. He could have pushed for the more expensive treatment. He didn’t. He gave me multiple options and we both came up with a plan that I can understand and like. It’s obvious he knows his stuff! I’m 71. My teeth are also 71. But, you know when you have found the right professional for your care. By the way, the staff has a great caring attitude and will laugh at a corny joke! I really hope whoever reads this understands that if you decide to go to Middle Tennessee Prosthodontics, you will have made a great decision! (Don’t forget to ask for Dr Petermann.)

Fantastic experience: Dr McLaughlin did an amazing job for me. I had so many problems with dentures before visiting Middle TN Prosthodontics. Short of implants I couldn't have asked for more. The uppers are perfect. All kinds of natural suction. I put them in in the the morning and they stay in place until it's time to hit the sack. I will probably have to do a couple of implants on the bottom (that's because I just don't have a lot of ridge left there) but when I do, you can bet I will have them done at Middle TN Prosthondontics. Fantastic experience: My first visit with Middle Tennessee Prosthodontics was calming and personal. The front desk receptionists were kind and polite. My dental hygienist, Vian, was thorough, professional, friendly, and had such a gentle touch. I had met Dr. McLaughlin previously in his Sleep Apnea &TMJ Solutions clinic upstairs, where I had a thorough workup and appreciated his expertise, as well as his genuine interest in my wellbeing. As a former practicing pediatric dentist myself, I truly appreciated this, as I know how hectic schedules can be in a busy practice setting. This caused me to refer my husband over to his practice, both for sleep dentistry and prosthodontics. Because he had a negative appointment at another dental practice (moving ahead with treatment when he was not yet experiencing profound anesthesia), he was struggling with dental anxiety. Dr. McLaughlin's patient and gentle approach was just what he needed to overcome that setback. I am so relieved and grateful that we have found such a competent, caring, knowledgeable dentist. When the time came to need a new partial, I sought out a prosthodontist in my new area, but they all just wanted to pull all my teeth and make full arch dentures. I'm thrilled that Dr. McLaughlin is making me a new partial. I'm blessed with both his expertise and integrity!

Fantastic experience: I recently had work done by Dr. Peterman, who was a highly skilled expert on Prosthodontics. for over two years, I have been trying to find someone who could help me repair my dental implants. I was able to get in to see them and I was so lucky that they got me in been in pain for over a month because I was moving and I had a implant done else were that was failing and moving around ! Fantastic experience: My family and I have been coming here for over 25 years! I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so professional, very friendly, and the work they do is top notch. I also like that they use a ‘watch’ approach to potential issues. Instead of rushing in to fix a tooth that may have another year or more of life, they keep a watch on it until it’s ready to fix. I had three other dentists in the past that just wanted to rush in and fix things that may have had more life. I actually became wary of dentists because of this, but thankfully found Middle Tennessee Prosthodontics and no longer have to worry about things like that. They are the best!
