Negative experience: On the fence almost 1 yr later. So Sept 2025 i went in for permanent upper and to have lower denture made so it would be ready when oral surgeon removed my lowers. I had suffered a hemmoragic stroke in Aug of 2025 so the neurologist did not release me to be sedated or have any dental work until July 6th 2026 in which I had oral surgery that day. 2 weeks of agony and blisters from the temp denture rubbing, I was able to get appointment for adjustment on July 20th at 9 am. I show up at 8:55 and at 9:35 i was taken back and denture was adjusted after they informed me that I would have to pay 45.00 because I was put of warranty. Didn't feel like I should be charged, looked at paperwork I had paid for new denture wearer package as well. Called Lenoir City office and they called Oak Ridge and supposedly I will be refunded the 45.00 from today. Now my concern is that my permanent lower they will refuse to make when ive already paid for because it will be more than 1 yr after the purchase. I can not help that Dr wouldn't release me to have oral surgery, there was a high risk of recurrent stroke with brain bleed. These types of issues should be the last thing on a stroke patients mind. I would like documentation that my account is being extended to allow for the delay in surgery as it was not my fault, and to allow for healing before the permanent is made. Some peace of mind that the Oak Ridge office will do the right thing would be nice.

Fantastic experience: My son has had extensive dental issues for years and we were unable to find people who are willing to work with him due to his diagnosis and extensive work that needed to be done. The staff in this office were incredibly kind and helped alleviate his anxiety and fear over the upcoming appointments. He had full extraction of his top teeth and temporary dentures placed immediately. They look really beautiful and for the first time in years he is smiling and showing his teeth! The staff was professional and very knowledgeable and told us exactly what to expect and that's exactly what happened. Thank you guys so much!!

Positive experience: I broke my bottom denture in half and they got me a appointment in two days they fixed them for me in two hours but it came with a exspensive price cash only it was a exspensive I couldn't afford but I have my Denture and I'm at peace with it

Positive experience: After paying over two thousand dollars for a set, my top couldn’t fit more perfectly. The bottom, however, is too deep and too big to the point where I tried paste and powder and there’s no contact to hold them down. I will be seeking another impression for a remedy to this issue. There’s other places that can make a bottom plate that actually fits. There’s no logical reason for one to fit perfectly and one not at all. Jessica was amazing and I truly pray she will continue to be while helping me find a way to remake an impression to remedy this mis-fit

Fantastic experience: A year ago, I walked into Affordable Dentures & Implants terrified to make one of the biggest decisions of my life. After traumatic experiences with dentists when I was younger, it took me years to trust a dental office again. Before coming here, I had consultations with two other dentists who were so unprofessional that they had no business working in healthcare. I was scared, discouraged, and honestly ready to give up. Then I met Dr. Boehm and his team. From day one, Dr. Boehm, Jessica, Taylor, and the wonderful lady at the front desk treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. What started as one of my greatest fears became one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had in over 30 years. Over the last year, they have listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me through every step of this journey. Most importantly, they never made me feel unheard. Today, after multiple denture try-ins and adjustments, I finally received the smile I had been hoping for. The dentist who designed my dentures took the time to truly listen to what I wanted, and because of that, I left with a smile that brought tears to my eyes. Fantastic experience: Done an excellent job. They gotten me in at 8:00am did my impressions for my dentures and go me out by 8:30. Had me come back at 1:00pm pulled 8 teeth and put in my new set of dentures which also took about 30-45 minutes and I’m so happy with the results!

Negative experience: I had 4- implants at this oak ridge office only to be in pain for at least 8 months out of ab13 months The left back implant came out in 3 weeks with terrible pain 1 xtra X-ray in 13 months tge middle implant grew crossways in the middle of gum It was a horrific 13 months The middle implant had to be prayed out which felt like with a crowbar! On a nerve! I requested half of a refund Because I signed a consent form NO REFUND But if you don’t sign the go or you cannot get dental work done TERRIBLE DENTAL PRACTICE DO NOT USE THE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!’

Negative experience: Bad experience with affordable dentures so far. They dont care bout patients. Stay away from oak ridge tn office. Your mouth will get gutted and then hear alot of fibs

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering since December 2nd, a living nightmare that I thought i would never outlive the damage, pain and suffering that Aspen Dental had put me through! My very first visit here at Affordable Dentures and Implants gave me hope. The second visit was beyond what I anticipated. I can finally eat! No pain, no discomfort. I actually look normal now when i smile! I actually smile now because i feel better instead of just smiling in the mirror to see the mess that was very noticeable beyond my lips! My teeth! Anyway, They started the begining of what needs repaired of what Aspen demolished! And the demolished is my terminology, not the Dr here. Im still so angry at Aspen Dental messing my mouth up and then ignoring me after my insurance paid and the nearly $2,000 cash that i paid!!! According to the Dr here, it will take some time in the healing process but just what they've done so far, yesterday was a blessing to me more than what they can comprehend. One being my quality of life. A person wouldn't think your teeth and gums could effect your life as much as it has mine. Hoping to gain my weight back now that I can finally eat without suffering and enjoy life again! Thank you so much! Oh, forgot to include the nursing staff and the sweet lady at the check in. They all are so very sweet, kind, patient and professional. They handled my frustrations and reassured me professional as professional can be, because for two months now ive been used to going into a dental clinic where the Dr ignores my symptoms and complaints and nurses snubbing me, mocking and laughing just beyond my room, being ignored and sent out the door feeling hopeless. Stuck because they already have my money paid in advance and not treating my symptoms after what they caused me! Long story short, I had a fear I would be treated the same way here so I was on guard and felt that feeling coming back from my previous visits elsewhere. But no. To my surprise they are totally opposite. They listened to me, they treated my symptoms based on my voice, the words that come from my mouth! They made my discomfort and pain go away in jusy two visits! To add, the wait time in the lobby wasnt very long. The waiting area and including the treatment areas in the back are very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was so very worth the hour and a half drive it took me both times to get to my appointments. Also the cost was way more than half of what Aspen charged me! And the quality is so much greater than i can begin to describe! My review may sound overloaded here but this is my honest thoughts and honest reveiw, the drive back home i wanted to stop and eat a crunchy taco but didnt see a Taco Bell on the way. Lol. Fantastic experience: I was born with genetically bad teeth. I have had extensive dental issues and work over many years. I can 100% honestly say that Dr. Handley was the absolute BEST. His chair side personality and master of Novocaine shots were the top 1% I have ever experienced. Shots above your front teeth hit harder and more painful than back of the mouth and I barely felt a thing this time. I am awaiting my final implant tooth to come in 2-3 weeks and hopefully before Thanksgiving (fingers crossed). It's been a rough time missing an upper front tooth and I feel quite isolated right now missing out on so much of which I want to be a part with family and friends and work too. I'm just too embarrassed to participate right now but Taylor, Jessica, Dr. Handley and Dr. Bohem have been very kind, helpful and accommodating throughout this 6th month process of restoring not only my tooth but my life. I cannot wait to be the me God made me to be again as I'm an extrovert who has been living a seemingly reserved, shy and hidden life too long. If you are experiencing life altering dental trauma I truly feel for you and understand your pain and your anguished dreams and the recognition of people looking at you differently because of your teeth. THANK YOU to the entire staff! While we aren't across the finish line for a couple weeks we are almost there and you are changing lives every day you come to work. If all goes well, I will start getting full implants on my bottom soon as well and cannot wait to smile and talk to people confidently again.

Fantastic experience: Love these folks! Had to get a repair on my denture. Called and they got me in within a day. Went for the repair, all the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Repair only took an hour and was done very well. Everyone was upfront with prices and gave me a paper to file insurance. Clean and nice waiting room. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had to get my dentures replaced immediately due to them being destroyed. They got me in at 9 and I was calling at 815!! (I’m horrible with names so I apologize!) the dental assistant was super knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to make sure my impressions were just right. Dr. Hanley, was great as well! He made adjustments to help get the perfect alignment!! The lower dentures are hard getting used to again, but they are so much more comfortable than my last pair. I highly recommend affordable dentures in oak ridge! They will not steer you wrong, and you will be glad you went there!!!

That is a quality that is hard to find. You can feel safe in the hands of the good Dr B. The entire staff is on the same channel. It is impressive.

The day I went back for denture implants, everything went awesome. They have my medicine and lidocaine, I think I slept through majority of the procedure. I never felt a thing. Positive experience: Had a very bad experience with Aspen dental. So I decided to give these guys a try. Well right off the bat they told me. We can have them in one day. And one day is all it took. For this I'm very thankful. Being able to smile and eat is wonderful. And the staff was wonderful and most helpful with the process. I would very much recommend them to anyone that needs dentures.

Negative experience: My husband went here to get a set of dentures approximately one year ago. He didn't get the economy set either. He went back 9 different times before they would fit. The journey began to try to get use to them and unfortunately they have been more for cosmetic purposes. He's unable to eat with them so therefore when he was going out one day he put them in and one of the front top teeth fell out! The quality is horrible. This was a big decision for him and a lot of money with the end result being they are totally useless. Don't worry though just call and they will charge you an extra 175.00 to fix what they didn't do correctly the first time. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere that they truly care about how they look, feel and work.
