Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at Dental Arts. Michelle and her assistant, have been so patient and kind. When I had a temporary crown put on, I started getting cold and they got me a blanket, and helped me through the whole process which was new to me. I went in yesterday because I had been having pain with the temporary crown and Michelle answered all of my questions and has been so kind. I can't say enough good things about them.

Fantastic experience: I started coming back here again after years of bad dental experiences at other dental offices and they are by far the best dental office I've ever been to! The assistants and the doctor are the most patient people in this profession I've ever met, and they take the time to listen to me and to be patient with me. And it's up to me if I want to get more or less dental work done each visit to be easier on my anxiety and pockets! I love this office and that's coming from someone who has had horrible experiences no matter where I went and horrible tooth issues. You will not regret coming here!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment as a new patient 2/23/26. I was originally scheduled for April 2 but they called with a cancelation and got me in 4 weeks earlier (yay!). Brittany did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and welcome. My teeth feel AMAZING after she cleaned them up and I really appreciate how she spoke to me as a patient/client as she offered me insight but not judgement. The Xrays were thorough, the office clean and welcoming, the staff are all polite and courteous. Cameron in the front office was very patient and helped me get setup with ease. Dr Smith was personable, and went the extra mile to explain the pulp stones on my Xrays to me. I was very very sad to leave KKM dentistry in Knoxville doe to an insurance change. But for anyone with Delta Dental, Dental Arts of Oliver Springs, is an excellent choice of provider and I hope to remain a patient long-term.

The technician was very polite and professional. She was very gentle and caring! I was surprised that she didn't brush the buttons that are in my jaw lines! But if she was happy, then so was I. Fantastic experience: Been a patient of Dr. David Smith for over 40 years. The office and staff has changed alot, but he is still my top rated dentist.

Negative experience: Nice enough staff and convenient location but be sure to 1) price shop the area, and 2) review submitted clams and your EOBs closely. I found locations in oak ridge to be generally lower priced for the same service and charges did not match EOB. Additionally, they somehow managed to link my account to my spouse who began receiving my notification. Overall . . . expensive and generally messy from an administrative standpoint in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Like most, I am incredibly uncomfortable even walking into a dentist office. The staff was amazing though, and put me more at ease than I have been in a long time when dealing with dental issues. It will be a lot easier to walk in next time.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Dr Daniel for several years but my recent experience has left me VERY unhappy with him. I went in for a filling, just one filling, a week ago. While injecting the novacaine he hit a blood vessel in my cheek. I flinched, not effecting the injection, but should have been noticed by Dr Daniel, at which time he did not check to see if he got blood return. It was very painful from that injection. After the filling, upon being returned to sitting position, he pointed out that my cheek was swelling and I would have bruising and I would have swelling for about 7 days. Today is the 7th day and swelling has not diminished and pain is still severe. Upon calling his office this morning, per their request, they offered an appointment but also said there wasn't anything he could do, so what's the use. Now Im left with a swollen and very painful jaw from a filling! Will not be returning to this office for the lack of care toward me. Per the web, it should be drained and upon asking about drainage was denied. Does this sound like proper care to you??

Positive experience: Dentist and hygienists are always amazing. Front office and their system is the issue. Appointments are cancelled and you are placed in back of line. Want you early every appointment even if you don't have additional paperwork. Come early, wait past my appointment time regularly.
