Fantastic experience: Our experience with Dr. Kramer was incredible! Dr. Kramer and her staff went over and beyond to fix my daughter‘s front tooth that got chipped at a paddle board camp, the quality of care was unmatched. She was a total perfectionist and cares deeply about her patients end result. We will be switching from our current family dentist to Dr. Kramer ASAP. This was a five star

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Calderwood for maybe as many years as he's been open in Snoqualmie, minus a short period where I tried someone else. Dr. Calderwood, and all of his staff are awesome. I've been to many dentists over the past 60 some years.. Carson is my favorite. He knows what he's doing, explains everything really well, is super responsive to post visit dental questions, and is as gentle as can be. Do I recommend him and his office? Well, I drive 45 minutes to see them instead of looking for a more local dentist. That says a lot given the crazy high gas prices and the long drive.

The hygienist today was super patient with me today and went slow and careful after everything I’ve gone through with a jaw infection. Fantastic experience: Had a great visit with the Dentist, did I just say that? Traveling through Snoqualmie and lost a filling that damaged two other teeth. Dr Wong was gracious enough to fit me in around other patients and repaired all the damage. Much appreciate the care and concern with professional service. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going to Dr. Rachel Kramer and Monica for a while now to catch up on his overdue dental issues. Me, I don't do any medical professional. PTSD-related. When my tongue found a hole in my back upper molar, I knew that I had to get it checked. Dr. Kramer was very kind asking me about what happened to cause my doctor avoidance. Not sure how helpful it is as it leaves me feeling self-conscious and vulnerable, but I do appreciate her taking the time rather than making me feel like a number. She was able to quickly tell me it was a large cavity and needed to be taken care of quickly. Her staff sent my records over to Evergreen Endontics. They were able to get me in the next day. 3 hours later I already had my root canal. I called Dr. Kramer's office to let them know and they were able to change my scheduled appointment for the following Wednesday to INCLUDE getting the cap started. I appreciate the timeliness of this coordination. I would highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: Snoqualmie Falls Dental is by far the best dentist on the Eastside! The front desk staff and dental assistants are so warm and welcoming. James, my hygienist, made me feel completely at ease and is excellent at what he does. I absolutely love Dr. Kramer—her bedside manner is wonderful, and she truly takes the time to discuss your treatment and answer questions. I highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist group I have ever been to. I had to get a few crowns and Dr. Rachel Kramer was super talented and an artist. This was not just about fixing the cracked teeth and pain but truly fixing my smile. Dr Riley assisting Dr Kramer was equally as amazing! She spent a lot of time on sculpting my temp crown and if the final is even just as near her artistry I will be very satisfied and this is coming from a 22 year veteran in 3d video game art from forza, need for speed and now New World. Needs a 10 star!

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a molar while on a 3 week vacation. The day after I got home they got me right in for a consult. That same day in a afternoon appt a temporary crown was put in. They were able to put in the permanent crown a week later. The whole office went well above expectations to get the whole process done in MY timeline. The front office to the back office are very professional and kind. Dr. Kramer is very refreshing. She treats you like a friend with her caring chair side manner. She explains everything she's doing while she is doing it. That is a huge bonus for a person who is very apprehensive from the get go. She genuinely wants you to leave the office satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Calderwood takes his time to make you feel comfortable and welcome at his practice. His care and patience are lacking at so many clinics today and it's heartening to know that some folks are carrying on this time honored tradition of caring and appreciating their patients, making sure their needs are honestly taken into consideration. On my visit Dr. Calderwood opted to offer a more logical and less expensive approach to solving my problem, something other clinics would likely have bypassed to make some quick cash. He even took the time to personally double check with my insurance company and make certain the out of pocket would not be too high. This is something most dentists will do only if you personally request it, he did it without a word from me but this was ultimately appreciated as I would have been concerned about how much the bill would have been. My visits have always been fantastic at this clinic (minus one visit years ago with one dentist who is no longer at the practice). Tarrah is usually my dental hygienist and performs the most thorough cleaning of my teeth I've ever experienced. I leave my 6 month cleaning feeling as if I've been granted a brand new set of pearly whites. Special thanks to everyone who works at this clinic! Don't forget the ladies who work at the front desk who are always courteous and kind and have a tough job wrangling all those appointments. Snoqualmie Falls Dental gets 5 huge stars! Great job guys! UPDATE: Years later and I am still a patient of Dr. Calderwood and Snoqualmie Falls Dental. This is the BEST dental office I've ever worked with in my entire life. They have taken such good care of me and treated me with kindness and respect. I cannot sing enough high praise for this business. I wish I could give a higher rating! 5 Stars!
