Heckman Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany, Bethany and Emily are so friendly! Tiffany does an excellent job of thorough ly cleaning my teeth. I really like the ultrasonic cleaning that gets all the plaque with no pain. Dr. Heckman is very knowledgeable. The whole crew are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Called last minute on a Friday and they got me in and took care of me. Great staff amazing care. Glad I found them. They will be my dentist from here on out.

Experiencia negativa: Rude on the phone sad because we have delta dental. Usually delta members are treated more kindly.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience! Gentle, friendly, and attentive.

Experiencia positiva: Overall good but if you are a Medicaid patient be expected to be treated like one. All the employees know who pays with what insurance and it's acceptable with these low-creativity positions to classify people. In a sense, you're a little less than what they see as an acceptable person.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff are wonderful. They were able to get me in immediately and start the process for my dentures. They fit wonderful and I recommend many people there. I absolutely love my new dentures, my self confidence has boosted, and I have a beautiful smile now.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever, been going to since they opened and Tiffany and Bethany are great to work with awesome staff overall

Experiencia negativa: I took my elderly mother for appointment. We got there a few minutes early and the door was locked. I looked for posted lunch hours and didn't find anything. Heckman Dental needs to post lunch hours. The website says 9-5. It's not really 9-5 if they are gone for lunch.

Experiencia negativa: Shopping around for a new dentist called (Sept 16th 2024) told by receptionist not currently accepting new patients

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. Highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are very friendly! They’re thorough but quick, so appointments don’t take long and you don’t have to sit in the waiting room for long before you’re seen. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Heckman and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a huge fear of the dentist before coming to Heckman dental. Everyone here is kind and welcoming, and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly as always and welcomes u with a smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and helpful with getting appointments scheduled. Dental work being done is well done as well

Experiencia fantástica: On a recommendation from my dearest mother I ventured to this north side dental office and…. I’ll stay here forever if they will let me! The best dental experience I can have occurs outside of downtown Nicholasville!!! The staff is top notch!!!! You need all of these professionals in your life!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been there for a full teeth cleaning. They do excellent work. Great customer service great staff. They get you in and out quick. Great customer service.

Experiencia negativa: i drove my friend all the way to ur location and u told her she could not be seen today because y’all messed up her contact info and used a phone number from 2010? like who does that? and then u tell her that u don’t have her appointment even tho she got a confirmation text. THEN you told her that there is nothing yall can do about it and to go see someone else. this place is absolutely unprofessional and should be closed down. you do not care about ur patients nor how they feel.

Experiencia fantástica: Chipped a front tooth that was damaged in a car wreck many years ago. Dr. Heckman’s office got me in lots faster than anyone else could. Took about an hour but he fixed me back up. And I think my tooth looks better now than it did! Clean facility, wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick and knowledgeable dentist. Will recommend to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Like this Office . Emily did a good job cleaning. No waiting time

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Heckman Dental for about two years now. They are very thorough, helpful, and professional!

Experiencia fantástica: Always the best experience going to Heckman Dental. Dr. Heckman is wonderful and his staff is personable and professional! I cannot recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I had almost all of my teeth pulled. The guy left at least 3 teeth in that were supposed to be pulled bc they were being difficult, and it was past time on a Friday afternoon...plus I heard him say: "there's a chip in there, but I'm not gonna get it, it'll just heal.." Now my gums are throbbing with pain! No discharge instructions or any paperwork. Just a follow up to get the other teeth pulled BEFORE I GET MY DENTURES! So I'm going to have to wait even longer?! Just bc they wanted to get out on a Friday Afternoon...this place is in for one HECK of a phone call.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental work, easy to get started with (even if it's been a long time since your last visit) and super nice. They got me back into the habit of getting regular teeth cleanings after 8 years of not going to the dentist.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming (shout out to Tiffany and Bethany) and Dr. Heckman's work has been excellent. The office is close to where I work but I think I'd drive the extra distance even if it wasn't.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist I've ever experienced. I had a dental emergency and couldn't find a dentist. Dr. Heckman took me in within an hour and resolved the issue. His stuff is friendly and couldn't ask for a better treatment. Definitely grateful for finding this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Love these people! Started going to them when I moved to Nicholasville 4 years ago, and have stuck with them since. I've since moved, but still make the half-hour drive because of the great, honest work they do. Dr. Heckman is extremely skilled, and his staff are highly capable and exude professionalism. They refuse to do unnecessary work for the sake of billing more to your insurance, so you can trust that you are getting an honest assessment from them.

Experiencia fantástica: Since I started coming to Heckman Dental I have never left disappointed! I've seen Tiffany rescue a kitten stuck in a tree with nothing but a roll of floss and a vinyl glove. Fact: Tiffany killed Voldemort. And Heckman is cool too.
