Experiencia fantástica: We opted for surgery at the office instead of the hospital and couldn’t be more grateful for the staff. Our 4 year old was well taken care of. Becca Dove has been such a blessing with answering all of my questions and quickly responding to my emails. She was able to get him in earlier than expected due to a cancellation and that office is very lucky to have her if you ask me. She goes above and beyond for the patients and even the for nervous parents! We will be traveling an hour and half to come to this dentist every time without second thought. Beyond thankful for this team !

Experiencia fantástica: We just switched our kids to Hamburg cause I wasn’t happy with their previous dentist office, and I’m so happy I did, everyone was great!! My 4 year old who usually would not cooperate at the dentist, was great the whole time, from X-rays to the exam, because they was great with him and made him feel comfortable. The dentist was super friendly and talked us through everything and my kids loved him!! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!!

We originally came as a referral from another dentist for dental surgery, but after seeing the level of care they provided, we decided to stay even though we drive almost three hours to get there. That alone says so much. From the very first visit, the staff has been kind, patient, and incredibly compassionate with my kids. They take the time to explain everything, help the children feel comfortable, and truly go above and beyond to ease any fears or anxiety. The care they provide is thorough, professional, and always delivered with warmth. As a parent, it means everything to fully trust the people caring for your children, and we completely trust this team. The drive is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and the amazing treatment my kids receive every time. We are so thankful for Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.

Experiencia negativa: If you want your child to end up with severe infection and complications after dental work, this is the place. Otherwise, take them to a reputable practice that actually evaluates treatment plans and follows through on proper care. We were left with over $2,000 in charges, an untreated infection, and no communication until another dentist informed us of the outstanding issues and the need for additional surgery to correct their failed procedures. Completely unacceptable.

The office manager created a convoluted and escalated interaction over a simple admin matter, that was of absolutely no consequence. Our actual experience with the provider was so much more productive & pleasant. But, unfortunately, I think we’ll just avoid returning to this office.

The doctors and staff were extremely helpful they gave detailed explanations about our son’s procedure. They were very gentle and warm with our son and very supportive. They are very busy but I never once felt rushed. They truly listen to you and your concerns. They changed the way my son feels about the dentist.

We came in for our toddler’s appointment and while we were feeding his baby brother, Dr. Amy noticed baby brother was having issues latching so she checked him too and found check and tongue ties that need attention. Experiencia positiva: Overall we normally have a good experience. The past two times that my daughter has had she has had to have numbing shots for a procedure. The first time that she received numbing shots, the clinician did not provide a heads up that she was going to give a shot to my daughter. It of course hurt and my daughter was upset. When the clinician came back and requested that she provide my daughter with a little notice of the procedure, especially if shots were to be given. She explained that some children prefer to not know before but she understood and agreed to walk my daughter through the procedure. My daughter returned today to have a follow up procedure and unfortunately, again the clinician did not explain that she was giving shots. I can understand that rhythms and routines can be created. However, if a patients preference is relayed to a provider, especially when working with children, that the importance of providing the service requested is so very important and critical to the care of the child. Overall the experience both times was good.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of few that will see all 4 of my children at the same time. Everyone is kind, kid friendly, gentle, and the kids are calm the entire time. They make sure to answer any questions you have and explain the health of children's teeth and reasons for referrals. One of the best parts..30-35 minutes from start to finish with 4 kids. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My 6-week-old son needed frenectomies, so our IBCLC recommended this office. We drove in from New Albany, IN and it was worth it. My baby was gone from me for all of 90 seconds and then was brought immediately to me to nurse. Dr. Amy was kind and professional, and according to my IBCLC, she did a perfect job. My baby is feeding SO much better already and recovering really well.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 recommend! My daughter was evaluated today for her tongue, lips, and cheek ties. Dr. Amy was so informative about the procedure and she had a wonderful bedside manner with my husband & I as she could tell we were very nervous. Her staff was super friendly as well. I am very impressed with them, but I have to specifically acknowledge that the facility is AMAZING. I was so worried that I would be waiting in a “waiting room” setting - but no. This facility is set up for each family to have their own space!! We went in & went straight to our room that was decorated like a perfect nursery. There was a very comfortable rocker for nursing/feeding as well as two comfy seats for other family members, a boppy pillow to also help with feeds, a changing table, diaper pail, sink for hand washing, a sound machine, and the cutest decor. I am just blown away at how helpful the setting was. Not only did we use everything that was provided, the peaceful atmosphere was such a huge bonus for my emotions. Thank you Dr. Amy & your crew for making this experience so much better than I could’ve ever expected! We appreciate you!!

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment for my 15 month old for 2 months out and went to fill out my paperwork and found out it’s 1 parent per child. So we will find a new dentist I don’t see a point in establishing care with people that don’t want to educate and involve the parents. Why wouldn’t you want both parents involved in the care of their child’s teeth? When asked why they won’t allow both parents it’s not lack of space or some other reason it’s just “that’s our policy”. I think it’s ignorant and something you should put in BIG BOLD letters on your website and something your staff should note when making appointments instead of posting pictures of your spacious looking exam areas.

Experiencia fantástica: I have absolutely nothing but good to say about Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter is autistic and has severe anxiety especially with the dentist. One visit and they put us at ease. We had a regular cleaning and I told them about my concerns fixing her cavity (we knew from a previous bad experience). Dr. Liz spent time with my daughter, explained everything and they got her set up with Dr. Jackson as that would be faster. We did some anxiety meds as well as nitrous and I was blown away with the service. Everyone was so calm and patient. They never treated her like she was an "issue". They treated her with care and compassion and honestly I almost cried. My baby did fantastic, doesn't mind the dentist now and all it took was 2 visits. I recommend their office now to everyone. I drive over a hr but it's well worth it for the care your child receives.

My son had his lip moved and my daughter had her tongue removed at the clinic and they’ve all received like amazing treatment. All the doctors are super nice. The girls and the anesthesia and aftercare are to organize everything just do such a good job. Everything has been so nice thank you for giving us the best.

Experiencia positiva: Dismissed my children because their employee didn’t take our old number off of file when asked to change it. They’re blaming me for not answering when they called . Then saying I was spoken to over the phone and told to “reach back out by a certain time to fix everything”, but if we were talking why would I need to call back if we had the time then? The surgery coordinator is rude. When I asked why I’m being blamed instead of them taking accountability she hung up on me because she “wouldn’t be talked to that way”. Aside of that I gave 3 stars because the actual dentist are great with children! My kids did love it there.

Experiencia negativa: I have called Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg and left several very nice voice messages over the course of the last month with scheduling (because I cannot get a live person on the phone when I call) to obtain a routine cleaning appointment for my child. I should note, my child is an established patient. I have yet to receive a call back. Appalling!! We will take our money and business elsewhere, and HEED THE WARNING, you should too!!

Experiencia negativa: We have been coming here for 20 years. And the last two years have been very disappointed after every visit. They are scheduling months out for any type of dental work (even if your child has pain) and their work hasn't been what it used to be. We have had to go to another dentist to fix a tooth that they had just worked on. Now we are going to another dentist all together. Very sad after being here for so long, but I tried to talk to the office manager months ago and still haven't had any communication back.

Experiencia negativa: We have been being her children here for about 10 years, and have never had any issues until recently. Our last few visits everyone seems very rushed, and dentists don’t give the opportunity to ask questions. It has been very hard to schedule appointments, even for restorative care. Took my son in for a consultation today for something starting to cause him pain and the receptionist was very rude when telling me they were booked out until August. I asked if he could wait that long for this procedure and she said, well he’ll have to unless you want to go to our Georgetown office. We agreed to go to Georgetown, but that appointment is still a month out. We decided to change dentists after this most recent experience.

Experiencia negativa: I called for a consult appointment about a tooth that was hurting and they got me in the next day but didn't mention their appointments to actually remedy the problem were booked out for 2 months. So Im now forced to call around and pay someone else another consult fee to even be seen or let my child's tooth continue to hurt. I feel they did this to simply get a $200 bill from me regardless of whether or not they could fix her tooth in a timely manner.

If you are reading a review on here with anything less than 5 stars, you should know that the person leaving the review was the problem, not the office! I have been coming her for a couple years now, and my daughters will literally count the days to the next appointment. My daughter like spending their time here better than going to Disney World. Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed, my kids have gone here for 10 years now and today I called in to make an emergency visit for my oldest and they tell me we were dismissed from the practice as of January 2024 due to missed appointments. Appointments I called and canceled due to not being able to make it in to due to bad winter weather. I did not have a vehicle at the time of these appointments and was using a bus program to get to the appointments. The buses were not running on the days of the appointments.

Experiencia negativa: This place was very disappointing. We made our sons very first dentist appointment here only to take off work, arrive , wait, and then be told that both of his parents couldn't attend. The nurse who informed us was rude as she pointed out the very small sign in the waiting area. We as parents expressed how important this was for us being that this was our 2 year old sons very first dentist appointment and we consider it an important milestone. There was a lack of any understanding or compassion. We cancelled the appointment and will share this terrible and disappointing experience with everyone we know. Extremely disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: Going to this dentist was a waste of time. Upon scheduling a new patient appointment for my 2 year old, they could've warned us that only 1 parent could accompany him to his 1st ever dental appointment. They weren't very friendly or compassionate and kept stating" this is just the policy". I'm almost sure this wasn't the policy before covid. I actually saw 2 people go back with 1 child just before us (that's not okay). There is no justification for that policy now. We could've taken our son somewhere else today , instead of wasting our time at this place. This policy needs to change for all the 2 parent households, where both parents are equally involved because the child needs both their parents especially on their very 1st dental visit. We're very disappointed and will never return.

Experiencia negativa: I wish there was a 0 star because that is what i would have given. My kids have been going to this dentistry for over 7 years now. This office does not show any empathy to their patients , they do not value patient care . We were running a few minutes late due to something we had no control of , so we called the office to notify them of what was going and the receptionist said they had a 15minutes grace period . We drove there only to be turned away , the office manager's response to all of this was that they would not honor the 15minutes grace period and that the grace period was at the providers discretion. We had 3 children who were apparently all scheduled with the same provider at the same exact time , which is magical because there is no one provider can see 3 people at the same time. The way this office handles their patients is very rude, and lying to your patient is unacceptable and the fact that they admitted that they did tell us that they had a grace period but will only honor it to certain patients is unacceptable. They show in the service that they provide that they do not care about their pediatric patients. My children will definitely not be going back because we deserve better .

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. We made the mistake of scheduling our first visit on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. The receptionist seemed unhappy to be there. The hygienist, when my daughter expressed some hesitancy, quickly offered (to my 5 year old not to me) to not clean her teeth. She had barely engaged with my daughter before that. The dentist arrives, does a quick look, identifies a tooth needing a cap, and begins discussing her intention to sedate my daughter that day. I opted to leave instead. UPDATE: one year later Dr. Haggerty clearly mis-diagnosed the tooth. There is no cavity. There was no cavity.

Experiencia negativa: 10 Minutes grace period was not honored. I was 8 minutes late snd they even said they have a 10 minute grace period but I would have to reschedule. I reminded them I was only 8 Minutes late, but it didn’t matter apparently. I’ve been using this dentistry for 9 years and treated this way….no more I will eventually find smother place to take the children.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely amazing! Went there for my daughter’s first visit this morning and was welcomed into a warm environment. The receptionist was very sweet and informative, which set the tone for the entire visit. It’s kid friendly with exciting animals painted on the walls, as well as movies for kids to watch on each screen. The exciting part at the end was that each kid was given a token to choose a prize for having a great visit. My girls were dreading this visit until we arrived. The BEST pediatric dentistry in Kentucky. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Megan Haggerty is such an asset to this office, she always goes above and beyond with her care. She acts with compassion and empathy towards our children. I can't say enough about her dental expertise and skills, because of her our kids are finally not scared of going to the dentist anymore. We also loved having Andrea as our assistant, she was so kind.

Experiencia fantástica: We say Dr.Luley back in sept/oct 2020 after weeks of struggling to breastfeed and needing answers. Even though we did things backwards and came to her first, she was more than welcoming and so happy to help us get with the right IBCLC and start our journey. A few weeks later we were back with Dr.Luley for our release (tongue, lip and bucal). The procedure was quick and easy and they made sure we knew everything we needed to regarding after care! Our breastfeeding journey went from disastrous to amazing and what would have ended at 6 weeks had we not found Dr.Luley went on for 2.5 years!! We owe every bit of that to you guys and our amazing IBCLC!

Experiencia fantástica: My son is 6 months old and had to have a procedure for his tongue tie. We visited the lip and tongue tie center here and Dr. Amy was amazing. She provided us all the information we needed about the procedure and was sure to check him a few times immediately following the procedure before we left. Overall the office was very clean, welcoming, and everyone was exceptionally kind. I felt well informed, supported, and like my son was getting the best possible care. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone with children.
