Custom Dental of Yukon

Experiencia fantástica: It was an awesome experience. I went on Facebook fairly new in the area look for a dentist. I was in excruciating pain been in pain for a week. Dr. Mack reached out to me got me in the next day. Found I actually split a moler perfectly in half. I got it pulled and set up for a bridge. I thanked her so much, I had never been in so much pain. Everyone there was kind and polite. I am loving Dr. Mack she has done everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. She is doing all she can to make my removable bridge comfortable and fits correctly. Best Dentist caring, and listens to what you have to say. Her staff is awesome, polite, very helpful, makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They are the Best.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Custom Dental to start process for new dentures. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They took my impressions right away and let me know I’ll get a call when wax set is back for review. Always before at other dentist this wouldn’t happen until at least second visit maybe longer.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the ladies that work there are amazing and made us feel comfortable in the office. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The questions posed by the staff were inquiries of my current dental state, followed by how they were going to correct and improve it. The staff has a personal investment in the success of my dental journey, and am left with a sense of professionalism and investment at the same time. The review was thorough, with an action plan immediately in the works. So impressed with the fluid decision making on their part.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mack and her whole staff are exceptional. I started bringing my kids here based off a couple of glowing recommendations and started going myself afterwards. The front desk, assistants, hygienist, everyone are great at what they do! Dr. Mack really cares about her patients and doesn’t over or under treat. So grateful we found her! I’d recommend this Custom Dental to everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to have a molar that was cracked removed. Dr Mack gave me every option for this tooth. After a lot of consideration we made the best decision ! From start to finish the pain was very minimal if any. Can’t wait to go back in and get fitted for my partial.

Experiencia fantástica: All the people here are super nice and friendly. They do really good work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is fancy, starting with the lobby and the adorable puppy. High tech dental equipment and a lovely team.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so grateful I found Dr. Mack and this team. I lost a filling between my two front teeth and it was not a great situation. They got me in quickly, fixed my smile, and made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. Dental work makes me anxious in general, but everyone was gentle, kind, and reassuring from start to finish. I chose them after seeing so many people on Facebook rave about Dr. Mack, and they were absolutely right. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mack and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming! I have had a ton of work down there and have been very very pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my best interaction I have ever had with a dentist. Everyone in the office is great to work with, they take great care of you as both a patient and as a person. If you need anything from a basic cleaning to serious work I would recommend this office. They are amazing!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Buddy the Yorkie, he’s small and precious. I like the staff as well. They’re all friendly. Special shoutout to the dental assistant with the boys with the Greek names. Idr her name and I won’t put her children’s names out there. I just remember at least of them is a Greek name!

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to quickly and professionally get me in on the same day when I broke my tooth! I was a new patient for them, and still they went out of their way to expertly take care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at Custom Dental Of Yukon for a couple of years and love the friendly staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Most importantly, the work they do is excellent and they really do care about you and your teeth. I Would recommend if you were looking for a dentist and a great experience to schedule with Dr. Mack and her incredible staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to have a dentist who really cares about you and your dental health! The staff is excellent and everyone is just so friendly, it makes u want to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful I found Dr. Mack. I have a traumatic dental history and finally decided to find a dentist and get a plan started for correction. Dr. Mack and her staff are extremely caring, not judgmental, and very honest. I will be completing my full treatment plan with Dr. Mack and her staff and referring anyone I know to her as well. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I am when I go to my appointments and how thankful I am I found Dr. Mack.

Experiencia fantástica: They make going to the Dentist something to look forward to…. Great team!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this group because of their professionalism that’s topped with kindness and even joy to be there to help you!

Experiencia fantástica: courteous staff. very friendly. Minimal waiting. Definitely would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always been nervous and apprehensive about going to the dentist, but this changed when I started going to Custom Dental. From the moment I step in the door, they greet me and are very friendly. The office is beautiful and very clean. The whole atmosphere is uplifting and enjoyable. When they call me back to the patient care area, they are always polite and respectful. Each part of their team knows their job and they work very well with each other. They uplift one another and they’re very encouraging to the patients. Dr. Mack is a phenomenal dentist. She’s very kind and excellent at what she does. I trust her 100%. When I check out, they have already scheduled my next appointment and they hand me my appointment card and send me reminder texts. It’s so efficient! All of this makes my experience fantastic. It has changed my thinking about going to the dentist. I am no longer nervous about having dental work done. This is all thanks to the Custom Dental team. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Thank you for all you do.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely pleasant environment. All female staff, clean modern facilities and equipment, convenient location. I would highly recommend this location.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mack and her entire team are all phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and always follow up the next day. Buddy the office dog is the best greeter! Very thankful to have found this office.

Experiencia fantástica: This appointment was to receive my permanent crown. The temporary crown was so great that I forgot that I needed to still go in for the appointment to receive the permanent crown! I truly value Dr. Mack and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: The people at custom dental will take great care of all of your teeth needs. The decorative nature of the office itself is so open, modern and generally posh. As nice as the building is inside, the people are even more so. All very delightful and compassionate, who will again, take great care of you. Thank you, custom dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at Custom Dental of Yukon. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and modern, and everything was explained clearly. I felt comfortable the whole time and never rushed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dentist in Yukon.

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoyed the visit. Looking forward to Dr. Johnson providing my dental care. Best wishes to all the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't imagine a more caring, personable, and skilled dental office. Dr. Mack and team have gone above and beyond, time after time, for my family. THANK YOU!!

Experiencia fantástica: After a massive issue with another dentist office today, I found custom dental! They were able to get me in same day! The Staff is so friendly! The ladies here were sweet and enjoyable! Dr Mack is friendly and thorough! She was able to give me the help I needed and peace of mind! This is my new dentist in Oklahoma!

Experiencia fantástica: Custom Dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Mack is kind, patient, and explains everything clearly while giving realistic treatment options. Pricing is fair, and I never feel rushed or pressured. Everyone on the staff is incredible, but I have to give a special shout-out to Amber, who was incredibly empathetic and kind during a really tough visit, and has remained a friendly face on every visit since. The front office team is always kind and patient, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe that actually makes going to the dentist easier - and coming from (self-admittedly) the world's worst dental patient, that says a lot. And then, there's Buddy . If you call for him (just do it in a deep voice lol) you'll be greeted by the sweetest, most comforting little guy. Clean, welcoming, and just all-around wonderful. So thankful I found this office and can’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: They are always friendly, helpful and the appointments are in and out without issue.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mack and her staff made me feel safe (I get nervous), explaining what they were going to do before doing it and making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process to diagnose my broken molar (I bit down on a popcorn kernel and cracked it). Dr. Mack explained to me my options and answered all of our questions while I was trying to decide to just pull it or crown it. While the cost was reviewed with my husband and I we learned a huge lesson in assuring that we were carrying the insurance that Dr. Mack was “in network” with. To our great relief we had the right insurance company that made all the financial difference saving my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Mack’s Custom Dental of Yukon.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a very nice visit yesterday. Had a few dental procedures done. Amber put me at ease and she is so friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist also very friendly, knowledgeable and the filling and extraction went smoothly with virtually NO Pain. I highly recommend Custom Dental of Yukon.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always struggled with a lot of anxiety around dental work, but every time I visit Custom Dental, they take such amazing care of me. During my root canal, they offered me a blanket, sunglasses, and even a stress ball to help me stay comfortable. The staff was so kind and walked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. I also tend to have a hard time getting numb during anesthesia, but they’re always so patient, gentle, and encouraging through the whole process. I genuinely feel cared for every time I’m here — I can’t recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff at Custom Dental of Yukon were fantastic! After a bad experience with a different dental office years ago, I was very hesitant about going to the dentist. I went to Custom Dental for some tooth pain, they took lots of X-rays and photos, laid out the best course of action and all the options that came with that, which was a deep cleaning accompanied by some prescription at home treatment, as well as let me know what the options were if the cleaning and rx didn’t solve the whole problem. Every member of the staff took excellent care of me during the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable, that I was numbed up enough, asked if I needed a break in the middle. For being a deep cleaning dental appointment, it was a very pleasant experience! I will most certainly be going back there from now on!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fantastic experience, I’m no fan of going to the dentist but everyone I interacted with during my visit was exceptionally professional and supportive through the entire process. I’ve had other dentists in the past that I felt judged by, whereas here I felt nothing but “hey, you’re here, we’re going to help you regardless of the issue,” and that was absolutely huge for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people super fast care, make you feel very comfortable during the entire procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I would just like to say thank you to the ladies at Custom Dental. They are very helpful and easy to talk to. Dr. Mack is amazing and does amazing work. She is very patient and understanding. I would recommend Custom Dental to everyone who is looking for a good dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Custom Dental in Yukon is great. Dr. Mack and her staff were incredible. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Custom Dental in Yukon to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been going to Custom Dental for the last two years and I have been so satisfied with the staff and care given. They do not push products on you like a salesperson or somehow always find something to repair in your mouth. I've had terrible experiences with another local dentist who made me feel like a customer to squeeze money out of in anyway possible. The staff at Custom Dental of Yukon is knowledgeable and takes the time to fully explain things when needed. I recently had an urgent issue with a tooth. I called them when they opened and I had an appointment booked two hours later. They even took the precaution of calling my OBGYN to confirm what medications were approved to use during my pregnancy before prescribing anything. The problem was solved immediately and I walked out of there feeling so thankful for the quick care I received. I would and I have recommended this dentist to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: The place is really nice and clean, the Drs are very nice and actually listen to you, i.e if you come for an extraction and tell them that's all you want, nothing more nothing less they'll actually listen to you and do it. Very cheap in comparison to the other dentists around the place. Listened to Michael Jackson while I got my tooth yanked. 10/10 will be going there for any other dentistry stuff. This is coming from someone who is terrified of dentists and all doctors.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I took my daughter here for a second opinion. They revised the treatment plan from another pediatric dentist and no anesthesia or caps were needed! Needless to say we have a new dentist !!

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Professional and timely.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Mack is wonderful. I do wish they had a senior discount for those of us without insurance. Besides that everything is perfect.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a deep cleaning - scaling done yesterday and I had the best experience ever the staff listened to my needs and that I was hard to numb and walked me through every step I felt little to no pain in the moment and they made me start to believe and trust in the dentist office again if you suffer from PTSD with the dentist office I can’t recommend Customer Dental Of Yukon ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The friendliest & most accommodating staff! Dr. Mack is cool and down-to-earth. My daughter had 2 teeth removed and they made the entire experience effortless.

Experiencia fantástica: The People at Custom Dental were so kind and patient. I do get nervous and anxious to go to the dentist and this was my first time there. They took the time to explain things for me and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. They even gave me a blanket and had complimentary drinks. I felt safe and cared for. They went above and beyond to take care of my sister, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack and the entire team to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Custom Dental in a dire need of an emergency. One of my front tooth had broken off and I was not only embarrassed of my smile but felt judged from other dental offices I had called. As soon as I contacted Custom Dental, I was welcomed with the best hospitality from every one in the office. I went from having absolutely 0 confidence, to leaving the office with the biggest smile on my face. I would recommend Dr. Mack and her staff to anyone! I am forever grateful for them & think of them every time I look in the mirror and smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't ask for a better dentist. Dr. Mack and her staff are the best I've ever had going to the dentist. Kind, caring, answers questions and is very understanding of my dentist anxiety. So glad I found her!

Experiencia negativa: My wife entrusted this business with her dental care. They performed extremely poorly. We had to get the work repaired by another doctor. Insurance paid this first firm for the work that wasn't proper. Extremely poor work done on her implant. I will be coming in to discuss in person very soon. I will also be notifying our insurance that you got paid for improper work. See y'all very soon.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most amazing dentist and staff I’ve ever been to. We just moved here from Colorado and I had a severe dental situation come up, they assisted me right away as a brand new patient. My daughter referred me as she loves them , also. Plus, the office is beautiful a nice side benefit.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist office I’ve been to. I’m so glad family dentistry of Yukon is incompetent because that brought me here. Very professional. Very clean. They make me hate going to the dentist a little less.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a new dentist to go to, this is a good one to choose. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their evaluations of my teeth, gums , etc., (which hadn’t been looked at in 6+years), were direct and thorough. I really appreciate that. I was brushing to hard and wouldn’t have known that had I not gone to them. Dr. Mack gave a clear plan of action for me and gave the up front financial adjustments for my wife and I to look at. Their office was clean and bright. I’ll be back for my next cleaning.
