I had to bring in my 9 year old for a filling and he’s always nervous and anxious but the team did an amazing job at comforting him and got it done no problem! Love this office!

I was so impressed with the level of communication from making an appointment, the steps of care during the appointment, and discussing the treatment plan. At no point did I feel anxious, rushed, forgotten, or unsure of what was going on. Dr. Wasti and her team were professional but also so comfortable and friendly with each other and with me that it made the appointment the most relaxed I’ve ever been at the dentist. I was so excited to go home and tell my husband about my experience and encourage him to make his own appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I'd say it but not only was my experience not bad, but it was actually quite pleasant! From the front desk staff to the dentist herself- the ladies at Northwood Dentistry all made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Dr. Fatima took care of my teeth with the utmost care and precision, and even asked if I wanted anything explained (which was a first.) And as a testament to her kindness: My brother was stuck in the waiting room for the entirety of my procedure due to my vehicle being in the shop and him driving me there. As her assistant was finishing up with polishing up my teeth, Dr. Fatima went for a coffee run and bought him a cup as well! He's not even a patient there. Point is, you're in good hands at Northwood. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Twenty stars? Thirty??

Experiencia negativa: Not very pleased overall, but these are my main concerns: Appt at 2pm, sat in room until 3pm. Dr came in, looked at my teeth, and said, Well, we'll get you out of here." She was surprised when I said, "My teeth haven't been cleaned yet." "Oh they haven't?!" Which clearly conveyed she had not even paid enough attention to my teeth to notice whether they'd been cleaned or not. In the past, she has shown concern about my gum recession. So I asked if it had worsened any? She quickly answered No. There was no measuring the recession this time let alone compared to previous records. They were very busy. Too busy to give good patient care, and they are scheduling appts too close together. It seems the main focus is on making $ instead of quality patient care. Very disappointing! We've been going to this office about 3yrs, but quality care has continued to decline. We'll be looking for another dentist. 9 days later: Northwood dentist said I needed a crown replaced. Went to an Edmond dentist that I've heard lots of good things about, and have some family members that are patients there too... that dentist said there's nothing wrong with my crown. Furthermore, I've not had any sensitivity or discomfort to indicate a problem. I could have been taken for $1245 and an unnecessary procedure.

A denture reline that has allowed me to keep my dentures in continuously and enjoyably. I’ve had them for two years and couldn’t wear them because my previous dentist apparently didn’t have the skills that Trish obviously has. Thank you, Trish. Kimmie, at the front desk, is fantastic and knows her scheduling/billing like the palm of her hand. Tricia made my 7 year old feel right at home, he even asked to call the office back so he could give her his Fortnite username so they could play online. It was the cutest and sweetest thing ever. Jen was my hygienist. She was so kind and very gentle. Dr. Wasti was able to answer all of my questions, work with my insurance to the maximum my benefits, and give me the referrals I needed.Hands down, one of my best dental experiences. I would definitely recommend Northwood Dentistry.

They were so sweet to my youngest son coming into the dentist for the first time. It really felt like they rolled out the red carpet for him and gave him high praise at every turn. They treated me and my kids like we were old friends from the second we walked in. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible if i could leave no stars i would. Does not know how to do proper cavity fills i have to go to a different doctor to fix my issue that she left. I walked in with no pain. Just went for something simple and now my teeth are in pain even after 2 1/2 weeks after procedure with her.!

Experiencia negativa: This office refuses to accept tribal coverage for enrolled tribal members. A not so nice lady told me it was policy due to "other tribe's" not paying in the past. She said she called my tribal benefits office and asked for an explanation of how payment was issued. She asked me back up to the desk to tell me that a guy on the phone told her "how it works"-which happened to be different from every other claim made in the past. But when I called my tribal office (trom the parking lot) for explanation of said benefit changes, I promptly took my phone (on speaker) back in to let her know I knew she'd just lied to me. I called her out and told her she was a liar with my tribal nation member still on the phone. Half of my adult career has been in dental so I know for a fact there is a way to be empathetic and still get stuff done. I have respect for Dr. Wasti, her hygienist Shelby and her front desk lady Kimmi. But a couple of bad apples poisoned this office and ruined what would've been a long patient/doctor relationship. I sure do feel bad for the girl at the front who gets told she's doing everything wrong-all day long. I have no doubt this doctor is missing out on the wonderful patients in our community.

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies at Northwood were FLAWLESSLY AMAZING. Lemme tell you, I hate the dentist. My teeth are pretty bad and painful and I’m super duper sensitive when it comes to metal in my mouth. For my first appt they just took X-rays and photos and went over what’s going on inside my mouth and what the plan for action would be. Which is exactly what I wanted! The doctor was so kind and understanding and helpful in explaining what she was showing me. For the first time in my 31 years, I now know what a root canal is! But long story short, this is the place to go! They took what I said and actually utilized it. I mentioned how anxious I can be and they checked on me more than 3 different times! It was literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I cannot say enough good things about them. The office was clean and nice, they have TVs on the ceiling over the chair for while you’re getting work done and they’re just so kind! I would recommend them to any and everyone and if you’re reading this and you’re on the fence, I urge you! Make an appointment with these wonderful people. You will not regret it. So so happy and can’t wait to go back for the work to get done. (NEVER thought I’d say that!!) THANK YOU NORTHWOOD!!!!

Kimmy from the front of the office called me back and kept in contact over the weekend to make sure things were okay. Got my daughter in first things Monday. The care that they provided is outstanding. Our kids love them so much. Our daughter was asked to have another dentist look at her mouth or wait and she chose to wait since she knew Northwood would be the best and make her feel comfortable.

I was desperate to get my wisdom teeth pulled and they were the only office that could get me in the next day. Everyone there was super friendly and they made my entire experience enjoyable. I did have to drive 2 hours to get there but it was absolutely worth it!!

Experiencia fantástica: My first dental visit in years turned out to be a surprisingly positive experience, thanks to Dr. Wasti and her amazing team. Dr. Wasti and Trish, the dental hygienist/gum specialist, took the time to explain everything without rushing, even though it might have been routine for them. They were understanding and honest when I shared my current situation with them. Patricia, who handled my X-rays, kept the atmosphere light with her humor, which really helped me relax. And the receptionist, the one with blonde hair (I think her name is Misty), was incredibly helpful in breaking down the financial side of things. Together, they ran the office like a well-oiled machine, and their positivity set the perfect tone for my day ahead.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist asked me for my drivers license so she could photo copy it. I gave it to her and asked her why she needed a photocopy of my license. Her reply was,” we need to have a picture of you and its policy”. I asked her to explain the policy to me and she said that she wasn’t going to argue with me about it. I immediately cancelled my appointment and from that point on was treated like a nuisance and that she didn’t care whether I did business with them or not. I asked for a policy explanation and got poor service, and bad attitude.

Dr. Wasti did a EXCELLENT job color matching the filling to my tooth color on a tricky fill between two teeth. She took her time and the end result has made me happier than I have been in a long time w my smile. I also liked their method of cleaning the teeth during check up as it removes any stains you may have. The whole office was friendly and personable.
