Experiencia fantástica: They were fast and efficient. Appointment started on time. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and were very friendly. Great atmosphere with the train going around the place.

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn't recommend. They didn't give me proper rubber band instructions, which I felt signifcantly affected the timeline and quality of the treatment. They finished mytreatment with my teeth in a state where there are certain sections constantly pressing against one another so there's significant movement every single day. Outside of that, they were fine. The staff were nice enough.

This time the boys let take X-rays, brush their teeth, and do a fluoride treatment! The Dr snd hygienist explained everything thoroughly with us, and we are so happy we chose Dental Depot!

Experiencia negativa: Had not had a bad enough experience until today. Dentist was eager to get off work and rushed my filling, almost leaving it uneven. I bit my tongue throughout the rushed process and had the sense that the staff were all checked out for the weekend. Understandable, but when it comes to healthcare there is a higher standard for patient care. There’s better dentistries out there ✌

The Dr and Tech's took care of my problem quick. I recommend Dental Depot. I have been a patient at other Dental Depot's for over 20 years.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist and assistant were extremely rough during my procedure, with little regard for comfort or communication. I left in significant pain and distress. If you’re looking for trauma-informed or gentle care, I would not recommend this clinic. The dental hygienist was the exception.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Vu is great. I’ve been seeing him for YEARS! He takes care of my entire family (6). He is very good at what he does! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of staff. They have had a lot of turnover through the years and I’ve had issues with the staff several times. I give Dr. Vu 5 stars and the staff more like a 2. I would like to clarify that at this time the staff is okay.. No big issues with them. The only thing I could say could use improvement is front desk friendliness (this goes for the orthodontic side as well)

The dentist removed the tooth so quickly and completely pain-free — I was honestly amazed at how smooth the whole procedure was. The healing process has gone perfectly, and I’ve had no issues since. What really stood out was how clearly the dentist explained everything beforehand and how confident and reassuring he was throughout. That level of professionalism made a huge difference. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough!

He explained it to me carefully and made me feel at ease. I needed a new partial for my teeth. They fit perfectly in my mouth. I’m so satisfied

I really appreciate their help and their consideration. Edit: went back in 2025 for a chipped tooth. They got me in quickly and repaired my tooth the same day!

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t notice the issues on our first visit, but my husband did, and this time, when I took my 6-year-old twins by myself (since my husband was at work), the way the dentist treated them honestly upset me. First, they decided to split my twins into two separate rooms, even though there's a sign stating that a parent needs to be present during procedures. This seemed strange to me, but I went with it. When I returned to the room to check on the child I had left behind, they were preparing to use a numbing needle. I walked in just as they were about to administer it, and the dentist got upset because my 6-year-old moved away in fear. The dentist said, "We're going to have to defer her," but I insisted, "Let me hold her hand, and she'll be fine." (Surprise, surprise—she was.) Then, towards the end of the procedure, my daughter—who is only 6—was clearly uncomfortable and whimpering, ready for it to be over. The dentist yelled at her to “stop complaining” so he could finish, even threatening that she wouldn’t get a toy if she didn’t stop crying. This was incredibly upsetting and uncalled for. But it didn’t stop there. While my first twin was getting treated, the other was crying in the room next door. After the needle incident, I decided I wasn’t leaving her alone, so I insisted she stay with me in the same room. When it was finally her turn, they kicked her twin out of the room because they didn’t want the first twin to "stress out" the second one with the sight of the needle. To make matters worse, my second daughter has a nervous tic where she clenches her shoulders when she’s anxious—like any 6-year-old would, especially with drills in her mouth. Instead of reassuring her, the dentist yelled at her for doing it. This entire experience was horrible, and I will not be taking my girls back. It’s clear to me that this dentist and staff do not understand how to treat young children with the care, patience, and sensitivity they need during these kinds of procedures.

Experiencia negativa: They aren’t very good i needed a root canal on a tooth that already had one and he said no one in oklahoma is specialized in doing that or have the right equipment but he was confident in himself when i said no they caught attitude and and were very rough with my fillings and when i told them i felt the drilling he gave me more numbing and it hurt because he jerked it around and it sent a whole shock up my face GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time a Dental Depot and everyone was professional and nice. The individual that did my x-rays was very personable. The lady who did my numbing did a great job. They were able to squeeze me in to pull a tooth and also to take care of a tooth that was really bothering me which needed a root canal. The dentist did a great job and he was quick and efficient. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Thankfully I was not in pain so the wait was ok. Had I been in pain, I probably would have been a bit upset. Anyway, they fixed it with no charge.

I really wish the dentist guy (can’t remember his name) would be more sensitive to people’s feelings when discussing what he think is going on with someone child. He really pissed me off but I kept my composure. I really enjoy the Dental Depot on Hefner they are amazing! I will return back to that one, they are much more nicer.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional front desk! I had a last minute emergency. Called in the morning, given an appointment at 3 pm . I am a very busy physician, made arrangements, came to appointment! Waited for an hour. Then was told since it was a same day appointment I will have to wait until someone is free to see me.. it could take another hour! If this was explained in the morning I wouldn’t have even come. I was given an appointment with a time! Not sure what the rationale is ! Wasted 2 hours and never got a treatment! I am a physician and I have a busy clinic! And I wouldn’t allow this to happen to my patients !!

I have been seeing him for so many years and others in between at other locations, no one compares. With that being said I have had several issues with the scheduling staff. Every time any of us in my family have a change of insurance I always have them verify insurance before making the appointment. Once we arrive, everytime they say they can’t verify the insurance even though it was verified at time of scheduling it. No matter how far out of town I live I drive to these appointments and this happens they don’t see us. Even with proof of the texts messages with scheduling verifying my insurance!!! I have an urgent dental issue and I have not been able to eat for days. But with this happening again I think I am going to have to regretfully find another dentist. This time is the last time. It’s been close to 10 years I know that Dr Vu has treated my entire family and seen my kids grow and many friends and family I have reffered. This is sad for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Depot on Memorial was fantastic She had been in a lot if pain off & on she had a craked tooth on permit tooth. They saved it by doing a root canal. Instead of doing it all at once they do it in two appointments. I like that its not so hard on the kids. The staff also helped my daughter with the numbing Pain medicine and helped her through her anxiety since she has ADHD by talking to her answering her questions and keeping her calm. It was quick service and treatment too. She will need two root canals but she will do great with the Dental care team helping her. We really appreciate your time and business! Thank you! Mindy
