Experiencia negativa: Be very cautious when scheduling with them. They will tell you that you may have cavities when it’s just stain. They will want to scare you and put you on a preventive gingivitis treatment plan. I get my teeth’s cleaned like clockwork. After they did the exam I went back to my dentist. Mind you I only went to this new place cause I now live further but I will happily make the drive two times a year to my reg dentist. They told my husband the same thing at a separate appt.

Denise was amazing (she has since left) and Dr. Cure was amazing. Jessica was great as well. My issue is with billing. I contacted both corporate and the office regarding issues with my bill, it was not accurate. I was charged for an appointment (where a crown that was done less than 60 days prior to said appointment, FELL OFF OUT OF NOWHERE). i SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS VISIT, WHATSOEVER. I contacted the "practice manager" Abby on May 20,2026 regarding wanting my entire file and bill re-audited. I was informed she would follow up by that Friday. --- THE PRACTICE MANAGER NEVERRRRRR followed up, instead sent my bill to collections. This is the most money-hungry, scam-ridden dental office I have ever been to. I will NEVER recommend Gental Dental, which is a damn shame because I loved Dr. Cure. Do better, and maybe hire a better practice manager who actually cares about patients instead of just profits.

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say that my relationship with gentle dental started off as a very terrible experience. A dentist used to work here that did such a terrible job on my tooth that it had to be extracted. Since the extraction, I’ve had a terrible time healing, but that obviously is not why I’m giving this place a five star review. The dentist and the office manager that were responsible for the terrible work, and the lack of customer service are gone. The new office manager and the current technician and the current dentist that I’m seeing are absolutely fabulous and they have jumped through hoops to make sure that I get the care that I need. Sometimes a good review is not about nothing going wrong… It’s about what someone does that’s absolutely right to fix a problem. We definitely started off with a lot of problems here, but I will keep coming because of the way they have treated me to resolve the problems I’ve had. This review used to be one star and a long, terrible rant about all the awful things that happened here. I can honestly tell you that I have never been more impressed with a clinician and a clinic in my entire life. I have never seen anyone go as far as this office have gone to make things right with me. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an outstanding experience at Gentle Dental on Broadway in Edmond. I recently underwent a periodontal scaling and root planing procedure, and the entire team went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. The dental tech took time to explain everything and even offered multiple options to ensure I was at ease during the process, which made a big difference. What really impressed me was their attentiveness and efficiency. I mentioned a slight crack in one of my front teeth that had been bothering me. They took a closer look and discovered a cavity that had formed inside the tooth and wasn’t visible from the outside. After completing the periodontal procedure, they were able to work me in the same visit to treat the cavity and carefully shape my front tooth so it looks perfect again—saving me from having to schedule a separate appointment. Even though the dentist was clearly busy assisting multiple patients, they remained incredibly personable and made me feel like a valued individual, not just another appointment on the schedule. For a procedure that’s typically not something anyone looks forward to, this was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: The ladies there were nice.. However.. I was called and told I could come in 30 minutes early for my appointment so I did. Wonderful. Facility wasn’t the cleanest or very well maintained. I was told I had cavities sitting on nerves on two teeth. I was told it’d be best for me to get root canals on 4 teeth or have them removed and get partials to be more cost effective. I was sent on my way in extreme pain 15 minutes after my original appointment time was supposed to start in an almost empty facility, still 4 hours from closing time. I left in tears frantically calling other offices and thankfully Dental Depo was willing to help me last minute. Even staying past close time a little bit. There I got two root canals and was told fillings would be fine for the other teeth. All in all I would just pick somewhere besides Gentle Dental.

Experiencia negativa: horrible. im genuinely surprised that this place has happy patients and im surprised that they would even be licensed. the first time i went here, the dental assistant used an xray mouthpiece that was way too big for me to bite down on and kept telling me to do it. i wasnt sure if this was how it was supposed to go so i complied. it hurt and she clearly was new and didnt know what she was doing. the second time i went, i had a different assistant and she gave me a mouthpiece that was small and comfortable enough to bite on. i knew then that something was wrong on my first visit, though, thats not all for the second visit. the doctor then proceeded to numb me too much and im assuming she hit a nerve!!! it hurt terribly and was stinging my whole face very badly. my gums were sore for days after. i was so sad and traumatized even more with needles and dentists. i DONT recommend AT ALL

And I believe her assistance name was Jess,but anyway she was just as kind. I want to keep this dentist forever. If she ever leave (Gentle Dental, )I'm going to follow her wherever she goes. Experiencia negativa: 6/09/25 I was scheduled for a dental appointment today at 10:00 AM. I arrived early at 9:40 AM. Someone called me in, guided me to the room, had me sit down, and then left. I waited for 25 minutes before the hygienist came in. She reviewed my old x-ray and told me I needed a deep cleaning but she'll do the regular cleaning. I explained that today’s appointment was for a regular cleaning and irrigation. She said she would have someone prepare the cost estimate for deep cleaning and mentioned that irrigation is better done after the deep cleaning anyway — then she left. I waited another 15 minutes before the receptionist came in to tell me I needed to reschedule for a deep cleaning. She offered an opening at 1:00 PM or to reschedule for another day. By that point, I had already been there for nearly an hour. I had arranged time off from work and notified my boss just for this appointment. I ended up leaving with no treatment done at all. I feel like my time was completely wasted. The staff didn’t communicate clearly, didn’t honor the scheduled service, and didn’t seem to recognize the inconvenience they caused. Time is valuable, especially for working clients who have to adjust their schedules for appointments like this.

But I wanted to give a special shoutout to Angel, the dental hygienist, because she really impressed me. There was plaque behind my molars that I had felt my entire adult life when flossing. I never brought it up because I assumed it was just the shape of my teeth. I’ve seen several hygienists before, and none of them had ever addressed it. But Angel found it on her own—without me even mentioning it—and she took the time to completely remove it. She didn’t rush, kept checking with floss to make sure there was no resistance, and when she finished, the area felt totally clean and smooth for the first time. I was genuinely shocked (in the best way). She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and clearly takes pride in her work. If you want a hygienist who goes above and beyond, ask for Angel. She’s amazing, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. I called to schedule a cleaning and came in. After filling out the paperwork, they called me to come back in which I stepped back there thinking I was getting a cleaning that was fully covered under my insurance.They looked at a tooth I mentioned when I came in and then said I was done and there was no cleaning scheduled. Then they called me later to tell me that my insurance wasn’t covered and that I was gonna have to pay a balance for today’s visit. If I would’ve known this in advance, I would’ve never walked back there. I would’ve never agreed to be seen and I would’ve never come to the appointment in the first place. Now they’re saying there’s a balance on my account and they’re refusing to remove it. And again I never got a cleaning and never got a filling.

Experiencia fantástica: Awfully patient, and terribly kind! This place and it’s employees make a bigger effort than most in order to make you fee comfortable. They treat you like you have been a patient for years and they get you in there and going without the terrible 20/30 min wait in the waiting room. Seems like the only book what they can handle rather than stuffing as many people on the calendar as possible. The Dentist spoke with us at length about what she was seeing, and what our options were and she was very thorough on everything. We didn’t walk out without knowing every detail of my mom’s upcoming appointments and what the process was. She made us feel comfortable enough to ask and eager to explain anything we didn’t understand. The lady at the desk with the dark curly hair went above and beyond to help me when I called the insurance and had trouble with the insurance. She was very friendly and attentive and when we came back the second time, she treated us like we had been coming for years! Great place for the whole family.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to gentle dental for upwards of a decade now. I go there for ortho and general treatments and I have always had positive experiences. I have bad anxiety when it comes to any type of doctor, but the welcoming staff and consistent care I have recieved keeps me coming back. I have had cleanings, crowns and fillings done and have never had any issues. I always leave with my teeth looking great and I love my hygienist, she is the sweetest. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a new dentist office.

The hygienist doesn’t polish/brush the teeth after removing the plaque which I’m not used to I have to get some work done soon and then might consider other options

Experiencia negativa: I went to have a cavity filled and crown done. Since I have got these issues taken care of, I have continued to have pain in my gums both top and bottom. When I told the dentist they said it wasn’t any infection and to just floss. Which I have done. But the gum pain is still there. I have never had any pain in prior cavities & crowns before and if there was pain I was given antibiotics or something to repair the pain. I asked for them to check my current pain for relief and medication but was ignored. I believe I have some inflammation and infection in my gums and I want the dentist to fix this problem. I may need to go to another dentist for a 2nd opinion on why my gums are still infected.

She made me feel so much better, and I can say with certainly that I have never had anyone else at a dental office be as kind and compassionate. Also, the dentist is very knowledgeable and patiently explains anything that you might want more insight into, and she does it in a very non condescending manner. I know not all, or even most, medical professionals will treat you badly, but it happens....The staff here have been a pleasure to interact with, and I genuinely think they are there to help others, and it's nice to know that kind of concern and understanding still exist in this weird and overwhelmingly negative society we are living in.

Experiencia negativa: The worst. One of my crowns fell off and saw that it had great reviews. I went to this place only to have the Dentist be super condescending and annoyed of the process. At first he placed the crown back to see what was going on and then he couldn't take it back out. His assistant couldn't either then they asked me to try..... Then he asked me if I was healthy while holding my crown in his hand. He shrugged and applied an adhesive to place my crown back. Now my gum has been hurting ever since. I am not sure what he used but that sounded sketchy. NEVER going to this place ever again.

Experiencia negativa: Called today to try and get in and see the dentist and the young woman who answered the phone was rude, when I asked to speak to the manager I understood why she was so rude because she has obviously learned it from management. Danielle (Office Manager)...I believe was her name, is rude and condescending. Glad I learned that up front before I ever saw the dentist. If that is the kind of staff the dentist hires and is ok with the way they talk to patience or possible new patience, than that says a lot and tells me to find a better dentist.
