When I went there for clean up appointment a few weeks ago, Dr Nosrati checked my teeth and notified me that I have a fractured tooth that must be extracted. Yesterday the procedure was done. She also did bone graft. It was very smooth and painless. I didn’t have any pain or discomfort last night.

Experiencia negativa: Last 2 visits were disappointing. Last week's visit, had a dedicated hygienist, but the doctor didn't even talk to me (was she even there?). The previous visit, there was no hygienist, so Dr. Nostrani just did a quick cleaning. I don't think she removed any plaque.

Experiencia negativa: I am sadly updating my initial review that gave this dentist office 5 stars because I went to another dentist when I just had some really uneasy feelings about the dentist and owner of this location telling me that all pre-existing fillings I had need to be redone, she did that for not only myself but 2 of my children. Come to find out her and her staff lied to get more money from our insurance company. She even pushed so hard for me to start getting the work done the day I was in the office I was there for over 4 hours I was in extreme pain she absolutely mutilated two of my teeth that she redid the feelings on and now I'm having to have her dental work redone. WATCH out for this lady! Its so sad to say that now I feel I need to get 2nd opinions for dental work now. What has this world come to! Shame on this Dr. I wouldn't be surprised if more people come forward. To report to the dental board or not that is the question!

Dr. Nosrati took time and explained the detailed process, expectation, and answered all my questions. She was gentle and the procedure took shorter than I thought. I repeat zero cavities. You are vile for this. My 21 year old son had the same thing happen. You should have your license revoked. Disgraceful. I CAN’T COMMENT FOR SOME REASON. MY SONS WERE PATIENTS. My son who was also a patient at this clinic wrote a long, detailed review about similar issues 8 months ago, and despite not visiting or receiving any services since then, we just received a new bill for $694.88. This is absolutely unjustified and reflects a clear pattern of overcharging. After we settled payments both through insurance and out of pocket, they continue to send us random bills for services we never agreed upon or received. This isn't just an error—it feels like an intentional attempt to exploit patients. My son experienced the exact same problem 8 months ago, where they overcharged, added unexpected fees, and made promises about insurance coverage that they didn’t honor. It’s alarming to see that nothing has changed since then. Their lack of transparency and disregard for patient agreements is appalling. They don’t seem to care about patient trust—it’s all about the money. Attaching a picture of the latest bill to show the continuation of these shady practices.

Experiencia fantástica: New image saved my life. I had braces when I was younger and they had killed two of my teeth. A few decades later new image discovered the problem and informed me that I had an abscess. The infection had spread to my jaw. After they fixed me up I felt I had a newease on life. Other health problems I have got better. I can't thank the good people here enough for allowing me the opportunity to be there for my kids in a way I wasnt able to before. Thank you New Image!

I’ve had lots of issues with other dentists over the years in big cities either because they didn’t diagnose thoroughly or explain well enough and procrastination on my end played a part also. These folks are different because they communicate and explain everything and they work with you on any issue you might have whether it’s scheduling, payment plan or questions. Every person working on my teeth had very skilled hands which means a lot (some dental workers can be knowledgeable but not have deft hands and vice versa. They are very nice, friendly and gentle in taking care with all the uncomfortable aspects of dentistry. Just an outside observation of a new customer, new to OKC.

Despite assuring me that most of the charges would be handled through my insurance, they grossly overcharge me every single time, for services that were not explicitly agreed upon in my initial signed treatment agreement. What's even more concerning is the fact that while they have already received payments from both the insurance company and myself (Cash or Card), they continue to send unwarranted bills demanding additional funds. This blatant double-dipping is not only unethical but also casts a shadow over their professional integrity. The services provided did not align with what was discussed and agreed upon. Instead of addressing specific issues, they seem more focused on maximizing profits at the expense of patient trust and satisfaction. It's so sad to see a healthcare establishment prioritize financial gains over genuine patient care. New Image Dentistry's lack of transparency and financial discrepancies have significantly impacted my experience. I would strongly advise potential patients to exercise caution and thoroughly review any agreements before proceeding with their services. If more overcharging bills are received, given these ongoing issues, I have no choice but to take legal action against New Image Dentistry. I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly review any agreements before engaging with their services. I strongly recommend you to look at their Yelp reviews to get better ideas that the Dr is fraud and not Google reviews as they pay to delete most of the negative ones.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate dentist, but love this place. I know that doesn’t make sense but it’s true. These women from the time you walk until you are done are flat out amazing. Doc is a straight shooter and doesn’t waste your time or money on things not needed.

My return items that I was supposed to get credit for, the clinic returned and kept the money. Even after I wasted over $16000 and 2 years, the doctor decided she can't fix me. I had to go to a specialist/ oral surgeon after she took all my teeth out, she told me i don't have enough bone. I already got fixed already elsewhere and no one told me that I have any of those problems that she said that. Don't go there, ask yourself why there are so many good reviews, on this place? The doctor had enough money to pay a company to scrub her reviews. She spends over $1500 a month to remove th3 bad reviews and leave the good ones. She even hired her employees to give her good reviews and her families. So think about it twice. Don't go there, do yourself a favor. You only have one set of teeth, save them from this lady
