I asked how often they are washed and was told "probably once per week." I felt that was gross considering how many different patients use it throughout the week. So I give the office 3-stars based sanitation concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: The best children’s dentist office you can find! I’ve taken my kids to 5 different offices throughout the years and this one is by far the best we have experienced. They check all the boxes for us. All of the hygienists are so friendly and helpful, the X-ray tech is super friendly and nice, the dentist is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. My 12 year old daughter had to have two fillings done with no laughing gas and it was so fast and completely painless. The dentist and her assistant work so well together they get the work done so quickly! I recommend them to everyone I know who has kids.

I have to say God must have had his hand in it. I have not ever found a dentist that not only my children but me myself absolutely adore. This office of mainly ladies will go out of their way to help you in any way they can.They're always friendly, always smiling. Most uplifting place i've ever been in for a dentist office especially for children.... So just a shout out to Children's Dentistry of Coffee Creek.You guys are absolutely amazing and I am so thankful that God allowed me to find you!

Experiencia negativa: ***DON'T GO HERE*** 0 stars wasn't allowed or that's what i would have given This place is absolutely horrible. i had to move my children to this facility and although i did research and read review after review nothing could have prepared me for what was to come. After our 1st visit all 3 of my kids needed copious amounts of work to their teeth, even though they all had been seeing dentists regularly since the age of 3. We waited on the youngest but went ahead and did the 2 oldest work. go back 6 months later for next check up and they still think my youngest needs dental surgery. So we agree and pay over $1k out of pocket before the procedure. Fast forward to March of this year (3 months after the surgery) and we get a "Due Immediately" invoice from their office and it's the first time I've ever gotten anything. When i call and ask about it they tell me it's for balances from their first visit and when i asked why i never knew about this they had no explanation. I am tribal and also use assistance from the tribe to help with larger costs, and this office seems to be the only place in the Metro that has a problem with my tribe. Which come to find out was an error on their Office Manager's part when completing the tax form that was submitted to the tribe for payment. Simple enough and we're all human, but they still won't fix anything. The "Office Manager" is never there and you can leave a message but good luck getting an actual call about anything. this is the WORST run medical office I've ever been to and i want to be done with them but can't because i can't resolve anything because again....the OFFICE MANAGER is never there and no one else has any authority

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Stephanie Ferguson is very kind and thorough. She gave us all the options on how to deal with the problem arose. She is passionate and professional. She also called us to follow up with our daughter's recovery process. And our family dentist (Dr. Michael Cheng) recommended us to go visit this team for our children's dental surgery since he himself brings his children for any dental surgery need. We highly recommend Children's Dentistry of Coffee Creek. Update: after almost two years since the first time we visited Dr. Ferguson for our three year old's two teeth extraction and two teeth crowned, one of the crown fell off. We kept the crown and contacted Children's Dentistry of Coffee Creek right away. They had us in the vey next day at 8am and Dr. Ferguson took a good care of our now five year old daughter. Amazing children surgical dentist and team! Thank you very much and God bless!

I thought it'll be at least 2 hours for us to be there, but everyone at Coffee Creek saw my kiddos at the same time. Staff was super attentive and supportive, that this process was a breeze. Communication between the staff was impressive. I was well informed on what my kids needed for better dental health, and gave them tips on spots that needed more attention.

Experiencia fantástica: Very skeptical at first due to so many visits to different dentists for the kiddos and just finding the right dentist for them for years has been a bit of an obstacle due to just wanting the best dentist but most importantly the environment that they will be in to want to come to the dentist and be happy and know that going to the dentist is not all bad as it seems. The doctors and assistants have been all nice and welcoming and they did a good job making my girls feel comfortable and safe. Definitely would recommend this visit for any moms who are debating which dentists to pick as your primary for your kiddos! Very clean and bright and most of they do really genuinely care! Overall i really love this place so far!

She has problems with self-regulation, being fearful, and sensory, especially inside her bubble!... we have been here 3 times, and each time has been amazing!! The staff speaks her language - with stuffies to hold (she chose a lion), tickling her teeth, flossing (they told her they would "jump tooth-to-tooth like a frog"). They really help her be so comfortable. I literally teared up when she came here the first time - it was the first time she was ever able to have her teeth cleaned!! We have even had 2 loose teeth extracted as necessary. This place is amazing! Highly recommend! 5 ☆'s.

Experiencia negativa: TERRIBLE DENTAL ASSISTANCE!!!!!!! The fill in assistant on 3/2 was HORRIFIC caused both my 8 year old siblings to have tremendous swelling and bruises. Didn’t even do her job right in the room no suction or water till we had to raise our voice and the Dentist had to step in. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment through the website 4kidsdentistry. Google says this is the website for Children's Dentistry of Coffee Creek. The website itself looks official. My wife chatted with who we thought was an employee of the dentist's office. We gave insurance info at that time. Told they had two providers who took our insurance and worked with toddlers. We got numerous confirmation texts including a text the morning of the appointment. Today when I took my son I was told that they couldn't find the appointment. Then they found the appointment, but told us only one provider accepted our insurance and they had an opening an hour later if we wanted it. My son and I left. What was the point of the appointment!?! I feel like I am in a Seinfeld bit "you can take the reservation, but you can't hold the reservation....". You expect me to sit in the waiting with a two year old or just leave and come back? Just rude.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is in network with my insurance and looked nice from the photos. I hope we don’t move or have to change dentists bc this place is amazing. I was able to schedule both my kids on the same day for a cleaning and they got to sit next to each other and my daughter ended up needing her first filling. When i tell you they looked like a pit crew while putting the filling in, i was so impressed. They answered all of my daughter’s questions and reassured her. She never even saw the needle when they went to numb her nor did she feel it. It took longer for them to put the separator in her mouth bc she didn’t like how it felt and kept trying to push them away until i held her hands. Once they got that in they went straight to work on the filling and they got it done fast. Just a wonderful team with so much patience.

Nobody loves going to the dentist but with this particular practice there were zero issues and all questions were answered with answers that were perfectly understandable not only for me but my daughter as well! Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional with no consideration of your time. I spoke to the receptionist the Monday before my daughters Wednesday appointment, confirmed the appointment and was told that the dentist may require a letter from her Oncologist proving that she wasn't going through treatment and that she was cleared to go through with having an extraction. I wasn't going to argue with someone who hadn't experienced chemotherapy treatment and protocols first hand, but after going through 2.5 years of chemotherapy I have all protocols memorized and Children's Dentistry of Coffee Creek was 1 of 3 dentists my daughter had seen that required such a letter. That Wednesday when we got to the appointment I was informed that they needed such a letter and could not see my youngest daughter without it. I informed the front desk that her information proving she is not actively undergoing chemotherapy was in the MyChart app and I could show her, they refused to use her MyChart information although it is directly linked to the hospital. Remission literally means the diminution of a disease. I called the hospital and tried to have such a letter sent over however they did not have a format of what the dentist was requesting, and suggested to show them MyChart but according to the office personnel they would not accept that so they had to track down the oncologist to see what he could do. The information he could provide was very limited due to HIPPA laws, and he didn't understand why my daughter who is in remission needed such clearance. Again, after my 2.5 years of experience I tried to inform them of the true protocol for chemotherapy patients, however once a person decides they know everything, considering other information becomes a mute point. If y'all were truly looking out for my daughter you would have known that if these allegations of concerns for her health were valid she should not have had her teeth cleaned before such clearance. As chemo patients need to be pre-treated with antibiotics. In fact Chemo patients cannot undergo dental procedures during Chemotherapy they are only cleared for cleanings as their immune system is completely compromised. My oldest daughter also had an appointment and was taken back to acknowledge a cavity that the orthodontist required to be filled before that tooth could be bracketed and attached to the braces wire. The dental assistant returned to the lobby and told me it was in fact an enamel deficiency and not a cavity. I informed her that OSO diagnosed it as a cavity and would not bracket and attach that tooth to the wire until it was taken care of. She returned to the back and came back and told me they were going to fill it since my youngest could not be seen. I should have known then to take my daughter somewhere else, as they did not even recognize this tooth as having a cavity, much less be able to properly fill it. At the end of the appointment, after my daughter cried and left the lobby, this procedure was mandatory to continue her orthodontic care and without it would slow down the process. The dental assistant reiterated their protocol stating that it was for the safety of the patient. I stated that as a mother I would never LIE about my daughter being in remission, and I thought it was unprofessional that this needed to be proven. They tried to reschedule her procedure but during the madness of tracking down the oncologist I had already scheduled at Proud Dental who has been good to us for the last 10 years. I wanted a dentist closer to home but after all of this hassle I remembered why we stayed with Proud Dental for so long regardless of the distance. Then to have the audacity to ask me if I wanted a copy of the made up letter from my daughters hospital, which was an obvious NO because this office was the only one requiring proof of remission. When patients are in remission they follow standard protocol of medical procedures, not tracking down made up letters to prove remission.

Experiencia fantástica: My 6 year old daughter has been seen as a patient 4 times now. She has seen both Dr Ferguson and Dr Kim. We have had nothing but a great experience each time. The staff remembers her name when she comes in and asks her little things they’ve remembered from her previous visits. She’s always excited to visit with them and can’t ever wait to come back…which is rare for a child to love the Dentist…but these guys are great!!! Highly recommend!!! The front office is so knowledgeable and work so well with our appointments and insurance. Nothing to complain about here!!

Experiencia positiva: I think this is a great place for kids. My only con is that it took an hour and a half for a regular cleaning because it seemed they had overbooked. We waited 20ish minutes between the teeth cleaning until the dentist could come in to finish up. And it was about 15 min post our scheduled time to even get started. But everybody is always friendly and I feel they are thorough. Front desk is great! They are efficient and anticipate your questions. That part always runs smoothly.

They make the experience seamless and smooth which is a major win considering toddlers can be finicky sometimes. They love the wait room with all the toys, fish tank, games and tv. She is, hands down, one of the best pediatric dentists I’ve ever encountered both as a parent and as someone who’s had the privilege of working with her. Dr. Ferguson cared for my children’s teeth for three years, and she’s the reason my now 9-year-old actually loves going to the dentist. She is incredibly sweet, loving, and gentle with every patient who walks through her doors. After one treatment, my son left the office with no idea he had even received a shot and was already asking when he could go back! Her passion for dentistry and her patients is evident in everything she does, from her clinical work to her compassionate bedside manner. I could go on and on about all the wonderful qualities Dr. Ferguson possesses, but I’ll leave you with this. If you’re searching for a trusted, skilled, and kind pediatric dentist look no further.

Experiencia negativa: I used to come here as a kid and have such fond memories, so I was genuinely excited to bring my own child, hoping the experience would still be just as good. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My daughter was injured during a soccer game — she hurt her mouth badly, and teeth were coming through her gums. I called repeatedly for the on-call doctor, desperate for help. Not only did no one answer, but they also shut off the on-call phone and let it go straight to voicemail. Hours later — on a Sunday — I got a text message asking what the emergency was. Completely unacceptable. The care and professionalism at this practice have gone downhill. Believe the reviews — I wish I had. Think twice before trusting this office with your time, money, or your child’s health. Teeth cleaning appointments at this establishment = waste of time! Just BRUSH YOUR OWN TEETH!! When I pulled up to my first appointment ever with my daughter I was greeted by the owner of the establishment outside smoking a cigarette. Lol, I bet you didn’t miss a smoke break yesterday but you sure in fact missed out on money. Haha I hope this business never overflows into the next generation.

My 5 year old had minimal anxiety, everyone was telling him what they were going to do before they did to ensure he was okay with it. I will update more after we go to get his one filling in a couple of weeks. So far 10/10 UPDATE: my son had his one filling done today and I could not be more impressed. We were called back right at our scheduled time. The assistant was amazing!! My son has had severe dental anxiety in the past and this place makes him calm and relaxed. Both the Dentist and assistant were amazing!! Very kid friendly. We were there less than an hour for his one filling. He didn’t complain of any pain or discomfort during or after! We absolutely love this place. I would say this is the best dental practice for children in Oklahoma.

We were taken back to a room, where my child was put on Nitrous Oxide for almost an hour before the Dr Ferguson started on her filling. Once the job was complete, I stated to Dr Ferguson that I was unhappy and wouldn't be back. I expressed how not once, not twice, but the last 3 times I had been there, we have waited for her to see other patients without being seen. There was zero apology only the excuse of "it's hard to find good help" was given to me. It seems to me that maybe, instead of overbooking the ONLY dentist in the office, maybe book less appointments so that the patients who are there for fillings and arrive on time can be seen without having to wait for her to do ALL of the cleaning exams in the office first. We will not be back. ************************************************************* I have been happy with CDCC since my children have been patients. I think the staff is nice and Dr Ferguson is always friendly. It’s small and local and typically pretty quick! But, today when I took 2 of my girls for cleanings, I was extremely frustrated with the way the office handled the appointment. Once they were called back into the dental chairs, the hygienist continued to bring 5 more patients in for X-rays and told me she would clean my kids teeth once she was done. I didn’t understand why my kids were sat in the chairs only for her to bring in more patients if she was the only one doing cleanings. It definitely felt like they had overbooked appointments and overlooked my kids. Hoping this was an off day and it will be a little more pleasant next time.

Experiencia fantástica: Wasn't sure what to expect of our child's (~2 years old) first dentist appointment, but they were great!

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist and staff was just incredible with my son. I explained how difficult he has been with the teeth brushing because he is currently going through terrible twos adjusting to a new sibling. They made the appointment so smooth. They listened to my concerns, gave me tips on how to help my toddler like and learn tooth brushing and when doing his cleaning the dentist was amazing she was so sweet and singing the ABCS to him which made him be happy throughout the entire thing. It didn't seems like my terribles two son. Very happy with them I'm coming back for sure until my kids are grown ups

Experiencia fantástica: I could not be happier with our visit to Children’s Dentistry of Coffee Creek. My son was fearful of the dentist’s office after a bad experience at another clinic, and that led us to let his dental care lapse, resulting in some pretty serious cavities. It was easy to make an appointment with CCDC, and they were absolutely wonderful with my apprehensive 4 year old. The lobby was inviting and engaging, and the support staff was patient and kind. The doctor explained treatment options and the surgery coordinator walked us through the upcoming procedure process and what we could expect. Everyone was non judgmental and so kind, it was such a positive experience. My son can’t wait to go back and see the fish in the lobby again- that was his biggest takeaway, NOT fear or apprehension. Thank you so much!

Not only do the specialize in great care for your child's teeth, they go above and beyond to make for sure all children are heard and they take every case serious! They went to the point to where they told me that they would watch my other baby while my other child was being Seen.

Front office was very helpful when I called to schedule and they all took the extra steps to make sure our son and I were comfortable during the exam and treatment!! So happy to not be dreading the next visit!!

Experiencia negativa: Hi, i took my kids to your practice for the first time last week based on the 4.8 star google reviews you had. I was disappointed from the moment i walked in and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which my daughter pointed out to me when we left also. The teeth cleaning my kids received was beyond disappointing, i honestly could have brushed their teeth at home and did a better job. They both still had plenty of plaque i could scrape off their teeth with my nail. I feel the dentist could have caught that when she was examining their teeth. I was just completely blown away because the amazing pediatric dentist we left in Yukon always took time and attention to detail when cleaning my kids teeth and my kids would tell me how clean their teeth felt. This time they asked me if they even got a cleaning. We will not be returning. The environment was cold and just not very welcoming. Also the smell of cigarettes is not appealing. I hope you educate and provide better training for dental assistants on how to do a proper cleaning. I decided to take my other two children to my dentist and they got a phenomenal teeth cleaning. I’m so disappointed now we have to wait 6 months to get a their teeth cleaning so insurance will pay for it.
