Experiencia positiva: Great service. I got a tooth extracted and took less than 20mins.. the longest part was the wait. For reference I went in on a Sunday on a last minute appointment @11:30am and wasn’t seen until about a little after 1pm. However I did appreciate the flexibility and transparency with my dental care. No complaints and no complications with the healing process.

Nobody likes having to have dental work done, especially emergency dental work like I had, but had I not needed emergency dentistry on a Sunday, I wouldn’t have found this place, which is now my new dentist. Have scheduled cleanings going forward here because of how great they were during the emergency. Honest dentistry, with a dr and techs that seem like they actually care about you is exceedingly rare, especially in south florida.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend Care Dental enough. I had a dental emergency over the Fourth of July weekend while I was visiting family in South Florida. Since I live about 4½ hours away, I couldn't see my regular dentist and was worried I'd be stuck waiting until after the holiday. Care Dental got me in at 10:00 AM the very next morning (On a Saturday the day after a national holiday), which was an incredible relief. Dr. Michael Eisenband and his entire team were fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier. They took the time to explain everything, were upfront about what my insurance would and wouldn't cover before starting treatment, and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was how quickly they worked to get everything done before I had to head back home. They were able to complete my treatment and have my permanent crown ready within just a few days, which I really didn't expect, especially after a holiday weekend. The crown looks great, and I'm really happy with the result. I honestly don't write many reviews, but this team earned it. I only wish they were closer to home because I'd seriously consider making them my regular dentist! Thank you to Dr. Eisenband, the entire staff, and everyone behind the scenes for taking such great care of me!

He always took extra care when working on his patients. Even after I moved to Las Vegas three years ago I still fly back to South Florida to see Dr. Eisenband when I ran into issues on my teeth. I believe he is one of the best dentists you can find in America.

The hygienist, Stephanie, has conducted herself in the most professional manner in her attitude, examination, and care of my teeth. Experiencia negativa: I called this place to make an appointment as a new patient, before anything I wanted to verify with the clinic that my insurance is in network. Most clinics figure that out for you on the spot while you’re still on the phone. The lady that answered said I had to make an appointment first and then she could verify. Weird. When I said I didn’t wanna do that, she said for me to give her my details and she would find out. It was around almost 4 PM, she said it was too late in the day, that she would put it on her to-do list for the next day. Even though they close at 8 PM.. That was Monday, it is now Thursday and I have not received a single call back. Care dental and their staff doesn’t seem to really “care”. Thanks.

Experiencia negativa: I was disappointed with my experience at this dental office. They bill for mandatory upgrades that aren't clearly explained upfront, and there are no alternatives offered. These upgrades are included in the treatment plan you sign at the beginning, and isn’t made clear that they aren’t covered benefits. This feels very misleading and frustrating. Edit——The appointment was for my daughter and this is the correct office. There wasn’t an option given for the upgrade as it was stated that those are the only materials the doctors used. When I called to discuss I was told that there was nothing further that needs to be said. I spoke to Julie and Kristen.

They got me in right away after I filled out the paperwork and I was in and out in about an hour (would have been even faster but they had to make me a new crown). Experiencia fantástica: I had a “Murphy’s Law” tooth ache on Friday evening. I was able to find this group, Care Dental that was open on Saturdays at 8am. I called in advance and reserved a 10am reservation but thought I would show up early just in case. Wow, from the moment I arrived, the 2 receptionist seemed to really care and started right away to expedite everything. I then had Bernice and Jonathon who prepped and took care of me for Dr. Eisenband to perform my emergency extraction. First, Dr. Eisenband seemed to really care about my emergency and gave me great comfort and kindness but Bernice and Jonathon were very attentive, caring and fantastic! Thank you Care Dental, I am very impressed and happy to have you as my new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience of this dental office is nothing short of brilliant, the staff are caring and went above and beyond for me, Dr Eisenband is incredibly professional, and has impeccable bedside manners, his warm personality had me settle quickly, he informs you every step of the way of the best possible solution, factoring and educating you on the risk associated with the treatment. The dental assistants were so attentative and kind, The front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. I later in the month had the pleasure of seeing Dr Quintero who was just as informative and was eager to address any concerns I might have had. I highly recommend Care Dental Wellington to all family and friends, Thank you Care Dental were I once was fearful I now am happy to go to the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: When I arrived at the Wellington office, I had an extremely painful dental abscess. I was in so much pain that I had to have. My father help me fill out my intake form. When we gave it back to the front desk, a few minutes later, she yelled across the waiting room what medication I was on, and other personal medical information that I didn’t want the entire crowd hearing. She should’ve asked me to come to the desk or around the room and asked me quietly. I didn’t appreciate that. Then I went off to the back, and it reminded me of what it must be like to be processed for prison. Stand here, move there, head back. No introductions, never asked how I was feeling, nothing. My abscess was starting to open, and they put me in the most uncomfortable positions to take x-rays, it was one of the most disgusting and humiliating things I’ve been through in an extremely long time. as opposed to taking x-rays and irrigating and abscess, they wouldn’t help me in any other way, besides provide antibiotics, unless I paid their overpriced bill. I had enough to pay the bill, but I chose to only pay for the office visit and the antibiotics for no other reason than it was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in a Medical facility. I absolutely do not recommend.

He was extremely professional and efficient with the best care possible to say the least. The office itself is beautiful and modern. The staff around are more than welcoming from the beginning. They act with genuine care and made sure to make me feel at ease the whole time I was there.

Experiencia negativa: I usually don't do this, but the situation calls for it. I visited Care Dental Wellington at 2615 SSR7 for an emergency dental procedure on Saturday, 01/27/2024. Without my insurance card, the front desk staff claimed they couldn't verify my eligibility on weekends, even on the 24hr portal. Due to the urgency, they insisted on my credit card details, assuring me they wouldn't process the charge until Monday, once I provided my insurance information. Following their instructions, I called back on Monday morning with my insurance details. They had charged $985 for two extractions, but despite my providing the necessary information, they have yet to submit the claim to Guardian. I've made multiple calls and was repeatedly assured the claim would be submitted, but to date, no claim has been filed, nor has a refund been issued. No communication

Experiencia positiva: So I’ve been to this clinic yesterday with a lot of pain and was a walk in patient. Before anything, I just want to make it clear that everyone was nice, from the reception (Elizabeth I guess) to the assistants. Dr. Juan Quintero was great at his procedure too. I just think they could be a little bit more friendly budget, I went with a lot of pain on my wisdom tooth and decided to remove the upper side, and the lower one. So 2 in total. They came in with a breakdown sheet with a total price of $2,800 (almost 3k) for 2 wisdom extraction. And on the sheet it said it was discount down to $1,890. Again, I was in a lot of pain and decided to remove them. They said they would help me out with the price and all, but later on I found out it was too expensive for only 2 wisdom teeth. If it was all 4, then yes, it would be a reasonable price, but for only 2 it was too much. I got upset when I researched for prices and found out through a dentist friend who lives in Tampa that it was too pricey. I just think they took a little bit of advantage, unfortunately. But everyone was nice. Procedure took around 2hrs to be completed.

Dr. Quintero and his staff saw me right away and removed the offending molar. The front staff was excellent and Elizabeth calmed me down before the surgery as I was having serious anxiety. They handled everything expertly, professionally and with compassion. It was overall a very good experience which is not something often said about going to the dentist.

Saw us ASAP and we were in and out of the office in 90 minutes. Dr Eisenband took care of my him with such respect and care. Experiencia fantástica: I was developing tooth pain over the week and made an appointment with my regular dentist for the following week. I was supposed to see my regular dentist on Tuesday but by Sunday, the pain in my tooth had become so severe that I could not take it anymore. I had called Care Dental early on Sunday morning but it went to voicemail. I was pretty stressed from the pain and I didn't leave a voicemail. But a couple hours later, Elizabeth from the Wellington office called me just based on seeing my number on their phone service. About 30 minutes later, I was in the chair and Dr. Juan Quintero extracted the tooth that was causing me so much agony for a week at that point. Very grateful for Dr. Quintero for working on a Sunday and for Elizabeth for calling me back. Highly recommend, especially for weekend dental emergencies.

Experiencia negativa: I had a great experience on my first day with them and the next day, when fasting all morning for my wisdom tooth surgery, they called me 1.5 hours before to cancel because they needed to refer me to another surgeon who is not even part of Care dental. That was my only day off to get the issue handled and I had to call around to find someone to take me in at mid-day, thankfully I did. I usually don't leave bad reviews and just look for solutions but this situation was just bad handling overall and I hope you improve in your internal communication system and of course, your customer's.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience! I suffered for 2 weeks with excruciating pain, three doctors/dentists and finally today (Saturday) I called and was seen immediately by Dr. Eisenband. (Side note: I am not Ok going to a dentist). Identified my problem and suggested a tooth extraction. I tried to “run” but instead Dr Eisenband paused and spoke to me to help me relax and think clearly. His assistant reassured me and also helped me relax. My husband went to Care Dental after not going to the dentist in 10+ years, and ended up needing 2 root canals, 2 crowns, and 10+ fillings. He was so happy with his experience that I had to try them out. I AM SO IMPRESSED!!! From the sub-10-minute check-in experience, to the expert, gentle touch of the hygienist Eva, to the sub-5-minute filling by Dr. Quintero, the process was both efficient and yet very human.
