Experiencia fantástica: Great service, on time and friendly team. Very happy with Dental House of Wellington.

Experiencia fantástica: Very impressed with the doctor and staff. Office very nice and clean!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental experience I've ever had!

Experiencia negativa: I was one of their first customers when they first opened up in Loxahatchee, I get my teeth cleaned there three times a year. They just canceled my appointment that I had for four months because I didn’t call them back soon enough. My appointment isn’t for another six days. The main dentist I haven’t seen in years. I don’t like being treated like a number. You guys were great when you first opened up, you can turn the ship around.

Experiencia negativa: I went for a first visit and asked if it was covered, and was informed that everything was covered by the hygienist.  I was waiting for the doctor when someone came in and told me my insurance only covered a certain amount, and I had an out-of-pocket amount due of $90.00, which I paid (this is after cleaning). They never even asked if I agreed to the cost of Irrigation Medicine before administering it ($65.00).  I called my insurance company, which informed me that there should not be any out-of-pocket due.  I called and told them what I was told by the insurance company. Then they informed me they were reimbursing me $25 since they "forgot" to add some form of floss. ??? But refused to reimburse me for the Irrigation Medicine that I knew nothing about. They responded that you signed the treatment plan.  So much misinformation from these people, they should have a policy of letting patient know cost before starting any procedure even a cleaning. I will never go back again. Staff was extremely rude when I called about this issue.

Experiencia fantástica: They make you feel at ease. Very professional with a full explanation of the procedures and outcomes. Recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here and loved it! Everyone was so thorough and attentive. Excellent service was provided.

Experiencia fantástica: Office is very clean. Staff is very professional. I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a small mishap with my insurance, but the staff in this office were incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a deep cleaning today... The service was fast, simple & easy... My dentist took her time with my teeth and imforming on my mouth... I'll be going back soon

Experiencia fantástica: I really like Dr Rojas and her staff. They are very friendly and always provide excellent service!

Experiencia fantástica: Been here multiple times in the past few weeks. There is nothing about this office nor its staff that would make me look elsewhere. Everyone is nice, friendly, and caring. Something hurts? They will handle it. No reason to worry about pain in this office. This is coming from a guy with a horrific history of dentists. Will gladly go back.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the care given me today. Very thorough and professional! Dr. Rojas, Carolina and team were great!!! Thank you for making me feel welcome!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dental House of Wellington! Everyone there is so kind and Dr Rojas is awesome because she explains what she is doing and is open to questions. She has a good bedside manner, which says a lot in our world of healthcare and dentistry! Thank you to all, muchas gracias!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bader and Dr. Rojas are awesome. They explain everything to you and are upfront with pricing (which is very fair) so there’s no surprises. The equipment they use is top notch and way beyond what my old dentist used. The work was great and this is the only place I’ve been where they didn’t hit a nerve and numb half my face. The rest of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend the Dental House to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit as a new patient, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The paperwork process was quick and easy, and everyone I encountered was so friendly and welcoming that it immediately put me at ease. Most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, but the team here made the whole visit feel comfortable and positive. I especially appreciated how transparent they were about my care plan and the costs involved—everything was explained clearly with no surprises. I’m so glad my insurer directed me to this office, and I’m genuinely looking forward to building a long-term relationship with them. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: 100% RECOMMENDED! If you are looking for a dentist who is passionate and dedicated. You are in the right place, once you arrive at your consultation I can assure you that you will not be in better hands. Her teamwork is simply extraordinary. In Dr. Rojas's office, you will find a warm family welcome and a safe and friendly environment. My experience exceeds this review. From my first visit, I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Rojas. After several years of orthodontics, I made up my mind. I could not make a better decision, her compromise, the way that she takes care of the details, and her professionalism, exceeded my expectations. My treatment was cosmetic to improve my smile, the results were better than I could have imagined. Many times as new patients in a dental office we need to complete a questionnaire. In these questionnaires, they asked how important your smile is to you. My answer is VERY IMPORTANT. It is what I am. Happiness is a choice and what better way to live my life than SMILING. Dr. Rojas, thank you for all that you do, it made a real difference for me. The best experience, with the best dream team and dentist in Wellington.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about the Dental House of Wellington. They are the friendliest staff on earth. And the skill, professionalism, and expertise of their hygienists and dentists are second to none. And I hate dentist’s offices. So kudos to them!!!
