Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Family Dentist of Palm Beach for years now. I've had basic cleanings to an inplant done in their office. Whatever dental prodcedure you may have this is far the most friendliest staff that I've ever had the pleasure of ever meeting. From booking an appointment to questions about what your insurance covers they handle it with great big smiles. The Doctor's are top notch when it comes to dental knowledge, recommendations, and procedures. They will forever be my dentist office. And Melissa is the best!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could add zero stars I would , this has got to be the most unprofessional place ever and I know their workers suffer too because they are so rude with customers and even with their own workers maybe it’s because it’s a family affair up in there worst place ever degrading lack of professionalism and it’s dirty don’t take your family there worst place EVER!!!

All three staff at the front desk were so sweet and helpful getting me check in and check out, including the back office and doctor. Love this office so much!

Experiencia negativa: I visited Palm Beach Family Dentist with a partially chipped lower tooth that was bothering me. They took an x-ray and charged me $150 for it. The dentist examined the tooth, then sat down and told me flatly that in his professional opinion any filling he put on would just come off again because of the alignment of my teeth. When I asked what we should do, there was this long, awkward silence. He said I could get Invisalign to straighten my teeth first and then he would place a filling, or I could get a crown. I asked if he could at least put a temporary filling so I could eat and work normally in the meantime. He refused, saying he "wasn’t inclined to do work that was set up to fail." Then why go into the healthcare industry? I was honestly stunned. This was a filling for less than 1cm of a partially chipped tooth. I have never seen such a cold bedside manner from a dentist. That was the end of the conversation. I thanked him and left. The clinical advice might be technically correct, but the cold, unhelpful way it was delivered left me feeling dismissed and still stuck with a sharp tooth and no alternatives for help. I won’t be going back. I am a professional too, and I would never hang people out to dry so callously.

Hygienists, Oral Surgeon and front desk staff are all professional, clear and concise with billing and procedure information. The wait room is beautifully decorated. I would recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great office! As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, I was amazed at how much the whole staff was able to get me to relax. Dr. Sunitha Serivolu and her son, took the time to listen to my concerns and help me make the best decisions for my treatment. Very gentle, Wonderful people! They also took me in right away when I was in a lot of pain. Cant recommend this office enough!

Over charged… we felt like they did things that aren’t covered by insurance instead of options that are… was there for 4 hours and never got a cleaning… no fillings some other option called inlay onlay… no fillings or crowns… My husband got a cleaning (srp perio) (which we don’t think he needs) and broke of a bonding on the front tooth.. the person was very rough! He went back to have them fix it and said I’m not paying… but they sent to insurance ( getting paid for a mistake they made) Very disappointed

I got my pearly whites POLISHED by the delicate hands of Melissa the Wizard (I’m pretty sure that’s her official title). She also took my X-rays and somehow made a process I normally fear… pleasant? It felt like a full-service car wash for my teeth. I don’t know what certification she has, but as a wizard, it should come with a cape. Then Dr. Kapil reviewed everything and explained it in a way that made me feel both informed and strangely relaxed. When I write my will, he’s definitely getting my teeth. Tanika at the front desk runs the place like TSA if TSA were actually good at their job. And Samantha recorded my beautiful face as a souvenir and handled all my papel de trabajo like an absolute pro. If you want the best place in town handling your mouth, come here. Or keep going where you’ve been getting second-rate service that eventually leads to dentures.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to Lake Worth Beach and need a local dentist for cleanings, etc. After having periodontal surgery for gum disease in my 30's, I want to avoid future surgery and have healthy gums. Sebastian, their dental hygienist and office manager and Dr. Patel spent an hour going over my history, answering questions and giving me a thorough exam before my cleaning. They are passionate about oral health. I'm pretty diligent about tooth care but learned I could be doing more to avoid expensive stuff as I age. Office staff are friendly and competent, entire experience was A+. Accepted my MetLife insurance.

Experiencia negativa: Today I had an appt for 9:15. They changed it 9:30 through text. No big deal. This morning I get a text asking if we can come in early. No problem! So I rush my 12yo and skip breakfast. Arrive at 8: 55 and check in. And I texted them as well. We wait. And we wait… at 9:25 I asked the staff “so are we just back to the 9:30 appt time?” Reception response - “oh, no one was here so we texted everyone to come in early and taking them back in order” basically regardless of appt time. So I sat there with my 12yo for nearly an hour before walking out at 9:42am. We’d been sitting for nearly an hour with zero communication while the 2 reception desk employees carried on a lively personal conversation.

The staff is nice, and the doctor’s voice is so calming . Because I hate the sound of any drill in any dentist’s office, I appreciate that the work is well done and I haven’t had to go back for them to fix something they missed. Most importantly, after the anesthesia wore off, it was like I hadn’t had a root canal. Great job and great staff.

Now a days it feels like the office is just trying to sell you. TMJ and sleep apnea devices. Sad that it's gone downhill. Won't go there anymore. Beware. Ask pricing FIRST.

They took me back to assess my situation and got me in first thing this morning to get my problem fixed. The entire staff was amazing. The procedure was quick. We will definitely be going back for all of our dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Waited 30 minutes to be called and was on time for my appointment. Scheduled cleaning and visit with dentist only to be informed at end of cleaning dentist already left for the day. Hygienist unsure if there were any cavities or anything wrong. Response was dentist will review X-rays and if something is wrong we will be called. Patients should be informed prior to cleaning being done dentist is leaving early with patients still in the office. Will be contacting my insurance company because my visit was to be seen by the dentist and that simply did not occur. Not returning to this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: A good doctor is hard to find, let alone a great dentist certified to treat TMJ. A rarer find is to have both (dentist/TMJ specialist) in one person coupled with state-of-the-art equipment, continued patient education, excellent communication and follow-up, appointment accessibility, a friendly/caring staff, and an aesthetically beautiful office. From previous experiences with doctors’ offices in general, it all sounds too good to be true. I found the exception in my experience with Dr. Sunitha, Dr. Patel and the wonderful staff at TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Palm Beach located in Palm Beach Gardens. They check all of the boxes. Words cannot express my deep gratitude for Dr. Sunitha, Dr. Patel, assistant Aleida, and treatment coordinator Amber! I was in off-the-scale, excruciating jaw pain and ran into so many obstacles in finding a doctor who treats TMJ, an office with an urgent appointment opening, and an office that would not gouge me on the initial visit. As I was about to give up on my search, I called TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Palm Beach on a Thursday around 4pm and amazing Amber worked me in the following morning. I arrived at the office and it was all hands on deck as the entire staff was attentive, compassionate, and understanding of my level of pain/condition. They quickly got me to the back and, after evaluating me, they identified the problem; took measurements and performed several diagnostic tests; informed and educated me on what happened/root causes; shared/explained diagnostic x-ray findings; methodically discussed treatment plans; applied in-office cold laser therapy on affected areas; and supplied take-home items and prescriptions for treatment and relief. The TMJ treatment plan by TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Palm Beach was exactly what I hoped for, in that it was non-invasive and I did not have to go under the knife to have relief! I went from indescribable pain and narrowly able to open my mouth to talk/chew and, in six weeks of following the regime and scheduled appointments, I am progressing with my jaw going back into place and little to no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Sunitha and Dr. Patel’s office! They are all-around the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been treated by Dr. Sunitha Sirivolu of Family Dentist of Palm Beach for years. I have stuck with her practice because I trust her. No matter how nervous I am when I get to the office, I end up being much more relaxed at the end of my treatment. Dr. Sunitha takes the time to explain the recommended treatment plan and her staff lets you know proposed cost up front. I could not ask for a more caring, professional and knowledgeable dentist while I'm in the chair. I just had crown work done and she and her staff were awesome!! The experience reinforces why I continue to stay with Family Dentist of Palm Beach after all these years. Her staff and office atmosphere are commendable!!!

Experiencia negativa: I needed a root canal and they gave me a price of 4K before even running my insurance. After I demanded they verify my insurance they claimed I would need to pay $1500.00!!!! Another dentist did the root canal and cost me $280.00 THIS DENTIST IS NOT HONEST!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been going to this practice for years but the recent behavior and attitude of the staff has forced me to part ways. The unprofessionalism of dr. Sirivolu and her receptionists is truly astounding. The office has withheld dental records and radiographs from me and my new dentists office. When I repeatedly tried to gain access to my files the woman at the front desk would hang up on me or refuse to answer my calls. They choose to run their business with pettiness and negativity which is why I would avoid the headache and stress and find care elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: WORST dentist. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have spent thousands on my teeth for them to not even look good. I had my permanent retainer fall out 3 times in less than a year. When I chose to switch dentists the Dr. refused to take the concrete bonding off my teeth that was left over from the retainer coming off. She said “your new dentist can remove it” extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
