Experiencia positiva: Very clean and extremely talented staff. Very well trained however I am taking off 2 stars because they take FOREVER with everything. I like people taking their time to make sure things are done right but with every procedure they take very very long. I’ve been to plenty of dentists(sadly) and they never have taken as long with things as jade dental did. My appointment was at 1 they took me back early and then they didn’t start until 2ish. The numbing started wearing off before they even started. This does not take away from the procedures being done because they are very well performed. Thanks Jade dental!!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us!
We’re truly happy to hear that you found our office clean and our team talented and well-trained — that means a lot to us. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the wait time. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your insights help us do just that.
Please know we’re taking your comments seriously and will be reviewing our processes to help ensure a more timely experience in the future, while still maintaining the high quality of care we strive to provide.
We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again and make your next visit smoother and more efficient. Thank you again for your kind words and constructive feedback!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental appointment experience I’ve ever had. The staff involved throughout my appointment including Dr. Fernandez, Maria and Melissa, they were all super thorough, paced, and communicative. I booked my first appointment after reading all the raving reviews, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I could tell each of them cared about informing me and making sure I understood everything too. Overall, such a great experience and I look forward to returning to Jade Dental as my new local dentist!

From the moment I walked in the entire staff was warm and friendly. The office is beautiful, there is a mini fridge with water, and they have upbeat music playing. My initial visit was extremely thorough - they took X-rays and detailed imaging of my teeth. The Dr. took her time reviewing my images and care plan. Maria was both kind and professional during my teeth cleaning. The office manager Melissa reviewed my care plan, insurance, and coordinated the next steps for my treatment. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Just had another visit at Jade Dental in Palm Beach and I honestly had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and made everything feel comfortable and not rushed. The front desk explained my costs clearly, which I really appreciated because dental visits can get confusing sometimes. The dentist was very thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything going on with my teeth in a way that actually made sense. They didn’t try to pressure me into anything unnecessary and were honest about what I needed now vs what could wait. That meant a lot. My cleaning was done really well and didn’t feel rushed at all. They also recommended fluoride since I had a small cavity and some areas they’re watching, which felt more like genuine care than a sales pitch. Overall, really solid experience. Fair pricing, good communication, and a team that actually makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Palm Beach area.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked into Jade Dental Palm Beach, I felt respected and taken seriously. The front desk staff was welcoming, patient, and professional, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The office is very clean, organized, and has a calm atmosphere. I especially want to shout out Laura and Edith they were absolutely amazing. Both of them were incredibly sweet, kind, and patient. They took their time with me, explained things clearly, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their positive energy and compassion really made a big difference in my experience. Dr. Fernandez and the rest of the dental team were just as professional and attentive. They listened to my concerns, were honest about my treatment options, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and that meant a lot to me. I had a tooth extraction, and they did an amazing job. I felt absolutely comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and everything was handled with care and precision. I’m currently on day one after the extraction and have no pain at all, which honestly says a lot about how skilled and gentle the team is. Overall, Jade Dental Palm Beach is a place where you truly feel valued as a patient. Experiencia fantástica: First Class Dental Care, It took me a few different DDS, till I found this professional who is honest and caring. I just had a deep cleaning, which I was scared to have, because the last deep clean left me sensitive for 3 months. This was done efficient, with zero sensitivity.

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews… but WOW. I’m genuinely not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! Dr. Fernandez is incredible, and the staff is genuinely the sweetest, they make you feel completely taken care of. The office is beautiful, clean, and has such a calming vibe. I called for a wisdom teeth extraction (which I honestly should’ve done 20 years ago), and they got me in for a consultation and removal the very next day. Everything was painless, smooth, and so much easier than I expected. I can honestly say… I can’t wait to go back to the dentist. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Superb Dentist, superb team !! I am here from out of state and my tooth broke off at the gum and I called them at 6am on a Saturday. I got a call back from Laura, their office manager at 8am and had me come in at noon. They took x-rays and the tooth could not be saved. So this talented dentist and her team worked on me, pulled the tooth out with ease and developed a bridge for me to support all needs. Jade dentistry is incredible and they deserve all the 390+ score of five. I cannot tell you how many emergency dental offices I called with no call back. I would recommend Jade dentistry to everyone whether it’s to have a dentist on an ongoing basis or an emergency.. I was treated with respect, patience since I tend to be nervous at a dentist and everything good! Pass this on to anyone looking for a dentist and I’m not happy with the one they have or need an emergency service.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience at Jade dental clinic. Excellent staff, beautiful and very clean clinic. They had the latest technology and were able to detect my tooth pain. I went for a second opinion as the previous dentist couldn’t understand what was causing my pain and suggested a root canal. Dr Ellys instead, found out that I had a cavity on my wisdom tooth and an old crown to be replaced . Glad I I went there, otherwise I would’ve gotten a root canal and still be in pain . She’s very professional, kind and caring and I highly recommend her dental practice.
