Dennis A. Hernandez, DMD, PA

Experiencia positiva: This was my 3rd visit, and I was disappointed. I was there for 1'30" for a cleaning. I waited for >20" to be called back for my appointment. After the cleaning, I waited another 15" for the dentist, and when he came in, he never spoke to me. I wasn't even sure it was Dr. Hernandez. It was not a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I had no problems with anyone in this office. Had a great cleaning and visit with the doctor about next visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to him for 20 + years always a great demeanor and great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at Dr Hernandez'office! The best and most professional staff in Palm Beach County!

Experiencia fantástica: I travel across the county to this office because .Dr. H.is great and he has a very good staff. P.S.R.

Experiencia fantástica: Explained procedure in detail and performed work at a reasonable cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Yolanda completed an excellent cleaning. She was through and provided additional insight in keeping gums their healthiest! Thanks Yolanda!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hernandez is the best. Jesse and Lorraine at the front are so sweet and helpful. All the girls there are very nice. Very comfortable with this office.

Experiencia fantástica: There could be 100 Dentists within a 20 minute drive of me but I drive 45 minutes to see Dr Hernandez because he is that terrific

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a teeth cleaning. I will return.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and his entire staff for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and quality of care. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. No wait time! No overbooking! Dr. Hernandez is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain procedures and answer any questions thoroughly. He is kind and has a gentle touch. I trust him. Yolanda is my hygienist and she is thorough, patient, a perfectionist and doesn’t talk while she is working in your mouth. I like that! It’s a quiet atmosphere. The staff is equally amazing — friendly, organized, and willing to help. They go above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean, modern, and efficiently run, which makes appointments smooth and pleasant. If you are looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and provides exceptional dental care…and is affordable, I cannot recommend Dr. Hernandez and his staff highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was delightful. Yolanda, was the best! My teeth have never looked or felt so clean after leaving a Dentist’s office ! Dr . Hernandez is very nice and everyone in the office are quite cordial! My adult daughter started going to them also when our past dentist retired. She says the same thing. Thank you again for taking the time with me today. Whoever has said that going to a dentist is awful, has never had Yolanda or Dr. Hernandez give them a pain-free white smile! See you in September!

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional and pleasant. They go over every detail and are very friendly. Patient with my schedule.

I’ve moved to Port Saint Lucie 6 yrs ago, and I am still his patient. Wouldn’t change them! Distance is worth the care and attention to my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, patiently advising me on how to most effectively brush my teeth for optimum results. Dr. Hernandez was also very patient and helpful with his explanations.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hernandez and his staff are consummate professionals and super nice people. They were especially considerate in treating my dental issues as I am a visitor to the area. I wish this practice was in New York!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a Dentist you will look forward to visiting. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and Dr. Hernandez is knowledgeable and pain free Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office due to how I was treated by the front desk assistant. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner in the parking lot, without any clear reason. Professionalism and courtesy are essential when working with patients, and this interaction felt completely uncalled for. I hope management addresses this, because respectful communication should be standard for anyone representing a healthcare office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional office and excellent hygienist and office management. Dr. Hernandez is excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and very professional. Dentist and all staff are very friendly and efficient. I recommend them highly!

Experiencia negativa: I object to passing the $5 fee onto the customer. It’s just a way that you will sadly never be as good a dentist. I lost my temper today talking about it

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental group! Love everyone in this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: When I moved back to Florida I tried two other dentists before I found the right one. This office has it all. Efficient staff and excellent service with a smile!!! I have my teeth cleaned three times per year, but I’d go every month if I could. I trust Dr. Hernandez and his expert team.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Carly Doyle today and she was professional and very friendly. She made me feel so comfortable and has a very gentle hand! I will definitely be back to see Dr. Doyle!

Experiencia fantástica: Called at 4PM the day prior with a temporary crown that had come out. My appointment for the permanent wasn't for another 2 weeks. Not only did they have my permanent crown early but they scheduled me in at 9AM the following day. Everyone there cares and it shows. Huge thanks to the whole team.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is full of kind-hearted staff who simply wish to help. Delia and Dr. Hernandez were very kind in assessing my damaged teeth and wrote referrals to three different endodontists so I could have options should one not take my dental insurance. The front desk staff is lovely as well! Will definitely be returning :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hernandez’s office is great! I have hearing loss and both the hygienist and dentist worked with me to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not sure who the dental hygienist was, but she is smart, very thorough, professional, and without increasing my charges, give her a raise.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife has been a patient since 1988. Today we went for a cleaning with new insurance. We were told we were not in network. We called the insurance company to make sure. It is true that they are not on the HMO plan but we have the PPO. We were told it would be $230 for our visit for cleaning & X-rays today and then we could collect from our insurance provider. We left without our cleanings we will go elsewhere which is a shame because we loved it at your office. Elaine is the best hygienist we have ever had. From 1988 to present. It was great while it lasted. All good things must come to an end. Good bye Dr H and staff. We love you Elaine!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the one Dental office where I always feel comfortable. The staff is great and I appreciate Dr Hernandez calm demeanor and his professionalism. I feel safe and at ease when I'm sitting at the chair. I'm grateful to have found a Dentist where I'm not feeling anxious! He gets 5 Stars from me! My first cleaning at the office was with Pamela. Experiencia fantástica: I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Dr. Doyle and her hygienist, for going the extra mile to make sure that my husband and I felt at ease and comfortable during our initial visits with them. Everyone in the office, especially the front office staff (Jessica, let me know that that they all genuinely cared about us patients and that we were in good hands.
