Thank you, Vera! We appreciate your 5-star rating!
Experiencia negativa: Went in for a consult. Not knowing any better I thought wow they’re really pushing Invisalign this must be the right step for me. Months and thousands of dollars later I was told by the Dr yeah girls your age don’t do the best with Invisalign. Then why was it recommended?? He was so condescending I would get anxiety coming here based on the way he spoke to me. I ended up having to pay the remainder of the Invisalign contract. Went to another dr in the area and was told I was never an Invisalign candidate with my complicated case. I’m paying more money now but I’m happier with the treatment I received at the other dr. Please please please do your research before coming here.
Thank you for your candor, distressing as it is to learn that you are so disappointed. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. Please consider calling the office to discuss your concerns with me, personally. Even beyond creating great smiles, our core mission is to ensure that all of our patients and families feel attended, and appreciated. - Katie, Practice Administrator

Wow Brett! We appreciate having amazing patients like yourself! You made our day with your 5 star review! Thank you for being so kind :)
Experiencia negativa: My daughter had a HORRIBLE experience today and left hysterically crying. She went there to continue her Invisalign treatment since she started it in NJ & is now a college student in FL. Katie Brumm, team leader, was nasty & accused my 4.0 GPA daughter of "not being committed" & said "we won't treat you for free." This went against the Smile Doctors participation which allowed her to continue treatment without additional charges. SHAME ON YOU!
Hi Mara, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your daughter had a negative experience, as that is never our intention. We take these concerns very seriously and are committed to providing clear communication and compassionate care to all our patients. It sounds like there may have been some misunderstanding regarding her treatment plan and participation agreement, and we’d love the opportunity to address this directly with you. Please reach out to our office at your earliest convenience.

Experiencia fantástica: Most professional, kind, personable, and patient staff I've ever met. I heard great things about Petrover Orthodontics, so I traveled 2 and a half hours there to take my son for his first Ortho visit. He ended up getting braces that day and it was the most pleasant experience ever. I'm very happy I made the decision to travel to Petrover Orthodontics. I can't say enough of good things about everyone within this office. My son and I can't wait for his next visit. This establishment is definitely beyond 5 stars! Thank you Dr. Petrover and staff!
