Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. My children are now traumatized in going to the dentist because of the pain inflicted on them while doing x-rays. The tech wouldn’t listen to them or provide other options but instead continued to jam the tray in my kids mouths causing cuts and pain on the soft tissue. Then they looked at me like I was a bad parent because my kids immediately spit out the spectacle onto the floor. They were not child friendly. The tech did not know how to work with children. She didn’t smile once or present a friendly personality. The main dentist also rolled her eyes several times and made sarcastic remarks while talking to me about my kids teeth. Never going back again.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken my 3 kids here for almost 4 yrs now and this office is great about seeing all the kids at once, respecting my decisions and accommodating my kids. They don’t push me to do anything I don’t want to. I’ve had a good overall experience with this office. Staff and Dr are all very kind and efficient. They always talk to me about each of my kids to help me meet my kids dental needs at home. And the front desk ladies are great. My 3 yr old needed strip crowns on 3 teeth and 4 cavities, got it all done in one visit and no numbing needed. Was a good experience.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Naz. She is absolutely fantastic , very knowledgeable about her patients. I’ve been seeing her for two years now. She treats all my kids including one with spectrum. Today unfortunately she was off I believe and my kids were scheduled with the other lady dentist Dr. Britto. First of all she took forever to come in to see my kids. No knowledge of using her glasses/goggles etc. she asked the assistant for an xray but again not interested in coming out to discuss with me about future treatments. I would come back to this office only for Dr. Naz.

Dr Naz and the assistants made her feel very at home and relaxed her by showing her everything and letting her touch some of the tools. She left extremely happy and is actually looking forward to going back!!

The staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Zoren, our dental assistant. He was very nice and so friendly. He put my granddaughter at ease immediately with his gentle demeanor. He wasn’t rough or aggressive at all during the cleaning exam. He did a great job cleaning her teeth and gave her tips on how to clean around her braces effectively. Dr. Britto was great and very friendly too. We are very pleased with Britto Dentistry. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

From the staff to the atmosphere and the tokens for a special treat after her appointment, this is the place to bring your children. The hygienist and doctors know exactly how to make kids feel safe. They are very responsive to emergent situations and are very transparent in what they recommend for your child and why. We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the team for the outstanding experience every time.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my son to Britto's children dentistry after a horrible experience with another dentist in Woodbridge and we have been in love with the doctors and the staff ever since. He is now 16 and we will be looking for a family dentist for us to all go to, but this place is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: We once again had a great experience here, we were helped out by Fredy who provided exceptional care to our 3 year old. Fredy made sure he educated our little one with the tools he would use for her cleaning so she would be aware of their noises and how they work! Once he explained and demonstrated the items she was calmer and allowed for him do the cleaning. He was very patient and truly kept a calm environment for her, even while getting her first set of X-rays! When the Dr. came in she also was very sweet and so kind. They both did very well and our little one allowed them to asses her teeth! Loved the experience!

Experiencia negativa: We took our daughter Mona to Brittos Children Dentistry for a dental treatment. About a month later, the same tooth they worked on got inflamed. We scheduled a follow-up and clearly mentioned that it was related to their previous work and might need to be rechecked or redone. After the visit, they said everything looked fine and that no treatment was needed — but we were still charged $150 just for checking the result of their own work from a month ago. I found this really disappointing and not very fair to returning patients. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service and take better responsibility for their previous treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was very nervous going to the office today, but immediately forgot when she walked in to the vibrant and child-friendly waiting room—she immediately ran to the toys lol. While I had a migraine and was a bit annoyed by the extremely long wait, it was worth it because my daughter didn’t experience much discomfort with the procedure. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They were polite and answered all of my questions, warmly. Our hygienist offered me water after I shared my head was pounding—that was extremely thoughtful, in my opinion. All-in-all, I will absolutely be taking my daughter back for regular care as it’s important she see a pediatric dentist as opposed to my regular dentist who I love, but isn’t the best fit for a child. Wish I would have found this office years ago. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, which I hate as it is very important to me, but I hope to change that the next time we visit.

Experiencia positiva: I did not like the way the tools were laid out on a tray on a counter by the chairs before anyone was sitting there. I saw multiple other chairs empty for several minutes with tools that are going in people’s mouth just laying out. Since young children are there it also seems like a safety hazard. But the staff seemed friendly toward my children.

Experiencia fantástica: Britto’s is less than 2 miles from me, and somehow showed up in my internet search for “pediatric dentists near me” for the first time today. My 5yo had a toothache so I called to see if they’re taking new patients and they got him in for an urgent appointment a few hours later. The dentist and assistant both were so good with my apprehensive son, they both knew how to speak to a 5yo to be calming and establish trust. He was feeling so confident, and that is not his previous dental experiences at all. The last dentist we saw couldn’t get an x-ray and Britto’s made it look easy! This is exactly what I’ve been searching for and I’m so grateful to finally find them! Totally taking my 17 and 18yo next! (yes, they’ll see them until 21yo!)

I took my two elementary school aged granddaughters for some pretty extensive work on their teeth and the visit could not have gone better. They coordinated both appointments, reassured the girls, and were so very kind and professional. Everyone in the office is wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for all they do!

Experiencia negativa: Nope, no thank you. When we first started going Geha was an Ins. That they accepted...without warning they no longer accepted it but seen my son anyhow? Convenient that it slipped all 3 front end ofice ladies mind that we'd see the full bill later on with no warning. Cool .

Experiencia negativa: I had an awful experience at Britto’s office and will never trust Dr. Britto with my child’s dental care again. When I politely asked her to check the sealants the dental assistant had applied to my son’s teeth, she immediately became defensive and started yelling at me in front of my son and the entire staff. I calmly explained that I was just a concerned mother wanting to make sure everything was properly sealed, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she became very aggressive and repeatedly insisted that she was board-certified and knew what she was doing. Her rude reaction was complete unnecessary. To make matters worse, when she was doing a filling on my son, she was so careless that she almost poked him in the eye. They didn’t provide safety glasses to protect his eyes during the procedure. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when working with children. As a parent, I have every right to ask questions about my child’s dental care. Instead of reassuring me or providing any kind of explanation, she continued to escalate the situation. It’s clear that she had no interest in educating parents or addressing concerns. It felt like her main priority was pushing treatments and making a profit rather than actually caring for her patients. No parent should be treated this way for simply advocating for their child. On the other hand, the dental assistant was wonderful, kind, patient, and professional. It’s a shame that Dr Britto completely ruined the experience. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares about children and takes the time to listen to parents, this is NOT the place for you. I will never bring my child back there and strongly recommend finding a more compassionate and professional dentist elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 year old son damaged his two front teeth, Christmas morning, three years ago. Dr. Brito’s office has been monitoring him from day one once the incident happened. Unfortunately, the time came where the nerve damage had become so severe the tooth had to be removed. Dr. Naz Was able to get my son in and removed his tooth flawlessly. I was so worried his experience would affect how he felt about the dentist. Dr. Naz Was absolutely amazing! If I could give her 1 million stars, I would! My son is already asking when he can go back to the dentist. I feel so blessed to have found a practice that truly cares and accommodates for children’s needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first visit after switching from a different dentist and I wish I had made the switch earlier! Our hygienist Zainab was incredible! She made both of my boys, especially my 2 year old, feel comfortable and safe during the entire appointment. She let my youngest see and touch the equipment before his cleaning so he felt comfortable during the actual cleaning. She has such a way with kids, encouraging their good dental habits and gently correcting/adding to their current routine. Dr Naz was also amazing! She made accommodations to make my 2 year old feel comfortable during her check of his teeth. Both boys walked out saying we love that dentist. I felt like my children were treated as people and not just a name/number. My concerns as a parent were all heard and responded to. I never felt rushed or like they had anywhere to be but taking care of my kids. HIGHLY recommend this office and their amazing staff.
