Experiencia fantástica: My Dentist is the best a d I cannot trade her for anything. She's extremely professional. The receptionist and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing!

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with the way appointments are being handled at this dental office. I scheduled an appointment for my son at 2:30 PM today. It is now 3:00 PM, and we were still waiting with no update or explanation regarding the delay. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, but patients should at least be kept informed when an appointment is running behind. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not an isolated incident. The last time we came in, approximately six months ago for a routine cleaning, we experienced the same issue. We waited for over an hour without receiving any meaningful update. At this point, it appears that the office is consistently running behind schedule or scheduling more patients than they can reasonably accommodate. Patients make appointments based on the scheduled time and plan their work, school, and family responsibilities around them. Repeatedly making patients wait extended periods without communication is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. Today, I ultimately decided to leave with my son rather than continue waiting. I was also not the only family who walked out today because of the excessive wait and lack of communication. That should be a serious concern for management. Unfortunately, because this has happened more than once and there does not appear to be any improvement, I have decided to change dentists and take my son to another dental office. I should not have to repeatedly wait an hour or more for a scheduled appointment without any communication. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and reviews the office’s scheduling and patient communication practices so other families do not continue having the same experience.

Experiencia negativa: An incredibly incompetent office—I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes with no one around. When a young woman finally appeared, she claimed you are arrived less than five minutes ago. After arguing for a few minutes—pointing out that I had been waiting inside the office the whole time while she was absent—she simply said they were busy with work inside and couldn't wait out here. I had called their office number several times, but there was no one there to answer. I told them someone should be present to answer calls, but they just offered a few nonsensical excuses. Ultimately, it was just an utterly incompetent office...soooo bad

It seemed like they were watching something, and I was clearly being ignored. I value both quality dental service and good customer service, and unfortunately, neither of these was provided to me or my daughter upon our arrival.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello, Due to a few different reasons, I have always had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. However, Kidz Dental in 22191, has completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, compassionate, and understanding. Dr. Ojha and all of her dental hygienists constantly checked on me, explained every step gently, and never made me feel rushed, ashamed or silly for being nervous. Even Dr. Ojha's dental receptionists were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. To be honest, nowadays, I couldn't be more enthusiastic about going to the dentist office. I'm thrilled that I finally found a practice that treats patients with true compassion! I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit. Till next time Kidz Dental, Zacharyah

Experiencia negativa: I’m extremely disappointed with this office. My sister came in for a routine dental appointment and was asked if she was pregnant before getting X-rays. She said no. Instead of accepting her answer, the staff told her she needed a letter from an OB/GYN proving she isn’t pregnant or she would have to reschedule/pay a fee. This is NOT a standard dental requirement and was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and maybe even discriminatory. No medical guidelines support this policy. Patients deserve respectful treatment and competent staff who follow real dental standards not made up discriminatory rules.

Experiencia positiva: All interactions with staff and dental practitioners were pleasant and efficient. Everyone seemed well practiced in coaching and treating young patients and both myself and my child had a great experience and felt the treatment was great.

Experiencia negativa: My wife had a bad experience with the dentist, the appointment was scheduled three weeks in advance and was confirmed the day before. However, while we were on our way—approximately two minutes from arriving—we received a call informing us that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I explained that we preferred to keep the original appointment, especially since we were already en route, but we were told it was not possible. I also asked why we had not been notified earlier, before leaving our home. Unfortunately, the explanation provided was unclear and inconsistent. basically just lies. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience frustration and disappointment I don’t recommend anybody to go there.

Experiencia negativa: Don't get me wrong the place is great for kids that don't need braces, but for the kids that has braces it's a terrible place. Once a week that they see kids when you schedule and you take your day off to take the kid for the appointment they cancel, the don't call you telling us that they are not coming. The doctor is always broken or sick. I paid the the braces and still nothing. Since last December my daughter went last,January she had an appointment, when I get to place the doors locked now February 6th, they are not coming. I don't recommend this place for braces ever to anyone. Please don't come or do any business with the orthodontist. They always change different doctors. No one wants to work in there either. I am very disappointed, they want the money which I paid everything but I don't see service.

Experiencia negativa: Que mala experiencia la que tuve el día de hoy 11/17/25 tenía la cita para la limpieza dental de mi niña y me hicieron esperar una hora y cuando les pregunté en recepción que cuánto tiempo más tenía que esperar las tres señoritas estaban en una plática muy interesante y una de ellas se puso a ver su computadora y me dijo que habían 4 pacientes antes que yo a lo que yo le contesté que el último paciente que entró ya lo habían atendido y ella me respondió él tenía su cita a la 1 y yo he llegado al lugar a la 1:10 y él llegó 1:30 y lo atendieron primero fue mi respuesta y me dice déjeme preguntar y se fue tardó como 1 oh 2 minutos en regresar y me dice ya la van a llamar solo están limpiando las sillas está bien le respondí pasaron 10 minutos más y nada me desesperé y por no hacer un alboroto mejor decidí irme de ese lugar……. Le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar menos

Experiencia fantástica: Tuve una muy buena experiencia con mi hija en Kidz Dental. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente fue súper lindo y el personal nos trató con mucha amabilidad. La comunicación entre todos fue excelente y eso hizo que todo pasara sin problemas. Quiero reconocer especialmente la nueva manager que estuvo presente asegurándose de que todo estuviera bien. Su actitud es mucho diferente a la que tuvo la mujer anterior y se nota que realmente le importa cada paciente. También tuvimos la suerte de ser atendidas por la doctora Ojha, que aunque es un poco callada, fue súper amable y muy paciente con mi hija. La trató con mucho cuidado, y eso hizo que mi hija se sintiera tranquila durante toda la cita. Y no puedo olvidarme de las muchachas en la recepción, nos recibieron con una sonrisa y me explicaron todo claramente desde el inicio. Fueron muy atentas y nos ayudaron con cualquier duda que teníamos sobre la cita y el seguro. Bueno el equipo completo aqui fue increíble. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar a cualquier mamá :)

Experiencia negativa: I started taking my baby/preschooler here because it was close/they accepted my insurance. The staff were wonderful but the dentist seemed more fit to work with adults and not little kids. I brushed it off & continued with kidz dental because the staff really was so wonderful with my child (helping her to feel comfortable, giving a toy, etc.) Later when my child needed some dental work done, she was uncomfortable with the dentist & couldn't keep her mouth open wide enough. We were referred to another office for general anesthesia to complete the dental work. I'm not comfortable with that so I moved to another pediatric dentist. I felt bad to leave because they had recently hired a new office manager who was wonderful. She stepped in and helped my child when she was uncomfortable. Ultimately I had to switch & do what's best for my child. Our new dentist uses nitrous oxide & weighted blankets for dental work. This was an amazing experience for both me & my child. My child was instantly comfortable & got her dental work completed on the first try/appointment. At kidz dental, they'd try & then reschedule hoping my child would be more cooperative then. However, my child just needed 1. Nitrous oxide 2. A weighted blanket 3. A dentist who can be fun/personable with little kids. Kidz Dental could be a great choice for older kids possibly. Older kids who have already been to dental appointments & have already had dental work done.

Experiencia negativa: Worse customer services, they don’t know how to use computer and save patient information given to them., they didn’t know how to save a patient scheduled appointment I schedule appointment for my son and give all the insurance and my ID when I was scheduling the appointment. when I go there for the appointment after couple weeks they said they don’t have my son insurance information!!!!!! And they have hard time to find the scheduled appointment in their system !

Experiencia negativa: The dentist that cleaned my child's teeth was not personable, they need to do better. Also, we had to pay for the visit because we took the wrong Insurance card which did not have my child listed on it. They could have called the insurance company to verify that she was on the plan but they did not and we paid out of pocket. I called in and sent them the correct insurance card and they verified it and insurance covered it. Now it has been over 2 months and I have not received it. I have called many times to follow up. This is not acceptable.

Experiencia negativa: They get three stars because their dental service is good but their scheduling process has inconvenience to me multiple times. There have been two times that they have sent me a text telling me what time to be there and then when I get there the front desk tells me that the appointment was actually one hour prior to the time show on the confirmation text. For example today my daughter had an appointment to fix a broken bracket and I could have sworn they said it was 10 AM when we spoke on the phone but the day before they texted me saying it was 11 AM. When I got there at 11 they told me I missed my appointment because it was scheduled for 10 AM. When I showed the lady at the front desk that they texted me twice telling me that it was 11 AM she said there was nothing they could do about it and we had to reschedule for another day. The same thing happened a few months ago with another appointment. I think maybe their scheduling system is set to central time and they don't realize it. Edit: Rescheduled for 9am a week later and still sitting in the waiting room at 9:44am grrrrr!

I especially want to mention Evelyn—she is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind, patient, and great with kids. My niece always feels so comfortable with her during her appointments, and it makes such a difference. It’s clear that Evelyn truly cares about the kids she works with. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great pediatric dental office!

Experiencia negativa: Hello fellow citizens, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting (KIDS DENTAL & ORTHODONTICS) this January 2025, and I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior of their MANAGER. Not only was SHE rude and dismissive, but HER actions were downright offensive. I was shocked to hear her openly profiling people, making assumptions based on their appearance, and speaking in a way that was not only inappropriate but also extremely racist. It was clear that she had no respect for the diverse clientele the practice serves. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a place where patients should feel safe and valued. It was a deeply upsetting experience, and it makes me question the values of this dental center moving forward. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this practice with their care. There are plenty of other dental offices that foster a welcoming and respectful environment for all. (PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS DENTAL CENTER). GOD BLESS .

Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed with our recent dental visit. Despite scheduling two weeks in advance and driving 30 minutes, we waited 70 minutes without being seen. Others who arrived after us were treated first, and I was told it was due to “different work.” With only one doctor available and no respect for patients’ time, we had to leave without treatment. This was a frustrating experience.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience I had when returning back to Kidz Dental. I was sad to hear that the office manger Sonia was no longer with the company but after pleasantly being greeted by the new OM Jahaira and speaking with her, I felt at ease knowing my daughter and I are still under good care. Jahaira went over and beyond to go over my account which had a balance that I was never aware of, she even took the time to print out a breakdown of my insurance and all that it covers. I am glad to see Mangement cares. The staff were all great and polite I truly thank Evelyn who was my dental assistant who had exceptional customer service she was great with helping me pick out the correct coloring for my partial dental, she was everything of great! The dentist herself is so amazing, so amazing to the point although it states Kidz Dental I am an adult who refuses to go anywhere else unless I’m going with her to her new office lol that’s just how awesome she is. I have been with this office for well over 3 yrs. And I’ve never had any issues and looking forward to even more awesomeness being that they are under new mangement with an amazing new staff!!! Thank you, for being amazing with excellent customer service it goes a long way.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad service, today my kids had an appointment with the orthodontist and they didn't tell us that he had canceled all today's appointments until we got to the office and it's not that we live nearby. Months ago they left us six months without service due to lack of a doctor. I don't recommend it, very bad service, they don't warn their patients when the doctor is not going to be in the office.

Experiencia negativa: I started going here because it was close to our home. As a new patient, I enrolled 3 children in services on our account. I gave all new and correct insurance info. Before I left the office after our appt I asked if everything was good to go. They said yes. A month later I received an email that one out of 3 of my children does not have the correct insurance info on file. I responded and told them to check her siblings account and they will find the info. I also called and gave the info over the phone. I did a second visit, same procedure. Check insurance info when I got there. Took us back in the room. Checked out and everything was good per the office staff. A month goes by and I just received a second email. Then I checked my mail and I have a letter from a previous insurance advising that this dental office is trying to bill. I am now furious because they are claiming fraud on my part and I never gave this dental office their information or authorization to bill this previous insurance! So the fact that they would do that is crazy. How did that find that insurance? mind you I gave them my current insurance so they didn’t have to look at the old one! Then I also received a letter from my current insurance claiming fraud because I have two insurances open, which I do not. This has all stemmed from this dental office, trying to bill incorrectly. During this whole ordeal, Kidz dental never once called me to discuss. They only communicate via email but somehow they don’t respond back through email? It doesn’t make sense and I will no longer be going here for my children’s dental services. Please stay away, they are not worth the headache and doing shady business.

Experiencia negativa: The manager of kids dental in Woodbridge is very rude and she ignores the appointments when she feels like it and gives them to other people and when someone calls her she says we never made an appointment for her that day I have another one if you want to take it tell me otherwise there are many people on the line and birds send you a message the same day to remember the appointments and when you arrive at the office it is closed very bad service especially at the front desk to get angry I better go to another office la manager de kids dental en woodbridge es muy grosera y cansela las sitas cuando ella le da la gana y se las da a otras persona y cuando uno le llama dise nunca le hisimos sita para ese dia tengo otra si la quiere tomar digame sino hay muchas personas en la linea y aveses le mandan mensage el mismo dia para recordar las sitas y cuando uno llega a la oficina esta serrado muy mal servisio sobre todo en el fron desk para ir agarrar coleras mejor me boy a otra oficina.

Experiencia positiva: It was my daughters first time at the dentist and the assistant knew that, however for a pediatric dental assistant, she was not friendly and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. Was not interactive with my daughter at all but at least I was there to guide her. The doctor was nice, barely said a word to me tho she was just talking to assistant the whole time. Overall an OK experience but will be looking for another dentist to continue taking my daughter.

Experiencia negativa: Solo xq le digue k mucho se tardaba en atender xq tenia la cita ala 9 y me atendió ami Hijo alas 9.20 me digo k para la próxima cita de los 6 meses fuera a otro lado y me lo digo la dueña como ya tienen clientes no les importa decirle a sus clientes k ya no lleguen k mal servicio en verdad no lo recomiendo para nada
