Experiencia fantástica: I stumbled upon Smile Dental last October -- completely by chance when I stopped by in person -- and it was the best accident ever. What instantly sold me was their annual $420 Membership Plan, their exceptional customer service, and their diversity of staff and clientele. Stephanie at the front desk was kind, thoughtful, and informative. She took the time to thoroughly explain how the membership plan worked and made me feel like I had found my new dental "home." (Which I had.) The clinical team perfectly reflects this patient-first attitude. Kristen is an amazing hygienist who delivers a thorough, gentle cleaning, and engages with you in friendly conversation. Dr. Lee is deeply caring and compassionate, giving you all the time you need to chat about your health "wins" and concerns. Bonus: they know I like to talk a lot, and they have zero issue with that. Hence why this is my new dental home. On a funny note, they convinced me to switch to an Oral B electric toothbrush last year. My teeth have never felt cleaner, even if it still feels like I am running a tiny power sander in my mouth every morning and evening. I'm not quiet at a full two-minute brush time, but getting there. Hashtag "goals." I cannot recommend Smile Dental enough. Their vibe is warm and friendly, they build trust by how the team handles dental anxiety and communicates costs, and they are genuinely good, decent people, which very much matters to me.

I went in there with a broken tooth and I have never seen someone pull out my tooth like that I had minor bleeding and no swelling. Dr Patrick even called me later that day to see how I was doing. I never had a call back too see how I was doing after an extraction. I highly recommend this business.

Experiencia negativa: This dental office has great dentists and staff overall, and I’ve always liked coming here—until my experience today with the front desk. the front desk interaction was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After my appointment, the receptionist stopped me and loudly confronted me in front of other patients, saying, “Your husband has owed us money for a year. Are you here to pay it today?” The tone was aggressive and accusatory, and the situation was handled in a way that was humiliating and inappropriate for any medical office. I explained that I am not familiar with the details of this billing issue, and that my husband has been working with the insurance company to resolve it. Instead of listening or trying to understand, she repeatedly complained that the bill had been unpaid for a year and that they had left multiple messages. I offered to call my husband on the spot and connect them directly, which I did. Surprisingly, she then questioned why she needed to speak with him—despite just claiming they had been unable to reach him. This contradiction alone shows a lack of basic communication and professionalism. When I later asked what phone number they had on file, it turned out the number in their system was incorrect. This likely explains why there had been no response for an entire year. Instead of acknowledging this obvious issue, she deflected responsibility. If a patient cannot be reached for a year, verifying contact information should be the first step—not publicly confronting and blaming another patient. To be clear: we are not refusing to pay. There were insurance changes, and the matter was already being addressed. We only discovered this issue was still unresolved when we returned after switching insurance back. What is most concerning is not the billing issue itself, but the way it was handled—loudly, aggressively, and in front of other patients, with no attempt to resolve the situation professionally. This reflects very poorly on the management of the office. If this is the level of professionalism at the front desk, I cannot trust this office to handle patient communication appropriately. Unless there is a significant change, we will not be returning.

I had to rush to work afterward, and he even told me I could come back next week to handle the payment. His trust and care truly stand out. And had a wonderful experience with Dr Lee too , he is awesome. I am so happy to find my FAVORITE dentists . Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a bridge fall out over the weekend. So I went to see Dr Lee at Smile Dental. They got me in right away. The office was very clean. The staff and Dr’s were all very professional wearing masks and constantly wiping down surfaces and cleaning instruments. He took X-rays and poked around a bit. Then discussed a couple treatment options. He even made me a temporary bridge so I didn’t have to be toothless. I was given a clear easy to read treatment plan with the total price of each item before and after insurance. I found their prices very reasonable. I was also glad that they we’re able to do everything in house from the tooth extraction to the implants, root canal & crown.

I just have to give a shout out to Dr. Patrick that has taken extra time out of his busy schedule to research an on-going issue, I have not had a Doctor that has gone above and beyond in the way Dr. Patrick has and I am very appreciative!

Both dentists are excellent however Dr. Patrick is soo patience and he explained all the procedures he performes. Unfortunately my new insurance is an HMO and Dr. Patrick is not in that network. I really will miss him and his staff I hope I will be his patient in the future

All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, but more importantly, the entire process was smooth and efficient. They not only scheduled my next appointment but also provided a price estimate in advance, which was very helpful and something I haven't experienced elsewhere. Dr. Jonathan Lee was proactive and provided detailed explanations. I don’t usually write online reviews, but I 100% recommend Smile Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly Recommend! I picked Smile Dental mainly because it was a dental office located near me. I'm very glad that I picked this office. Doctor Patrick was very honest during my check up, he told me the work I needed to get done and informed me in detail on what I can get done later down the road. Other dental offices tried to get me to do everything at once and consistently try to upcharge on other services. The crown I ended up getting done was very affordable and feel it was done with good quality work and material based on how it felt afterwards. The office is also connected to a US Bank which also happens to be my primary bank so I guess that's a plus haha.

Experiencia negativa: My first experience with Smile Dental started off badly. On my first visit, the dentist that started the dental practice, filed three of my teeth into v-shape pionts. I was so upset that I screamed. That dentist is gone, and a relative, cousin I think, took over the dental practice. The new dentist said he would fix my teeth. I started off with a cleaning and check up that went well. On my next visit I got 1 of the 3 crowns done, the dentist put on my crown and processed to file my crown into a v-shape point! And, the crown was canted inward and hits two of my lower teeth. I called twiced to let the dentist know that I want a new crown. I have not received any responce.

I now live much farther away but keep coming back because of him and his work. He always takes the time to clearly explain what is going on and why. Today he placed an adjacent crown and final implant after a long process - which I have no doubt is quite challenging - and they look and feel fabulous! I also always appreciate being greeted by Derek’s cheer and his needed insurance coverage investigations.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Lee. I wish I could give a lower rating. My 16 y o daughter was lectured by him about having wisdom teeth removed. She was so upset and cried for over an hour after appt. Shame on him for not dealing with issue appropriately. He was more of a salesman than a dentist. I would advise anyone to steer clear of him.

He gave me recommendations no other dentist had suggested to keep my smile healthy, and he did not push any unnecessary procedure to be done. I was happy to meet my newest Dentist & very pleased with his care. My second visit was with Dr. Lee for a cleaning. He did an excellent job. I'm again pleased with the results of my third appointment, again scheduled with Dr. Lee. I had broken an old root canal, back molar, in December, 2019. It's a relief to finally have the tooth excised & with no discomfort to me. (Sorry about another "book" I've written. The above would be in the 'Non Fiction' category.)
