Experiencia negativa: Update to my original review: We stopped going here after multiple issues with the finance person's estimates and our actual bills. We're talking about over $600 difference in what the estimate before dental work and what our insurance actually pays. This was very disappointing as we would not have changed out so many optional filings if we were given accurate billing info up front. I spent hours on the phone with McKenzie trying to resolve billing differences and often she would tell me to call my dual insurance companies to see if they could figure it out. Dr Hayden himself and his hygienist were wonderful but beware of what you'll be charged after the fact. You can't rely on their estimates. Original review: What a beautiful dental office and the staff are so sweet! It was our first visit and we were so happy to find them! Dr Hayden has state of the art equipment and is able to show you exactly what he sees. He’s not pushy like other dentist, just real honest. And the hygienists are very patient and gentle! We love them!

Experiencia fantástica: Frankly, my great experience started when I drove up to the building. It was well done and inviting. Next, I stepped into the lobby which too was well designed and inviting. I was graciously greeted and had my photo taken for my records. My wait was short, and while magazines were available, I chose to sit in the calm and relax. My hygienist, Darsha, came to get me and escorted me back to the dental chair. There was an incredible view out the window to a bird feeder...which fed not only birds but also very fat squirrels. Darsha was extremely thorough in everything she did...explaining it all along the way. Need I mention everything was completely pain free. After she was done Dr. Hayden came in and explained everything that had been discovered during my visit...when in fact Darsha had already done a great job explaining everything as well. My talk with Dr. Hayden and Darsha ended with a complete review of my suggested treatment plan, including expected costs. My visit ended with a chocolate! As they explained, life is all about balance. I'm recommending Dr. Hayden's office for my wife and family!

Experiencia negativa: I saw Dr Hayden for a root canal that needs to be done. He told me that he doesn't feel that I need a root canal, and wants me to go to a periodontist which my insurance does not cover. He believes the pain is stemming from my gums. Well that's not true because when I bite down on something it's directly in the middle of my tooth that hurts. When I went in for my cleaning because Dr Hayden knew that I had an emergency situation with a different tooth he said that he would talk to me about my root canal when I came in to get my cleaning. I could not get my cleaning because of how much pain I was in now with two teeth. After a long tedious situation he then tells me that he doesn't do root canals on back molars. They charged me an office visit and my insurance company didn't cover the 61.00. I was not anticipating that he was going to charge an office fee in the first place. Because I was there to get my cleaning and he stepped in to tell me his opinion about the tooth and then like I said tells me after all that drama but he doesn't do root canals on back molars. I do not feel that this was a professional opinion he also referred me out knowing that I can't go see another doctor due to the insurance denying it. I didn't think he was the kind of man that would just come into an talk to a patient for a few minutes and charge a consultation when he could have just told me in the very beginning from the very first day I came to see him that he doesn't do root canals on molars, because then I would never have even bothered to go back for the cleaning/him coming in the room to talk to me. These people make tons of money off of people their prices are higher than a lot of other dentists. In the end they wrote off the 61 dollars for me. But either way my experience was not good. I am completely disappointed over the fact that I'm still dealing with a bad tooth

Today I walked in with high anxiety and walked out feeling confident with what Dr. Hayden observations were. I feel 100% better about my teeth thinking the worse would be the outcome. I have hope that his thoughts that I don’t have to have all my teeth pulled and there are more salvageable teeth that I thought. I wasn’t made to feel bad intentionally nor unintentionally. Experiencia negativa: At first when I went into his office he seemed nice but you could tell after about half of the office visit that he was not interested in helping me out I needed 2 front teeth pulled and replaced and had a cavity on my upper side of mouth and needed one tooth replaced below . I was very patient as he would not call me back or keep track of where we were with my plan . He kept passing the buck to hair assistant Mkenzie who was clueless as they were never on the same page Finnally after 2 months waiting and already been approved for dental coverage I decided to go somewhere else this doctor is young and only cares about his 3 day weekends he does not call his patients back and has no emotion towards his patients . This doctor is horrible and should not practice he is only about money and is very forgetful . Don’t go here you will not be satisfied and probably never get treated .
