Lake Oswego Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing, team. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly/kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Lake Oswego smiles, from the front desk to ALL staff! Valentina is a fabulous hygienist. They are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Twice in one year Dr. Dale McNutt was not available to examine me at my appointment. It turns out that McNutt had other priorities that did not include a commitment to this clinic or its community. In pursuit of "new opportunities", he left things in the lurch at this clinic. His treatment of the staff & patients seems indefensible. Let's hope the new dentists at LOS will be an improvement. Remember the days when business owners believed they had obligations to employees & customers? Time to bring that ethic back at LOS. If the musical chairs continues for another cycle, I'll seek a different provider.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a bit unsettling. Will need to meet the new owners to see how it goes. I really like the hygienist and would not want to move, but it will swing on the new dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist, Janet, was great! I had a painless cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Valentina who is a thorough, competent and nice hygienist. She's the reason I stay at this practice. Dr Dunker was also nice and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience!

Experiencia negativa: Very rude

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service

Experiencia fantástica: Janet did a great job as hygienist. It was good to meet Dr. Morales. Blessings to al the Staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, thorough and caring!

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and efficient staff. Hygienist was communicative during her work (also fun). Dentist spotted a filling required which my previous dentist seemed to have missed. Very happy with my choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Valentina since I moved here in 2022. At first I lived so close I could walk. But even after I moved to SE, I still go to see Valentina for my cleanings. <3

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and effective.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is extremely pleasant and genuinely happy. Dr. McNutt does a wonderful job of ensuring the atmosphere is conducive to calm even the most frightened client. The dental hygienist is so gentle and very sensitive to how the person in her chair is feeling. Dr. McNutt is very thorough and strives for perfection when doing reconstructions. You're happiness is his number one priority; narrowly edging out proper functionality. I highly recommend Dr.McNutt and his exceptional staff for all of your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr McNutt and staff are as good as it gets!

Experiencia fantástica: Once again and, as usual, very happy with the results . Always a nice experience going to Dr. McNutt's office. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Gentle care. Brenna's cleaning skills are pain-free. This is my first visit with Dr. McNutt since he purchased the practice. He also is very gentle. He seems very kind and caring, as well as an expert in his field.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McNutt was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I felt that I could trust his judgement and advice, and I truly felt that he cared about my treatment more than trying to upsell me or charge anything he can. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and all the dental staff were a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be coming back and will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know.

Experiencia fantástica: So happy that they were able to squeeze me in this week. I started having issues, as it turns out an infection at the root of a tooth. However, we were leaving on a European vacation and it came up a week before we were leaving, of course! Dr. McNutt diagnosed and gave me antibiotics for the trip. What a lifesaver!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for awhile now, since before Dr. McNutt took over the practice. It was good then, it's even better now. Not that speed should be the defining metric for a dentist, but let's face it, who wants to sit in that chair all day? I got two old fillings replaced today and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The staff, including the dentist himself, are all super friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience with cleaning. Appreciate the dental floss brand referral. Bill also had a positive report and experience with Dr. McNutt.

Experiencia fantástica: The MOST PLEASANT experience at the dentist in 50 years. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice office and very efficient team! Happy to have found you guys.

Experiencia fantástica: Expert professional service in a very inviting environment

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience. First time here, Definitely treated with kindness, And respect. Staff was Great, And Doctor Mcnutt. Was wonderful. Was concerned about my well being And actively interested in solving my problem. Would recommend this Clinic with my highest recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional office staff and dental team. Dr. McNutt is great at communicating with you and explaining what you need to know to stay informed and make good decisions.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient at this clinic for over 50 years and fotunate to have been under the care of three dentists all in succession. Dr McNutt and team have continued to seemlessly deliver professional and knowledgable care that I've recieved from the start. Dr. McNutt and team are knowledgable, thorough, efficient and most of all, have authentic relationships with their patients. Consitently positive energy too.:)

Experiencia fantástica: As always, service with a smile by a wonderful dental technician

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very friendly and attentive. My hygienist was gentle and gave me some great, specific, actionable steps that I could take to help my teeth. I've been searching for a new dental team for a while and I believe that I will stick with these folks for the foreseeable future!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dale and his team are excellent. They value my time and seem to run a very efficient office. The care I received was also excellent. Professionals ask before taking action and explain what they are going to do before they do it. The office is well lit and feels very friendly. There is often laughter in the air- and not just because of the laughing gas! I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McNutt worked me in quickly when a crown came off one of my front bottom teeth. He is working with me to replace two crowns that he feels aren't stable.

Experiencia fantástica: Expertise, gentle treatment of patient, friendly personnel - great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: In a word, excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate Valentina‘s work very much, I think she’s one of your best employees. I really felt confident about Dr. McNutt’s analysis of my teeth! My visits are always pleasant. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Very professional & comfortable atmosphere!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great, as always!

Experiencia fantástica: I just visited today and can’t say enough good things about the entire team. I have major dental anxiety, and everyone treated me so respectfully and made it easy, even though I have some work that needs to be done. I’ve spent years bouncing from dentist to dentist and feel like I’ve found my home! Thank you to Carrie, Jordan, Valentina, and Dr. McNutt.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent on time service!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McNutt is just wonderful. Kind, careful, has a great sense of humor, and does excellent work. Plus his staff is terrific! I never thought I would find a dentist I could also think of as a friend! I'm very glad that I found this marvelous dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with experience for cleaning and exam…Dr M and staff are professional and responsive.

Experiencia fantástica: Brenna was fantastic!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is wonderful and Dr. McNutt is gentle, knowledgeable and empathetic and understanding

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience, super detailed cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care during cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment was for teeth cleaning. My hygienist was awesome as always. She is professional and provides insight on any areas that need attention. She is a great asset to the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff were wonderful with my daughter who had a very terrible experience with another dentist and has some anxiety now with dentists. The technician was so good and gentle with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Lake Oswego Smiles enough! Everyone from the office staff to the hygienists are so amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable! And Dr. McNutt is an absolutely phenomenal human being!!! After a previous bad experience with a different dentist left me afraid and ashamed to seek treatment I stumbled across Dr. McNutt and his team and am slowly finding the dentist to be a decent experience again. While the dentist is not everyone’s favorite place everyone in the practice has so much patience and understanding and they never make you feel judged or ashamed, they truly want the best for their patients. They do everything the can to make sure their patients are relaxed, comfortable, and that they actually feel encouraged to come back without fear or apprehension. Dr. McNutt has been a godsend for me with his approach to care and, not to be cliche but, I would give him 500 stars if I could! He is very kind, compassionate, understanding, generous, and you can tell his staff feel the same way by the way they talk about him as well. If we all had dentists that were like Dr. McNutt and his staff I am convinced we would all LOVE going to the dentist! If you are out there in pain and needing work done and/or looking for a dentist this is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is so friendly and kind. They inspire confidence. Valentina is especially thorough and informative. She answers any questions I may have in clear detail. I always learn something new from her. She is very professional, yet exudes warmth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mcnutt is the very best!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional team, quickly brought back for procedure and Doc went about his business. Love the results.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist was very thorough with my initial exam and cleaning- went above beyond, which I think will help prevent issues rather than treating them down the road if otherwise skimmed over. Very happy to be establishing care with. Care never felt rushed by any staff

Experiencia fantástica: Valentina is an awesome hygienist

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a pleasant experience at Lake Oswego Smiles! I just moved to Oregon and wanted to make sure I found a really good dentist. I went in for an exam for an implant that was done in California that needs a crown and we ended up taking a look at all my teeth and coming up with a plan to take care of all that needs to get done. Dr. McNutt was professional, kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend visiting their office!

Experiencia fantástica: Brenna one of the Hygienist is just an outstanding professional. Her gentle yet precision in handling instruments and timing is a testament of her experience and genuine care.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved my visit to Lake Oswego Smiles. Valentina, my dental hygienist, was very soft and left my teeth impeccable. It’s the first time I don’t feel uncomfortable or get a little hurt during a cleaning. I would recommend her 100%. The doctor also checked my teeth, and he was very clear about what I need to do for my next visits. It was an excellent experience in general.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive

Experiencia fantástica: Great team. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. McNutt and his team. My new hygienist Valentina was wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental assistant was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. And willing to share with my what she was checking and how it is done. I appreciated the personalized attention and conversation. I believe her name was Valentina and she was great! Met the dentist as well who was also thorough and realistic with his appraisal of my crowns. I'm a very pleased customer/patient.

Experiencia fantástica: The best

Experiencia fantástica: So happy to have found this dental practice. I have received “extra mile” care from my hygienist and from Dr McNutt.

Experiencia fantástica: Love everything about my dentist office from front desk staff, hygenist to the DR! I go more than I should because I love the experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, gentle and professional! I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.McNutt and his assistant was outstanding in their care of my sudden broken tooth. Above and beyond care. Shout out to Holly who runs the office too. I highly recommend if your looking for a dentist, look no more. Thank you Dr.McNutt.

Experiencia fantástica: Lake Oswego Smiles puts all other dentist offices to SHAME! The staff is SO kind, and knowledgeable. I left with a huge boost of confidence and peace of mind, and to me, that is priceless. They even saw my one year old, and he liked them! So that’s saying a lot too! If you do go, you will not be disappointed! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Brenna, my dental hygienist was SO sweet! She did the most thorough dental cleaning I’ve ever received and I really enjoyed our chat. Dr. McNutt was kind and warming. This was overall a wonderful experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I could not be happier with Lake Oswego Smiles. Brenna, the dental hygienist who treated me, was kind and considerate and very patient with my fear and loathing of dentistry and the consequences thereof - meaning that my teeth are a mess. But she and Dr. McNutt are undaunted by the challenges of decades of mouthy neglect. Can't recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr McNutt ensured my new crown was perfect and had it remade. The 2nd one was great and I couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent attention to detail.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit.. they were efficient and thorough. Their office is professional and updated. I'm happy with my change to this location.

Experiencia fantástica: Great check-up visit. Hygentist was through, yet gentle. One of the best cleanings I've had in a while. Dr. Mcnutt is attentive and ready to answer questions. Front desk staff is great!! Thanks for a great visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. Staff friendly and professional. Appreciate Dr. McNutt and his expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I have not used Dr. McNutt's services (beside checkup after cleaning) yet, but his dental hygienist, Valentina, is exceptional!!! She is patient and meticulous in her work :) I have never been as satisfied with tartar removal/cleaning as I was after my last visit a few days ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I go to here, the experience gets better!

Experiencia fantástica: Great my issues we handled

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience meeting Dr. McNutt and his team of professionals. They were all great and fun to do business with. They made getting a crown as delightful as can be, given the circumstances. The general atmosphere from the front desk to the dental suites is professional but feels personal too, which is such a nice quality. I would recommend Dr. McNutt, et. al., without reservation!

Experiencia fantástica: Love my hygenist Brenna, and Dr. McNutt is knowledgeable and very personable.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice staff, very responsive to questions or concerns. Don't seem to try to upsell like some offices I have been to. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Space is immaculate. Staff is courteous. Dr. McNutt easy to talk to. Valentina did a fantastic job as the hygienist. Efficient, gentle, and easy to be with.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff from the receptionist to Dr McNutt. Great dentistry experience and recommend highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, caring, unrushed, very thorough examination and cleaning for my first appointment as a new patient.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist was great and I appreciated her work on my teeth. All went well and all of the staff was very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding teeth cleaning by Shannon. She really takes an interest in her patients dental health!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr McNutt performs dental implant procedures in rural Oregon and I am one of his patients. I was in a serious predicament with a crown order and Dr. McNutt went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied patient. First class service all the way!

Experiencia fantástica: Fast, efficient and 100% totally pain free. Thank you, Dr McNutt. Also, Valentina did a great cleaning job and gave excellent advice/recommendations for future maintenance...

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist and assistants. Very pleasant and clean facility.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental visit I've ever had. The whole staff was rude and insincere. Dr. Mcnut couldnt use proper English to explain the procedure he was wanting to perform. Was made very uncomfortable with his unprofessionanalism and decided against his treatment. Was then charged extensively for his 5 minutes. I am abhauled by this experience. Update: I was able to see another dentist who was able to save my tooth without the Suggested root canal that was advised by this guy. Get a second opinion!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and caring Staff. Appointments are always on-time. I've been a patient for 20+ years and have always been extremely happy with the entire staff at Lake Oswego Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: I had not been to the dentist in several years with the excuse of Covid. I went back and the experience was great. I like my Hygenist Valentina and the new dentist Dr McNutt, he was a breath of fresh air. Not like other stuffy uptight dentists I’ve had in the past.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr McNutt provided 2 implants for me in a recent appointment. I was very pleased with the entire process. He outlined the entire plan ahead of time with me and had an excellent manner. The staff was very efficient and professional. When you undertake a major dental reconstruction at 67 you have concerns. I was completely satisfied and at ease after my procedure. Highly recommend his services.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, polite, & on time. Appreciate that appointment times are kept, staff is personable, and good at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: Always pay great attention to all my dental needs. Pleasant, professional, and a happy place to visit. Very covid safe.

Experiencia fantástica: Great visit. In and out in under an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast and Friendly very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful service! Great team!

Experiencia fantástica: As usual on time start and the staff is friendly and so courteous. As there was extra the hygienist and I chatted. Scheduled my next appointment and I was out of there. Discussed a small problem I have and the Dale gave me options for solution. Keep up the great work.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McNutt and his staff are fantastic! I was really nervous about going in but his staff was comforting and asked me how I was throughout the exam and cleaning. I was amazed how quickly I got into the exam chair was I arrived! Absolutely no waiting. I highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: In a time when I am at my worst both pain and financially the office staff and Dr.McNutt were/are very flexible and supportive for my overall health and showed me nothing but respect for my predicament and compassion. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Lake Oswego Smiles for any oral care you might need.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent
