Experiencia fantástica: I am generally not one to leave reviews, but I feel called to do so for this spot. I was referred here by my dentist for Invisalign treatment, which was the start of a journey for me. At the end of the day, I had gone through Invisalign, an upper jaw surgery (separate oral surgeon), followed by more Invisalign and some teeth whitening. This had me spending time with the Chelsea Orthodontics team for quite a while. The great results were one thing, but what always stood out even more was the experience. Everyone there is warm and friendly, and they go out of their way to remember you and treat you like an actual person and not just a name on their list for the day. They always remembered me, the things we'd talked about, etc. The staff were all knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely excited to see your smile improve. As someone who works in Process Improvement professionally, I will also say that what stood out was the consistency of the process from check-in to check-out and the retention of staff from the first day I started there to the last day I spent with them. It is quite clear that everyone understands their role, performs it well, and are happy to work together. Frankly, it was the perfect example of what all businesses should strive for. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Before I got my braces, my teeth were out of place, and I would go out of my way to NOT smile because I was VERY aware of them. When I went here I felt welcome and safe. Experiencia fantástica: After 3 years of service, I am incredibly happy with my teeth. They did quite a bit to my teeth but I powered through it! I am missing 2 front teeth due to an accident I had 7 years ago. Now, my teeth are straight and I am very happy with my bite. I cried a little when they put it on (my Invisalign retainer with a Pontic) and especially after I checked out and they said that it would be one of my last times with them, as the rest of my visits will be for my retainer, and I only have a few left. I had my debonding today (5/9/25) and first started (4/5/2022). Haven’t seen myself with teeth in such a long time! Gotta learn how to smile now, but I can do it comfortably now because of y’all. Thank you so much team, you’ve done a wonderful job and thanks for the hugs when I cried :D Felt welcomed there, great people, good environment, awesome Job!

My mouth looked like a horror story. I can now smile a lot more and sleep better. The process was easy. If I had known in my early 20s that I can get a perfect smile in a short period of time, I would have come to Dr. Suri sooner. The staff of Dr. Suri’s office are incredible as well. Experiencia fantástica: Quality! Dr. Suri and his staff are quite the team. I came in wanting braces and a nice smile and a year later, I walked out completely happy and confident. Dr. Suri recommended double jaw surgery to correct my bite and was careful and gentle about explaining the process. After a couple visits I felt more confident and sure of my decision to move forward with the surgery. The Chelsea team, along with the operating team at BMC were professional, coordinated and experienced. Long story short, the team was able to deliver what they had promised for my smile! I asked a-lot of questions and they were always very professional at answering any concern.
