On the day of my visit, they hung up on me three times and still couldn’t help me with a simple request. The staff was disrespectful and extremely frustrating to deal with. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office

Experiencia fantástica: Marcelo and Dr. Kallam are the absolute best, always very helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to answer all my questions as silly as they are. They always take an extra few minutes to chat with me and ask about how everything is. I definitely recommend them a thousand times over to take care of your smile.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT go to Global Dental or trust Dr. Marcelo with your smile. This office is a complete joke and only cares about one thing: your money. I paid $5,000 for an implant, and on the same exact day they delivered the final crown, I told Dr. Marcelo the tooth looked WRONG — way too small and totally unnatural. His response? That my gums would “grow” and fill the gap over time. He specifically told me to wait 6 months to a year, and it would “look normal.” That alone should’ve been a red flag — any real dentist would tell you gums don’t magically grow to fix a bad crown. Well, I waited the full year like he said. NOTHING changed. The tooth still looks awful, the gums didn’t “grow,” and when I finally called to address it, they had the nerve to tell me I’d have to pay AGAIN if I wanted a remake. Even though I told them I was unhappy on the day of the delivery, they completely dismissed it. They scheduled a follow-up, but instead of seeing Dr. Marcelo, they put me with a different dentist (an Indian doctor whose name I don’t remember), and he told me, “You should’ve said something the day it was delivered.” I was shocked — I DID. They just chose to ignore me. When I asked to see Dr. Marcelo again, they said he wasn’t available. Zero accountability, zero care. Just a cold, money-hungry practice that clearly stops caring once you’ve paid. I feel disrespected, frustrated, and scammed. This office is not about patient care — it’s about collecting payments and pushing you out the door. If you’re thinking of going to Global Dental — DON’T. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. You deserve a dentist who actually cares about their work and their patients — and that’s definitely not what you’ll find here.

I was desperate, I called them and even though they were fully booked, they were able to see me and fix my tooth. I’m extremely happy and thanks to them! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would! This office has treated my mother poorly & neglected seeing her for a crown that has been loose and giving her problems. To note it was done at Global Dental. Sketchy! Marcello refused to add her to the schedule and said to wait until a loose crown falls off. Completely unacceptable. & if she swallows it? Marcelo is not even a clinician to be instructing anything clinical. When it could have been easily resolved with no attitude.

Chester is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make the girls feel comfortable and at ease. Their dad took them to their last appointment, and Chester made a point to go over their cleaning with me a week later at my own visit (I guess he noticed Dad wasn’t paying much attention! Lol ). He is always thorough and patient, taking the time to explain his findings and recommendations. Dr. Kallam is also incredibly kind. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to excellent patient care. The entire office is professional, friendly, and efficient, everything you could want from your dentist! I was greeted with a smile at reception and asked to wait a few moments. Well, suffice to say, my wait was short and I was quickly escorted by the dental tech to my seat, where he not only cleaned my teeth but also offered up some valuable advice on how to care for my teeth. All in all, it was a great experience, especially for someone who has always had a certain stigma towards dentists in general. 100% going back.
