Trubright Dental

Experiencia fantástica: I truly cannot say enough good things about TruBright and the experience I have had here with Invisalign. Before finding them, I went from dentist to dentist trying to find a place that I could trust, somewhere that offered great quality, honest care, and a price that was actually affordable. After searching for quite a while, I came across TruBright, and looking back now, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dr. Olufunke Osineye DMD, and Kim at the front desk were absolutely incredible. They both went above and beyond for me every step of the way and made me feel like more than just another patient. Dr. Olufunke took the time to do a full 3D scan and model of my teeth and showed me exactly where I was starting and what my smile could look like by the end of treatment. She was extremely transparent about the entire process, answered every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and was completely upfront about the pricing, which I felt was more than fair for the level of care I received. Throughout my Invisalign journey, she consistently checked on my progress, made sure everything with my trays and attachments was staying in place, and always made sure my treatment was moving in the right direction. That type of personal care meant a lot to me because it made the entire process feel comfortable and stress free from beginning to end. I am now down to my FINAL tray, and it is honestly emotional for me to even say that. My teeth were once noticeably crooked, and now they are so straight that for the first time in 30 years I actually find myself smiling with my teeth showing. Something as simple as smiling used to be something I was self conscious about, and now I finally feel confident doing it without thinking twice. That confidence boost is something I cannot even fully put into words. TruBright did not just straighten my teeth, they helped give me a confidence in my smile that I have never had before. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Olufunke, Kim, and the entire TruBright team for the kindness, patience, honesty, and care they showed me throughout this entire experience. If you are considering Invisalign and are looking for a place that truly cares about its patients, I would recommend TruBright without hesitation. You have gained one extremely happy client, and I will always be thankful for what you did for my smile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience!!!

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment as a new patient - Cleaning, X-Ray, and exam. As someone who has had regular dental cleanings most of my life and know a good cleaning from a bad one - Dr. Osineye has a very heavy hand and was hard on my gums and teeth during my "cleaning", which took about 15 minutes. I left with bleeding gums and half-clean teeth. Sadly, my insurance will still have to pay for the bi-annual check up and I won't be able to get a proper cleaning for another 6 months. Not to mention, the dental assistant sprayed water all over while painfully suctioning my lip most of the cleaning. Oh, and you know the glasses everyone wears so the light doesn't shine in their face? She put those directly on top of the sanitized dental tools before getting started! I should have known then and walked out. The receptionist was the only good part of the entire experience. She deserves a better job with even better people.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my Invisalign done here and the doctor and her staff were very helpful with informing me on the plan and check ins.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and dental office ever! The staff is always kind, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent care for my smile. What impressed me even more was how they handled a situation involving my special-needs son. Another individual was being rude and disrespectful toward him, and the staff immediately stepped in and addressed the behavior. Their compassion, respect, and advocacy meant so much to our family. Thank you for being such caring, hardworking people. You have definitely earned my stamp of approval!

Experiencia fantástica: I chipped my front tooth last night and they were able to get in me same day as a new patient for emergency x rays and filling. Good as new! They were very kind and easy to work with and made it pretty quick and painless. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Osineye is by far one of the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to in a very very long time. Coming from someone who is petrified of the dentist; Dr. Osineye has a very firm delicate hand and boy does she get the job done. I most definitely will continue to ride it out with TruBright to get the further dental care I need. She knew my anxiety was off the roof and she performed like no other! (and I’m not even exaggerating!) in the end of it I was like, anxiety where!? 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia positiva: Dr.O does my routine dental cleanings. She’s gentle, sanitary, knowledgeable, and takes her time. I like that she uses improved technology and equipments. I’ve recommended my father and sister to her; both thought the onboarding was good. She made a prudent effort to resolve a discrepancy on the insurance side on behalf of my father. Her dentist practice is at a convenient location with plenty of parking and public buses. She has a great team of women who always smile and explain processes and pricing. Her prices are fair to the market. Thanks Dr. O and team!! Keep it up!

Experiencia fantástica: Well…going to the dentist is never fun, but they did the best they could do to make my experience a pleasant one. Huge kudos to the entire stuff, but especially to Gloria.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: "I highly recommend Dr. Osineye and her team. also Lily was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly during my procedure. The hygienist and staff are incredibly friendly, professional and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean and well-maintained, and I received excellent care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had another great experience today at Trubright. Im always impressed with this office and Dr. Osineye’s expertise. Today I got Lily as my dental hygienist for my cleaning and wow what a gentle and thorough job she did! Also Kimberly at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this dentist enough, and am so grateful to be a patient here! Five stars, highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is THE one for dental care... I've been searching for a dentist who is honest and knowledgeable for myself and my 6 year old. He had a cavity that NOBODY could fill without the option of "putting him under" or rescheduling appointments... I had an urgent visit with Trubright and that very same day, they had an opening for a cleaning for my son! They scheduled his filling for the next day and they did the filling with NO PROBLEM! Dr.Osineye came out with her usual smile and said, "He did great,Mom"! The rest is history! I'm going to be having an implant put in by Dr.Osineye and I couldn't be more confident in her work! The hygienist are amazing,as well. All-around the get a 10!

Experiencia fantástica: Went here for the first time today and the experience lifted some heavy anxiety I was having about the dentist. I haven’t seen a dentist in about 13yrs due to a really terrible experience I had years ago but today they eased me in and made me feel safe and comfortable. Everyone from reception, to the wonderful lady who took the X-rays and did my cleaning were nothing short of professional and kind. The Dr I felt was very respectful and is looking out for my best options to fix my severely damaged teeth. It’s a very big deal to me to have my anxieties taken seriously and they did with such care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great professional service provided by Trubright. Kimberly was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Kind and professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice. I was pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the nice staff and doctor. the cleanes of the place and the care thanks for greeting patients you are so kind docter

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional always friendly service. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Good service, good people

Experiencia negativa: Very Bad experience. Will start from beginning. About 3 years ago I came to Trubright Dental Clinic. Dr. Osineye Decided to send me to the doctor she knew who couldn’t accept my insurance and after that to come to her to put implants ( i didn’t need and didn’t ask her about that) and redo my crowns. It would cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I refused. When she asked me where I had been treated, I told her Harvard. She said she was from Harvard too . When I came home, I checked her profile on LinkedIn and was surprised that she didn’t graduated from Harvard . I wrote a not so good review about my appointment .03/10 Monday night I started having terrible pain and decided to call the Clinic on Tuesday to make an urgent appointment for tooth extraction , especially since I have been getting text messages from this Clinic for two years, reminding me to come in for an appointment to get my teeth checked. They made me an appointment for the next day.So today I came in, said hello and apologized for being a few minutes late. The receptionist did not respond to my greeting. She ignored my words. She made me understand that she was busy on the phone. After she finished speaking, she did not say hello. She asked me some question, but I couldn’t understand what she’s saying and I asked her to repeat it. Instead of doing so ,she told me: “Come here!” . I believe it was rude, but I said nothing . As well I didn’t think I would see the same Doctor who saw me two years ago since they change doctors all the time. The nurse sat me down in the chair, looked at my x-rays and asked how I was feeling. actually, I was in vulnerable position. I was lying in that medical chair. I told her I was in terrible pain and needed tooth extraction. The nurse left and then the Same doctor and she is the owner of the clinic appeared, sat down in front of me and asked how she could help me and then immediately started scolding me without let me answer. Saying that she remembered me and remembered that I wrote a bad review about her, and since I didn’t trust her opinion, she didn’t want to see me, and she said all this in a raised voice. I asked her many times to not raise her voice. As well I asked her why she invited me to the appointment at all if she didn’t want to see me? She replied that it wasn’t her who invited me, but her receptionist . But I didn’t really believe it . she knew that I had to come to the appointment. It supposed to be major surgery :back tooth with big roots , . My case is unique. The doctor knew the day before that I’m coming. As well when a nurse invites a patient, she takes x-rays of the tooth and then numb the tooth. none of that was done to me . Dr Osineye wasn’t surprised that I was sitting in the chair, she came in without a mask or gloves on ,her hair wasn’t covered and she was ready to attack me. It was obvious that she’s lying. I also reminded her about Harvard. Well, then she started screaming and pointed to the door, saying that she graduated from Boston University.Because this woman was screaming everybody came to watch and started looking at me askance . The receptionist looked down at me and said in sarcastic way : God bless you. I answered: God bless you too . And left …The Doctor is vindictive and has no compassion for the patient’s pain. She abandoned me in critical situation when I was in need in dental emergency. The doctor didn’t offer me any medication to ease my pain. She sat and told me what happened 3 years ago, knowing that I was sitting in front of her and suffering from pain. This is unprofessional and cruel! She didn’t prescribe me any antibiotics, She didn’t refer me to any other doctors. She just showed me to the door with her hand. She told me she is an owner.. A Doctor Who has taken the Hippocratic oath must help a suffering patient. And if a doctor has not done this, I don’t care where she graduated. She’s not fit to be a doctor !!! I would give her zero star if I could .

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist I’ve ever been too, I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past but with my first visit I can tell I’ve found somewhere I can finally feel comfortable to get all my dental needs taken care of. Dr. Osineye is extremely nice and professional. 10/10 would recommend

Experiencia fantástica: "I recently visited True Bright Dental for a routine cleaning, and I was very impressed with their service. The clinic was spotless and welcoming. The receptionists, Bonnie and Bea, were friendly and efficient when scheduling my appointment. Dr. Osiney clearly explained each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. What stood out the most was how the hygienist took extra time to address my concerns about sensitivity, providing helpful tips and recommending effective products. Overall, I highly recommend True Bright Dental."

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the attention of Dr. Osineye and his staff. I'm very nervous about dental work and she had me at ease and the work was amazing. Thank you for your amazing work and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: Do you want a dentist that’s compassionate about his work and listens attentively to your concerns? Dr. Jang is a professional dentist who's kind and caring. He will get the job done effectively and efficiently, and will leave you smiling with confidence. I'm grateful to have finally met a dentist who listens to my needs. Although, I’ve moved far from the area, the visits are worth the drive and so is maintaining my dental hygiene. Also, Hazel at the front desk is always professional and respectful every time I'm there.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very sensitive and also scare even for my cleaning appointment. But today my dental cleaning experience with the hygienist Nathalina was awesome! She took good care of me. Very professional. I do recommend her! Thank you Trubright Dental

Front desk staff is very kind and attentive and like making you feel welcome thank you Jocelyn and Bonnie. Anyone in need of a good dentist I highly recommend them. They did such a good job getting me back on track

Experiencia fantástica: I just had such a pleasant experience! This is the first time I've left a dentist's office feeling happy and not on edge. I had regular xrays and a cleaning done. I always go into a dentist appt nervous and usually leave with my gums sore and mouth scraped bloody. Not today! The xrays were painless and not uncomfortable at all. The cleaning was great - gentle and effective! Also, they are aware of the suction...not once did I feel like I was drowning. I would definitely recommend. Happy smiling

Experiencia fantástica: Came in this dentist office because it was one of the few that my dental insurance accepted for coverage. That AND I had a broken tooth which I was afraid I needed a root canal for. I was nervous ! But Dr. O is amazing ! She explains every step of the procedure, which really helped with my anxiety and nerves. She explained to me that she does NOT like to overwork teeth and offered a filling (with a two week waiting gap in case of any pain coming up) followed by a crown, instead of a root canal. She along with all of the staff are very kind and professional. Starting with the kind receptionist at the front desk, to Gloria and the Dr. Nothing but great experiences so far. Will continue to recommend :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. O at Trubrite dental is the best! I told her my fear of the dentist and she made sure I was super comfortable and walked me through every step of the whole procedure. Not just once, but twice! I just can't thank her enough!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you , Good service nice job and nice clean my teeth

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional place. Dr Kathy was so helpful that I couldn’t thank her enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed to have a wisdom tooth removed as an emergency. Called shorty after they opened and made same day appointment These folks were awesome. From the office workers to the Dr and assistant, everyone was pleasant and professional. End result for me was tooth extracted in less than an hour of my appointment time. I had an awesome experience. I had dreaded having that tooth removed for ages, turned out nothing to dread.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at trubright dental was amazing!! Starting with the front desk helping me get an appointment whenever I was available. I would recommend anyone to trubright dental mostly because the dentist olufunke osineye is AWESOME!!!! She made me feel comfortable for all my visits and she did an excellent job putting a crown on my tooth. Thank you so much for fixing my tooth now I can smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with my service , this has been the 4th time going there and I feel like it’s only right to let people know about this place , Dr.Osineye is amazing and highly recommended!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and through. Will definitely keep coming here! I’m so happy with the results of my root canal.

Experiencia fantástica: The service at Trubright Dental is fast and well done. The dentist listens to any and all of your concerns and takes her time to ensure things are performed correctly. The front desk is also helpful in that they make sure to review prices and check to see if your insurance will cover procedures needed. They also send out text and phone call reminders so you don’t miss your appointment. Overall the staff are friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is spotless, the staff from the reception area, all the way to the dentist are friendly, welcoming, and take the time to listen to your concerns and provide the best advice. I will continue my care here and I have already made recommendations to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: As most people are horrified when it comes to going to the dentist, I am at the top of the list. Everyone in the office from the front office to the doctor were all awesome, understanding, and patient. I had a dental emergency lots of pain and bleeding and needing help. When explained my situation I was seen the very next morning. Went was seen and fixed! I had have a tooth extracted it was quick and easy now I'm feeling much better aside from some mild soreness. Overall a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service I highly recommend this place

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this practice by all means. They are liars and thieves. Very poor billing practices. They will code things improperly, stick you with the bill for services that you did not receive, and will refuse to fix their errors. Save yourself and stay FAR FAR away from this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied new teeth fit very well

Experiencia negativa: Awful ! The girl who polished my teeth was awful ! Overall awful experience! What happened to the nice Asian doctor. He was very pleasant and didn’t splash water all over you!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE REVOLVING DOOR ON FRESH OUT OF SCHOOL DENTIST, The last dentist jammed a rod through my tooth and out my gums during a root canal, he stated he replace it now he's gone , IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment at 11 today and I have not been to the dentist in forever due to TMJ and I’m scared to death of them lol , the dentist that cleaned my teeth was so gentle , usually they cut your gums along the way or cause pain , she was excellent !! I had to come on and write a review ! Front office staff explained and printed everything I needed , very efficient , which is hard to find today , I’m actually looking forward to the rest of the work I have to get done, never thought those words would come out of my month, excellent dental office !!

Experiencia fantástica: Most amazing dentist of all time!!!! Update said Dentist is no longer there!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jonathan Jang is wonderful. I felt comfortable. He made me feel heard, explained step he was taking, provided me with options. If you are looking for a great dental practice, I recommend him 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Perfect Dental. Everyone was very professional and the staff is super friendly

Experiencia negativa: The dentist didn't even give me any instructions for after care for my tooth extraction… for example, not telling me I had to eat soft foods for 24 hours (I had to find this out the hard way), not asking me if I smoke to make sure I avoid smoking for atleast 24 hours (I smoked like a couple hours after my appointment and my friend told me to never do that because it can cause dry socket) WHICH WOULD'VE been something my dentist should’ve told me, right? The dentist did a good job but please always give instructions for after care when you do something like a tooth extraction. :)

Experiencia negativa: I have a very bad infection. I was seen early in the morning around 9:30 am. I had to call numerous times to get my Antibiotics called in with no return call. ( cause no one answered the phone ). Finally at around 7pm my Antibiotics were called in. The doctor refused to give me pain meds after he lied to my face and said if he talked to my primary care he would ( which he did right in front of me ) then he said I am not giving you no pain meds so luckily I have a wonderful primary care Dr and she called them in for me. I will never go there again. The Dr is completely unprofessional and rude!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant experience with the receptionists they were super friendly with my child ,the cleaning was professional I highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: For someone like me who has feared the dentist, I can’t say anything but great things about Perfect Dental. From the front office staff to the amazing Doctor. Thank you for taking care of my family and I.

Experiencia fantástica: Good

Experiencia negativa: Misinformation and inaccurate bill to provide. What they tell is different than what you pay! When you try to communicate they don't have professional to answer your questions.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very professional and helped me with my issue and I would recommend them to family and friends

Experiencia negativa: I did not come to the office today I rescheduled appointment

Experiencia fantástica: At Perfect Dental the Dentist has excellent experiences and treats with professional manner.
