Experiencia negativa: Victoria: Cleaning was painful causing lots of bleeding. No saliva suction tube was placed in my mouth during procedure. She would occasionally reach for suction to suction briefly & instead of replacing if if holder she’d just drop it on my bib. Her means of communication was talking at me instead of to me. She talked slow, loudly & monotone as if I was cognitively impaired in some way.

Julie is a terrific hygienist. It is remarkable that she undergoes the procedure painlessly. I like when she tells what areas I need to take more care of, what kind of floss to use. In short, julie is the best.

The hygienist, Laura, performed the routine procedure with great care and attention. Dr. Ryan conducted the overall exam clearly and thoroughly, pointing out the areas that will need future attention. Checkout was easy, and scheduling follow-up visits was efficient and smooth.

It was my first time meeting her and I'd want to reschedule with her again! She was kind, patient, had a calming presence that made me feel at ease. She was very reassuring and understanding with taking xrays when I was in pain and was overall very positive and thoughtful. There was a good mix of conversation without being too chatty while you have your mouth occupied from cleaning and I felt oddly relaxed in the Dental chair this visit! This office overall has been a great find for a dental provider. They are friendly and accommodating rather than overbearing and pushy. Needless to say, no complaints over here and thank you so much to Galina for a surprising but wonderful routine cleaning.
