Tom Kelly DDS and Shannon Kelly DMD

Experiencia fantástica: This dentist is by far the most patient and considerate. I felt i got moneys worth and was a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Of all the dentists I’ve been to she was the most considerate and kind. I felt like I got the most for my money.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for the past 4 years and have had a great experience every time. Everyone is happy here and the office has a great environment. I've had a few crowns and fillings done and have never had any problems. Dr. Shannon always calls after treatment to check on you, which is very considerate and something I've never had any other dentist or doctors do before. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible, horrible dentist office and services. The office is old, outdated and dirty. Dental cleaning only consists of polishing teeth without actual plaque removal. My husband and son had fillings placed by Dr. Shannon Kelly and they continue to have pain when chewing even after a year. I had a crown placed last year as well…it took Dr. Kelly 17 times to adjust the crown before It was placed. The crown is very ill fitting. I’m having issues cleaning around it, which is causing my gum to be inflamed and occasionally bleed. I am very concerned about gum disease. We went there 2 times last year and stopped going.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional Doctor. I had to take out 2 wisdom teeth and barely felt a thing during or after . The doctor is very fun and friendly , and even called me the next day to make sure I was feeling good. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist!! Takes my insurance and Dr. Kelly's always been great with listening and I like her singing :)

Experiencia negativa: Minimalist approach to patient care and comfort. The "Cater to cowards" theme is false advertising. The attitude is more like, "You get it our way or you don't get it. If you suffer, tough."

Experiencia fantástica: I have always been scared of the dentist but Dr. Shannon has made me feel very comfortable! She’s super fun and makes the process not so scary!

Experiencia negativa: A very odd and unprofessional dental office. While I can appreciate a unique decorating style, this place is severely outdated and borderline dangerous for patients. Old extension cords running the walls that are yellow and dusty. The dental equipment is old and yellow as well. Why has nothing been updated? The place is like a glorified man cave and a braggadocios display of a rich man’s expeditions. It is not child friendly at all. The AC was extremely cold and made for an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. They make you fill out pages of documents that could easily be done online/emailed prior to the visit. The assistant doing the X-Rays was not gentle with the placement of the accessories and told me to “deal with it.” Dr Shannon Kelly was extremely rough while cleaning our teeth, and did not clean them well. She was not empathetic or understanding, like other dental offices are. It’s a shame that this place continues to have business with such poor service. I booked an appointment here because of the positive reviews overall. I was astounded afterwards and wondered how am I the only one? THEY BRIBE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR REVIEWS WITH FREE FOOD. This is completely unethical and shameful. Especially in this economy where free ChickFilA is genuinely a decent trade for a good review. Don’t go here. Find a real, professional dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Shannon Kelley has been grewt with all 3 of my kids. Definitely recommend their family dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kelly was nice and made me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such an amazing dental office. Everyone is so nice. They make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the front door. From teeth cleaning, to tooth extractions, to cosmetic dentistry, they do it all. Dr. Kelly is very caring and compassionate….the best of the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service! Dr. Shannon made me feel comfortably at ease!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff and really cool office space! They really took care of me here and I can’t recommend them enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly is great! She makes my visits easy peasy. I haven't had any problems. And she sings such a happy person.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here everyone was so welcome we found our new dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant staff. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Shannon and like having a female dentist. And their office decor is too cool. Airplanes hanging from the ceiling, super heroes and all kind of stuff.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had great experiences with both Dr. Tom Kelly and Dr. Shannon Kelly. They are highly recommended. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions and concerns. It is abundantly clear that they care about great service , cleanliness, dental and personal accomplishments, and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient over 20 years .I love them like family. The entire staff treats you like their family. If you want a warm and professional and professional, I highly recommend Dr. Shannon Kelly.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing and very kind office! Dr. Kelly pulled my tooth with her magic! Did not feel a thing and healing is going well! She is very professional and thorough. Best dental experience ever!

Experiencia fantástica: I could not recommend this place more! The environment is very fun and inviting (you will know what I mean the moment you walk inside). All of the staff, from the doctors, techs, to front desk were kind and attentive. I received phone calls from Dr. Kelly, personally, and a staff member after having some work done just to check on me. I am so glad I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: While I can't honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist, Dr. Shannon makes it a pleasant experience. She is knowledgeable and always follows up. The office staff is great as are the hygienists. They also work well with State insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been with this dental practice for more than twenty years, beginning with Dr. Tom, and now Dr. Shannon. The staff is always warm and friendly--and interested in making you comfortable, explaining procedures and answering questions. A happy atmosphere pervades the office. You enter and exit smiling. After a procedure expect a next-day follow-up call from Dr. Shannon, which speaks volumes about her level of care and concern.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shannon and Dr. Tom are great to work with. They provided great attention, care and results for my dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Tom and Dr Shannon are the dynamic duo of dentistry. I've been coming here for around 30 years...they fixed all my antique dental work long ago and have been keeping me updated ever since. Every visit is fun...and to think I started coming here because they "cater to cowards". Give them a try, they're awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff and techs were very friendly and accommodated me as much as they could. Tom Kelly was awesome. He was wonderful to talk with and made the experience not frightening at all. The work was efficient and they made sure I was ok with how I felt before I left. This is an awesome place and a great dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy and so grateful that I have an amazing dentist office. I had my first appointment today with Tom and Shannon Kelly dentist office today and I am beyond grateful for them and their staff so warm welcoming and so friendly to everyone that walks into the office. I am truly blessed and relieved that I found a dentist office that cares and wants to help me look my best and feel my best about my smile too. I am also great full that they are located right in my neighborhood in Irmo and I don’t have to drive far at all to get to their office. Thank you again for making my first appointment so warm welcoming today.!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shannon is so great with our son! And us! You need someone you are comfortable with when it comes to your mouth . She's the one! Don't mind her singing either. Keeps you calm!

Experiencia negativa: A great dentistry office! Always nice and friendly. Would recommend. Edit: they got consistently worse. Recently shannon refused to listen to my pain concerns and made fun of me for having had a bad day.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shannon Kelly was absolutely amazing! 1st visit with her today and I love her personality. Ive been going to Dr.Kelly for 10 years and he has always been amazing! Relaxing office, pain free. I don't want to go to any other office. I highly recommend this office, especially if you fear the dentist office! Everyone is great in this office! 4 years later and I still get the best service from Dr Kelly's office. I had no one to help with my son and the staff watched my toddler so I can get my dental work done. Amazing! It was pain free and Dr Kelly sang songs while working on me. It helped my anxiety of being in the chair. This is the best dentist office ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Shannon Kelly. She is very nice and caring. Everyone in the office is always very humble.

Experiencia fantástica: Started going to Dr. Shannon Kelly and she is the best! She's very knowledgeable and helped me through my dental issues. I was very nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Shannon put me at ease with her painless techniques. I thought I would feel something afterwards, but my mouth felt better after the treatment! Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever! I have been a patient of Dr.Kelly for two years. Most painless dental visit ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly is a great dentist meaning Dr. Shannon and I’m very happy with the service. They have been my dentist for 7 years.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit was an awesome experience. After being with my last dentist for 20 + years was hard to try someone new. The office staff was extremly kind. The office deco will keep you entertained. My visit was with Dr Shannon. Very easy to talk to. She explained everything & gave options. So glad I chose this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Was very happy with this dentist the staff his office his conversation and his professionalism and dentistry didn't even know he took the teeth out didn't even know he used a needle to anesthetize the area I give him 10 Stars give the staff 10 Stars give the office 100 Stars overall ..performance overall

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is very polite, professional, and efficient. I have had to schedule two appointments there. The first one was routine and I got an appointment for the next day, and the second was for wisdom tooth pain. They saw me on the same day I called and then completed the extraction of two wisdom teeth at that appointment. Both of my experiences here were very positive.

Experiencia fantástica: Easily the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. I’d recommend this place to anyone that’ll listen. The atmosphere is one that’ll make anyone feel comfortable. Dr Tom is a wizard behind that dentist mask and Dr Shannon is just plain awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been too many dentist and kelly’s are the best! very kind and I fell very confident that I am being taken care of .

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient for several years, extremely quick and painless service, as well as friendly staff

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly, well both of them, are wonderful dentist. Today during my visit Dr. Kelly shared some very interesting facts on his view of the world. You just never know what great story you will hear; and before you notice, your visit is over. Great staff

Experiencia fantástica: Had a bad tooth pain dr . Shannon kelly and her staff was very helpful n removing that tooth to make me feel better thank u

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing staff & extraordinary doctors both Kelly's! They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and took extremely exceptional care of me with the mess I had goin on in my mouth, due to the delays and scheduling because of Covid closing everything down. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great dentistry family!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to their office to have my dentures looked at. I had them for over a year and the dentist who made them could never get the adjustment correct even after 5 attempts. They were able to realign both upper and lower dentures the first time. It is great to be able to wear my dentures finally after 2 years. I went to another dentist before I went to Dr. Kelly and was told that they would have to align the upper and make new lowers for over $2,800.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here since they opened! I knew about Dr Shannon before Dr Tom Kelly knew about her!! They are a close knit family and wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are patient orientated and are way better than the new dentists these days! And they care about their patients! I love it here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had two teeth pulled today, and was shaking like a leaf. Dr. Kelly took his time, talked with me, and had me laughing throughout the procedure, so much so that I didn't even notice that he had taken BOTH teeth out!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient for 18 years! The staff at this office are all very friendly and personable! The care that Dr’s. Tom abs Shannon Kelley deliver is always high quality and comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: I became a patient of Dr. Tom Kelly over 30 years ago when I moved into the neighborhood in which his office is located. Although I relocated to Lexington a number of years ago, I continued my relationship with him. When I learned of his upcoming retirement, my first thought was that I would transition to an acquaintance whose dental practice is in Lexington. But when Dr. Shannon Kelly came into one of my final appointments with her father, it was a game changer. She is such a warm and engaging person, it was a no-brainer that I wouldn’t be moving on. I’ve now had some significant dental procedures by her and she has continued her father’s promise to be a painless dentist. She’s not only very attentive to you while you’re in the office but checks on you at home, as well. A terrific practitioner!

Experiencia fantástica: The service was great and I saw smiling faces and I loved how the employees were so nice to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly is a great dentist. I always get excellent care here! My whole family goes here for dental work and you should too!!

Experiencia fantástica: This father and daughter family practice is always a joy to go to whether it's me or my wife, who is definitely afraid of dentists and pain but will not hesitate to come here. They are both excellent, skilled doctors and are very personable.

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoy every appointment!! Amazing work and friendly people!! Always feel so welcome and comfortable!!

Experiencia fantástica: We moved to SC and needed to find a dentist. I found Tom Kelly practice on line and based on reviews, made an appointment. I was experiencing some sensitive teeth and found out 2 were cracked. Just had my first crown and it was a very easy experience for something that is unpleasant. This is the most work I've had done since silver fillings and old braces. Relaxing atmosphere, great team. Dr. Kelly and his daughter are very thorough!! So glad I found them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved to SC about a year ago and randomly picked this dentistry to be my regular dentist. Best decision ever! Recently had to get a filling and it was the smoothest, least painful filling I have ever got.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a pleasant experience here. the staff are always so helpful with any questions i have. i would recommend anyone looking for a great dental home to come here, you won’t be disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: Nice people. They cheer you up and make things a lot easier. They ease the nervous away and make you laugh.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to this dentist for a long time and it is always a great experience. Friendly staff and a quick appointment at all times!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first moved to the Irmo area 20 years ago, a toothache forced me into Dr. Tom Kelly's office. I dreaded having a root canal, but he made it nearly painless! His demeanor put me at ease and he was very capable and knowledgeable. A change in insurance forced me to try another dentist, and it just wasn't the same. Recently I was able to switch back to Dr. Kelly's office, and I love Dr. Shannon Kelly even more! She is smart, personable and capable. She is a good listenser and very reassuring. I don't dread going to the dentist with her! Their dental office is conveniently located and has a fun vibe. The staff is very friendly. Even my teenage daughter likes going here! (And she has never liked going to the dentist!)

Experiencia fantástica: I felt sooo nervous, knowing I would probably need alot of work, however I was put at ease the moment I walked through the door

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Shannon is the bomb. Fast, painless service and great music (she knows all the songs). I'm never excited about going to the dentist, but I do go to the one with the best entertainment. You should too...

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cleaning and extraction today. Shannon made this a “fun” experience! I never new going to the dentist could actually be pleasant! She started the morning singing which relaxed me and before I knew it the cleaning and extraction was done! I didn’t even know she had pulled my tooth! I highly recommend this dentist!

It helps keep my anxiety and nervousness about being at the dentist down. She breaks everything down in an easy-to-understand way. If you are looking for a dentist, you should definitely come see them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly is the best dentist in Columbia. He has been my dentist for the past 25 years. I am 68 years old and still have my beautiful teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly and his staff were amazing. I got there and noticed my appointment was the following day. They had an opening and took me and I didn’t have to wait at all. I had to have an unexpected procedure done and they made sure everything was straight with my insurance before proceeding. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and his staff for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff have worked with me around my schedule several times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have anxiety just the thought of going to the dentist!!!! My 1st experience, I thought I was going to pass out when I sat down in the chair but Dr. Shannon and her staff made me smile, laugh, and very comfortable. Everything was comfortable. Really no pain. Can you believe that? Well today was round 2. Going wasn't as bad as the 1st time because I knew what was expected. Today they did it again. I had a wonderful pain free experience. When I wanted to just snatch the tooth out of my mouth, they saved it and saw a totally different route. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I pray that God will Bless each of you at this office. Thank you for making my dental experience wonderful and great!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: They ALL are really good at what they do. Funny thing though is that Dr. Tom Kelly is afraid of heights....but he's a pilot! He's hilariously entertaining. Guaranteed to treat you right!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr kelly was honestly the most sincere and efficient dentist I've been to in a long time... I may even have to say best ever. She took the time to check everything out and give a thorough enough explanation so that I would leave with a knowledge of where I was at, what I have done right or wrong, and the plan to success for the future. I will absolutely be back and consider me a walking advertisement. Thanks
