Experiencia negativa: Dental hygienist and staff are professional and thorough, the same cannot be said for the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for routine x rays and cleaning and after getting X-rays for an hour they told me they had to determine what type of cleaning I would need and I had to reschedule another day to get my teeth cleaned. My x rays were more than my previous dental service for the cleaning and X-rays, and it seemed like a way to charge my insurance company more than was needed and after an hour of x rays I still didn’t get my teeth cleaned. Won’t be back.

Simple things like walking you through each step of your visit make all the difference. Very thankful to have them in our community. My bp went to 292/113 when I sat down. I had an angel there to help me get thru this her name is Angela. The procedure went smoothly I actually look forward to my next couple sessions with her help. I would definitely recommend Harbison Hill. Actually it is was recommend to me.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist did not perform an examination. The dental techs took 2 rounds of x-rays (bite & 360), then stuck a wand in my mouth to get a 3D image. The tech then did her work and the dentist came in, tapped my back teeth with the handle of one of his tools then said something to the dental tech and walked out. It was the most odd dental appointment I've ever had.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed with my experience. My pain was minimized by the front desk staff and dentistry team, specifically Stacy and others. Once I communicated that I was in discomfort, the tone and attitudes immediately changed, and I was made to feel as though I was somehow at fault. I have never experienced this level of disregard for my health or well-being. This business came highly recommended to me, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience.

Experiencia negativa: I’d give zero stars if I could. My advice would be to stay clear. They filled a cavity about 3 years ago, I had gone back in a few weeks after the filling to complain about pain and they said it was normal. I switched dentists and have been dealing with pain on and off ever since. My new dentist discovered deep decay under the filling harbison hill had done. Had they done the filling correctly in the first place it could’ve saved me years of pain.

She was able to give me a great cleaning and some directives on how to properly care for my teeth while in braces. I have never had anyone take the time to explain what they’re doing and why, the way she did. Dr. Yelittsy was also very comforting and professional. This was my first visit that was recommended by my coworker; now my entire family will be coming here. Thank you all!

From those at the front desk checking you in and answering the phones to the polite staff that explained how my insurance works and exactly what is and is not covered. They all helped to make my appointment a pleasant experience. The Dentist Dr Yelisetti and my Hygienist Maria both took their time to explain procedures, and answer my various technical questions which definitely made me feel comfortable. After the examination, if they find there’s any dental work that needs to be done they bring their plan of action to you in writing. This includes upfront pricing that shows exactly what the cost will be and they get your approval before any work is started. Like a lot of people, I’ve never liked going to the dentist because of the potential for pain ( The Drill ! ) , but after having fillings and other work done here, I can say that Dr Yelisetti does a great job and I didn’t feel a thing. I’m comfortable here and I’d recommend this business.

I have experienced billing issues many times at past dentist offices, which is frustrating. Obviously. HHD is consistently correct and works well with my insurance companies. They laugh at my jokes, and my jokes aren't funny. I appreciate that. 5 stars.

I am terrible with names, but from my first step through the door and less than 24hrs later, not only was I treated splendid the entire time, they responded to my dental emergency with care and patience. I had my girst root canal and thought it was supposed to be a terrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive both the Doc and his very sweet assistant were during the entire process. It of course was a bonus I got to watch Marvel movies during the experience also. I would highly recommend Harbison Hill to anyone in need of a dentist.

They only took X-rays and said they needed to “determine” what type of cleaning was required before proceeding. It felt like a tactic to create unnecessary follow-up visits and inflate charges. This office seems more focused on maximizing billing than providing straightforward care. I would not recommend!

Consultant and receptionist very nice and explained things thoroughly. I did not have to.wait. I was late for appointment but staff understood and I was able to be seen.

Love that they have tvs in each dental exam room and that they let you know about optional treatments that may not be convered by your insurance so you can opt out before they provide a service that you will most likely have to pay for later.

Confirmed 8:00. Get a text saying 10:30. Called and they said 8:00 isn't available anymore. Lost themselves a potential patient. I have a lot of work to be done on my teeth. I was having a lot of inflammation in my gut, and I have not had that hardly at all since I had my teeth cleaned, so thankful! I haven’t had a dentist in many years, and I am so thankful I chose Harbison Hill Dentistry!

Experiencia negativa: Did my Invisalign treatment here. Doctor and stuff are great people however, the Invisalign treatment was not my best option and did not give me the end result I was looking for was on the 12 month trays. Still needed adjustments and I also had a deep bite. Two refinements later and I’m still where I was. It is the doctor’s responsibility to tell me that I wasn’t the best candidate for Invisalign. Waste of time and money make sure you understand your options and go to a specialist and not a general dentist.

I was particularly impressed by the hygiene assistant! What a professional young lady! I am pleased to have found this practice that is in my insurance network. Service matters, and so does cost!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning. My dentist retired and I needed to find a new office. The front desk, lovely, the x-ray tech (Keyosha, I believe) was wonderful. It all went down hill from there. The hygienist, don’t believe she even introduced herself, examined my teeth, then told me the dentist would be in momentarily. The dentist arrived, didn’t catch his name either. He didn’t really interact with me very much. After all this I was told they didn’t have time to do the cleaning, I’d have to make another appointment. Mind you, the reason for the appointment was a cleaning. The ‘care plan’ I received was about $1000 worth of procedures. A gingivitis cleaning (that my insurance would not cover), and five fillings. This was all news to me considering six months earlier at my previous dentist no signs of gingivitis or cavities and my brushing/flossing routine had not changed in those six months. I also had no complaints or pain about anything concerning my mouth. One would think that if you had rancid gingivitis and five teeming cavities you would feel something, or notice some bleeding. Bottom line, avoid this scam-tastic practice at all costs. FYI, they aren’t even BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited and neither of the dentists in the office are members of the ADA.
