Experiencia negativa: I'd give 5 stars to Debbie alone if I could. She's awesome and I've know her since she started as a hygienist. For Dr. Riad, he's loud and very unprofessional. Talking about his weekend to the hygienist was fine when he was working on me, but he didn't have to use foul language. I went back 2 times after that just to give him a chance. I can't do it anymore. I'll miss Debbie.

Experiencia negativa: I thought this place was the best until I came in for an appointment for just a mouth guard which they claimed will be in and out and I have to make appointments on my lunch break. I originally was told 11am and then got rescheduled for 12:20 bc they’re running behind. I come in 10 mins early the lady said I’ll be quick they’re just finishing a patient. Okay no problem. 12:45p rolls around I asked if I missed my call, she went to check and said they’re just cleaning up a room. 1:06p and my break has been past over I haven’t ate yet and still haven’t been called but yet people are coming in way after me and getting called before me? Yeah I think ttf not. Terrible. Waste of my time and my lunch break smh. Should’ve just rescheduled me a whole other day if this was the case.

Experiencia negativa: I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Riad's and already will not be going back. My first visit was for an infected tooth. Dr. Riad looked at my tooth for less than 10 seconds and walked out. I was prescribed an antibiotic which gave me an allergic reaction. When I called for a different antibiotic I was told he only prescribes penicillin and the one I was currently on. I told the woman I am allergic to penicillin. Her response was well you are going to have to deal with the allergic reaction. I was not prescribed another antibiotic. I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist stabbed my tongue with a sharp tool making me bleed. No apologies. Dr. Riad then did a root canal on an infected tooth. He didn't speak to me the entire time. I had to get information from his assistant who was also not friendly. While working in my mouth he was talking about his next patient in a rude way to the assistant. And then today I had an appointment at 9:10am. Dr. Riad came in didn't say anything to me, motioned for me to open up and numbed my mouth. I sat in the chair a good 40 minutes before anyone came back in. By then the Novocain was starting to wear off. Riad started working and when I jumped because of pain he berated me for moving saying I gave you 3 shots you shouldn't feel anything. I was in the chair 3 hours for a crown. Riad kept stopping to answer phone calls and go into other exam rooms to work on others. I could hear him talking to other patients but he barely said 10 words to me. He did however admit he made a mistake and should just have taken the tooth out. The girls at the front desk are polite but not overly friendly. Kevin was the only friendly person there. I really think Dr. Riad discriminates against people who are on Medicaid. I would not recommend him to anyone. Nor will I be returning to his office. I'm only giving one star because I cant post this without giving at least one.

Never really have to wait. In and out. Works perfect with my busy schedule! Also love that I can text for appointments or anything we may need. Really are the best dentist we have ever had!!

Experiencia negativa: The ladies who work there are all very nice, the hygienists are very friendly and thorough. They are also quick and convenient. The dentist himself has left me upset more than once. When I did have a filling, he ignored that my notes say I have tmj and he didn't bother letting me close to rest my jaw at all. When the seering jaw pain eventually caused me to try to close me my mouth involuntarily he would practically yell at me. He also tells me every time I see him to save up my money and get invisalign, even though I've already said I can't afford it and we are paying with medicaid. It is cosmetic and has nothing to do with the health or hygiene of my teeth, but I end up leaving feeling sad and self conscious about my smile. I don't think it's appropriate to keep telling me to save up money I don't have for a cosmetic thing. Finally there was a dead bug in the waiting room that I hope was a large black cricket but possibly a roach (had signature roach antenna). Not sure so take that last one for what it is.

This is by far the worst front office that I have ever, ever dealt with Ignorant, incompetent,unprofessional and very rude and not helpful at all.There are a lot of other places that will help you and not treat you like that.Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I first met Dr Riad at his Grand Island Office, and had my initial scan and brief discussion on what I had wanted done. I felt uneasy, but this was the first time we had met. The Dr had stated he could begin early the following week, at his Delaware Street location. I gave this some thought, and planned on returning to visit Dr Riad for further consultation, discussion, etc. I was extremely pleased at this second meeting with him, and felt he treated me with the utmost respect. We were on the same page, we understood where each of us was coming from. At this point, I felt I could completely trust Dr Riad to fully meet my needs. The office personnel was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, and is presently working with me to get the process going and, most likely, appointment scheduling. I am looking forward to working with Dr Riad, as I now feel I have full confidence in him. He is most professional, and was there to answer all my questions, and took his time, making sure he covered all my concerns before I left the office. I am confident Dr Riad will meet my needs, especially after seeing his quality, updated equipment he has in his immaculate office.

Changes his demeanor/attitude in a split second from a nice nice to s*** I'm not gonna make as much money as I thought... Doesn't bother to look at the your chart before he enters the room to speak with you ..asks you what's going on when he should know beforehand.... Has the same spiel every time he talks to a Patient.... Don't worry we'll fight with the insurance for you for you so that I can make as much money as possible... One of the worst bedside manner I've ever come across all the ladies are great he not so much.... The 5 star reviews hes gotten must be from people who have deep pockets....making women come to tears isn't good practice

I very much enjoyed my experience I got there and within minutes I was in the room getting my teeth checked x-rayed and then plaque removed and teeth brushed very very nice experience and then at the end all the sudden the actual dentist was there in the room and he just was very kind and very funny I had a wonderful experience and I do recommend highly thank you for going over above and beyond and putting a giant smile on my face

He takes time to go over any questions or problems you may have. My dental assistant at this practice is Debbie. She does a great job at cleaning your teeth and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her. I have Never had to wait more than 5 minutes , if that, for my scheduled time of my appointment in all the years I have been a patient here.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Samer k. Riad did not fill my teeth properly nor did he seal and place the crowns in my mouth in the right position. This caused me constant pain in those teeth. It caused my gums to be inflame and caused pain along with bleeding in my gums and teeth when I brushed and floss them. I continued to tell him and it was always the same, you have sensitive teeth use sensodyne toothpaste or your gums are receding. Yet a month before he told me my gums were hardly even receding. Always excuses instead of admitting he messed up. November 4, 2020 he filled a tooth and did yet another crown which the top is flat it hurts when I chew on the crown and food gets stuck between the teeth. I had a severe anxiety attack I could not breath, tears running down my face, gagging, and my heart was racing and he yelled at me to keep my mouth open. He then told me the new crown hurt because my bite was off so he started shaving that tooth then said "I know what's wrong and started shaving the tooth above it ruining it and causing it to start hurting . That is when I realized it was not me it was him messing up my teeth. I now have a new dentist so far 3 crowns and 4 major fillings and 4 surface fillings that Dr. Samer k. Raid did have been redone by my new denist and I no longer have any pain! He also refused to give me back my money he told me "prove it" He charged me thousands of dollars and put me through a lot of pain I wish I never went to him!

Experiencia negativa: I am sitting here in severe pain due to this so called dentist. About two weeks ago he filled a cavity on a tooth I was told today should have been pulled. I had a follow up appointment a week later for 1 filling. They called me the day of appointment and said my insurance would not cover it and it would be $600. Well today my face is completely swollen because Dr Raid not only filled a bad tooth but the filling is sitting on the nerve. When I went to my new dentist today, I was told that my insurance will be covering all the work I need done. I do not recommend Dr Raid as he only cares about patients with money not insurance. I called office on Friday stating the issue I was having with the tooth. No one has called me back from there! Thank Good for Neighborhood Health Dental clinic for helping me.
