Experiencia negativa: Been trying to make a new patient appts, sent a email and called left a message and still no call back or response

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to dr bobs off and on for years now. Today I had to have some dental work done I have been dreading. I have severe dental anxiety. The team i had, hygienist Whitney and Dr (cant remember her name) were so nice, sweet, accommodating and did a fantastic job. I hope to request them every time I come back if that is a possibility! Not that any other team did poorly on the work that needed done. These two just made the overall experience lovely and painless. Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: Communication could improve. I’ve sent several email messages, made a telephone call, and sent two USPS letters to clarify a health insurance issue and to make an appointment, with no response. We then went personally to resolve within the clearly stated Google office hours, and the office was closed with no notice posted on the door. (I would be happy to discuss this personally with Dr Bob.) It’s unusual because the examination, cleaning, extractions for myself, and my family have gone smoothly in the old office location. Perhaps there are logistical or staff changes now that the office has moved.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to make a new patient appointment since September. I was advised I had to call back the first week of the month. I set a reminder and called first week of October, only to be told appointments were full and to try back in November. I did, same thing. December I'm told to wait till February of the new year. I'm still currently holding after 24 minutes for the office manager after now being told they don't take my insurance this year. How ironically convenient of the office to push away members for the last 3 months of the year while it was accepted. Is Healthcare even about helping people anymore or is it just a strategic game of which companies will pay the most almighty dollars?

Experiencia negativa: First time I called saying I couldn't make my appointment due to nobody ever calling for reminder and me just getting an email 2 minutes before the appointment. And they said I can no longer go there. I called yesterday to change my husband's appointment rude receptionist that refused to transfer me to the manager said she is going to count it as a strike for a same day cancelation when I made the phone call yesterday! The fact that they have these receptionist that act very unprofessional is ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: What to say, overall for your insurance it’s okay but I had work done in my mouth for a cavity that was suppose to be taken care of and when I complained they did nothing, next appointment was a fillin a couple days later I called to complain about the same original pain that I was having before the cavity, they told me it was the fillin. Turns out the doctor who did my cavity didn’t go deep enough and now the tooth is rotting. Thanks. I didn’t have insurance and like today I was in the hospital with a note very valid reasons why I couldn’t come to the appointment, and they still dropped me lady on the phone very rude, even when I brought it up how I had a kidney infection last night and to earlier this day I was in the hospital , and if they wanted the note they said no because I didn’t call , sorry I was in the hospital all night and half my day and was recovering after morphine and antibiotics iv injections. Just horrible and even when you call to reschedule they still call and ask you to confirm ur cancellation I called back they don’t answer , was me calling to reschedule or cancel myself wasn’t enough?and they still hit u with the whopping $50 fee

Experiencia negativa: I dont understand how this place has such a high rating....ive been trying to book a NEW Paitent appointment for MONTHS only to get told , "Its first come, first serve. So you have to call the first of the month." Literally this has been on going for the last like 6 months or so. I thought it was a joke...why say you are excepting new paitents on every health care thing when your trying to play Hunger games with peoples Dental Problems.on top of that ive tried requesting an appointment or using thwir online request form and havent gotten a single answer back that way either. Only reason i keep trying for this play is because its one of the places that will accept my insurance otherwise id drop it and try other places.

Experiencia negativa: THE WORST customer service you could imagine. Tell you to wait 3 weeks to CALL to get an appointment. Then when you do, they say call back in an hour, and then NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE making you miss an opportunity. And I called from 2 different phones for 10 mins straight because it was THAT important. Called again a half hour later, same thing. Absolutely horrible.

Just had to get a tooth filling today and it was so fast and literally painless. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of dental care Thank you so much guys !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient to Dr Bobs and I’m so glad I chose them after reading so many great reviews. I needed some dental work done after my crown broke off at the root. Since I had had some very traumatic experiences at dentists in the past, it was extremely important to find a good dentist that I was comfortable with. From the moment I walked into their new office, I knew it was different than others I had been to. The office was inviting, the staff was friendly and their interactions with each other spoke volumes on what type of place it was. At my second visit, the dentist asked if there was anything he could do to calm my anxiety of the dentist. That made me feel so calm. We came up with a game plan and I went back today for my dental work. I was not anxious at all to have the work done and all during my visit I listened to the staff interacting with each other as well as the patients. I’ve never experienced such a positive environment in a place that causes so much anxiety in so many people. I know I’ve told them a plenty of times when I’ve been in the office, I appreciate them so much! I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you to all who work there, you are all truly amazing

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: 11/9/24: Saw dr steve yesterday for a root canal and he was SUPER sweet about it, calmly explained everything we were doing during the procedure calmed my anxiety for sure. Super gentle too! I 100% recommend him and this place! the hygienists are amazing here, only thing that sucks is I have to wait 3 weeks to get my wisdom teeth removed and they are VERY painful, thanks insurance

Even though they were not taking new patients, when my husband told Aaliyah he was having issues, she spoke with Cassie from the Cheektowaga(William Street) office, who told him to come right over and they treated my husband immediately. I really feel these two women really care about their patients, and they really went out of their way to make us feel special. Thank you for such great customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Gretchen and the lovely assistant with dark hair and glasses whose name I sadly can’t recall. The office got me in the next day after I found a large bump in my mouth. The listened to me, validated my feelings, and were so kind. Even though I had to be referred to a surgeon because I may have a tumor, they helped send me somewhere really good. I have had a lot of medical trauma in recent months after a stroke and massive seizure breaking my spine and shoulders at only 47 years old. I get terrified to see doctors, but these folks were so wonderful that it lifted my spirits and gave me hope. Care like this should be routine, but sadly it is rare. Just wanted to make sure to praise kindness and efficiency when it is offered. I wish them both happiness, health, and joy.

Experiencia fantástica: We changed our dentist when our new dental plan was not accepted at our old dentist. Dr. Steve Fabiano is our new dentist and we are impressed. He has a great way of communicating with his patients. I’m impressed with his thoroughness at my exam. The hygienists are friendly and work well together.

Experiencia negativa: The level of greed is too high, which results in eating people money unfairly . Which is forbidden in all religions . I late 10 minutes unexpected traffic before they accepting late for some reason . But Crowded, they can't welcome all customers they have a hard time . They told me to come after 2 hours when i reach The office my time is counting on them . I did not visit for only 10 minutes . I can go inside . Because many patients are waiting . So i am same like walk-in patients i should come after 2 hour . i wait two hours as a walkin . . they told that my insurance is not active (( some problem with issuance party)) they did not follow up who is my insurance provider . They told me we can't accept you you have to pay 50$ . Or don't come again if you did not pay . Their Language is rude when i come they canceled my time . This should be considered a walk-in . They cant chage me for that . and they want to charge me for unexpected error from insurance . They want to eat food fruit from zero service zero work . This food you try to eat might be fire in your stomach after death.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was at 8am when I arrived they said we left a message and moved appointment to 830. Ummm no the message said please call us back if you can do 830 which I didn't because I wanted to keep my 8am. So now we have to sit for 30 mins and there's nothing they can do about it. Wow

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was very rude and condescending. Over $1K for a dental cleaning??? Maybe if dental health was more accessible, the employees wouldn’t feel inclined to judge their patients without insurance. They’re booking into 2024 anyway. Don’t waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: I have recently had a horrible experience here , they have been rescheduling my appointments and not accommodating with rescheduling! Then when I was unable to make it to a date and time they picked with just texting me and charged me $50 cancellation which I don’t think is fair when they picked the appointment for me ! Very disappointing after going here for years !

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Steve has been preparing me for a dental implant. He and his assistants have been truly wonderful. Totally professional and skilled in making me comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend that you seek him out for all of your dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Staff there is extremely rude. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The office manager should be fired for the way she argues with loyal patients. They shouldn’t post false signs at their receptionist desk!! They changed their policy to 48 hours for cancellation without updating their signage and then want to argue with me like I’m in the wrong! Learn how to also spell on your signs!!! Rude people!!

Experiencia negativa: I would Avoid this place at all costs. I went to see Dr. Stephen Fabiano. He told me I have 8 cavities on my one side. In reality I had incipient lesions that are easily remirealized with fluoride tooth paste. He drilled all the cavities on the upper first. I was in pain because one of the restorations was loose. I told him when I went back he took an X-ray where you can see the filling clearly loose. He proceeded to say that is normal because he did not want to redo the filling (that I did not even need!!). Any ways I have shown my x-rays to numerous dentists that were Horrified about the fact that these teeth were drilled. It was a very calculated thing on his side doing it on side of the mouth so that he can do quadrant dentistry and maximized profit. This is an example of an unethical young dentist with debt that he wants to pay it off. Right now the one side he drilled is extremely sensitive. "Slot preps" or small fillings between teeth in general always have recurrent decay and I will most likely need extensive work in the future all because this dentist wanted to make some some money. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. This is a business that pays it's dentist based on how much they drill....

Had my intional consultation with Dr.Sarah and immediately felt a sence if calmness, caring, genuine a beautiful soul Dr.Sarah.Honest , Caring, gentle. I am blessed to have found an amazing Dentist.Had my first appointment 11/15..alot of dental work was done, I was so comfortable, at ease, didnt feel a thing! I highly recommend this dentist!!!! Experiencia negativa: Dr Bob was my dentist for 10 years. Needed to go back to get my lowers fixed but the pandemic hit so I had to wait. Then I called back n I got every excuse from not taking any patients to no new patients to don't use my insurance any more yet it's the same as it was when they did see me But had I called sooner they would have. So now I'm straight up being discriminated against for my insurance. Great.

Experiencia positiva: First off, let me start by saying I have been a patient of this location for at least 14 years. I live in Niagara Falls and was taking a 60 mile round trip and passing multiple dentists on route. Why you may ask? They had a wonderful periodontal specialist who was using Lanap, a laser treatment which back then, a lot of periodontists were NOT using. His name is Jeffery Dolgos. (He is now located in Orchard Park) I also got attached to Natasha the lovely Russian hygienist, she did a great job of cleaning my teeth. And let’s not forget Doctor Gretchen she was awesome!! I knew almost all of the receptionists and most of the staff knew how loyal I was, and the long trip I was making. I was due for a cleaning August 2022 and received a phone call out of the blue no warning that Natasha and Gretchen was no longer working there. I weighed up the pros and cons and decided that they were the reason I was making this hike, and it might be better to go to their location in the falls. Well, apparently that location would not take my insurance. So I had to hunt for a new dentist! Saw my new dentist today and had to call them to transfer my records and was told by Beverly, ( Receptionist) that Natasha had been back working for three weeks and nobody thought to call me? Surely, the first thing you do is call all her old patients and let them know she is back? Somebody dropped the ball here at my expense, very upsetting given how loyal I have been. Doctor Bob can you explain?

I appreciate the appointment reminder system they have in place and the office is always clean. Lynn, one of the dental techs, is extremely personable and thorough in her exams. Both times she’s checked my teeth she’s given me tons of good tips to improve their health and is generally pleasant to talk to. I never feel rushed at this office. Another upside-they have tons of parking and the office is right off the highway!

The best dentist was Dr Chris and he isn’t there anymore , I was dropped as a patient because I missed an appointment when my sister died I went there today to pull out a tooth fragment that they left in my gum and I’m in excruciating pain and I begged them to pls help me and they said no horrible just horrible , they have no sympathy or empathy towards ppl , so sad now I have to sit here all night with horrible pain till tomorrow
